Melis and Mike just made my month! With the new car warranty expiring on my Mercedes, I have been looking for a better place than the dealership to get it serviced. They worked hard to find precisely what my car needed and their pricing was 30% below dealerships. From top-quality parts to knowledge and professionalism, these folks are among the best in the business. EurWerks service is pure gold.

Got me in on a few hours notice to accomodate my travel schedule after another shop said they could not service my car (a seemingly simple oil change), even with an appointment made 3 days earlier. I will be taking another car to Eurwerks soon (had stopped by their shop a few weeks ago) so I knew about them and they really came through.

EurWerks has been caring for my vehicles for over 5 years. The front office and the mechanics are amazing. They do great work and can be trusted to tell you what needs to be done and what can wait.

Took care of me through a tough situation. Worked with my extended warranty. It was a major job, Given the circumstances they performed really well and dealt with me being a pushy, broke customer. The work they did is still solid a month after it was done.

I had an issue with my engine light and EPC. They were very helpful with the repair and explained in detail what was going on and what I needed. The repair was done properly and my car is running great. Very friendly staff and professional staff. I will be returning to Eurwerks with any future issues.

My first visit with Eurwerks went well. Mike was very helpful on the phone, and did a great job helping me navigate the fixing of an oil leak. He advised me to use a high quality BMW part (and not an OEM part) so that I would not need to re-do the repair too soon (as I have had to do before with another mechanic). I am grateful. Communication was prompt too. Thanks to everyone at Eurwerks!

Absolutely love this shop. Had to get a ton of work done on my Volkswagen, honest people and prices and the turn around is efficient. Will most definitely be bringing my car back any time I need work done. So impressed!!!

I have an older Mercedes and I wouldn t trust it with anyone else. It always feels like a family when I walk in there and they are very honest. Quality work. Great people. I highly recommend. Mike is a great guy over there.

They took all day to replace my brakes, even though I had an appointment for first thing in the morning and they had previously told me it would take 2-3 hours. Then they sent the bill to my email after handling everything else via text. I didn t see the email until after 4 (when they close) so they kept my key overnight. They made no attempt to contact me about the payment before 4. I m writing this from their parking lot at 4:30 where I m waiting on a ride home after Ubering here to get my car. This is not how to do customer service.

Scheduled an oil/filter and tire rotation for my truck for 7:30am time and was told I would have it by 10:30am that day. Upon arrival was immediately told the earliest would be 1pm.. I agreed to this. After taking an urber back to my residents, I was called and was informed that the truck could not be taken care of due to "not having access to the right lift" and would need to reschedule. ***Ridiculous considering I had arranged for this services two weeks in advance.***After this poor experience ( a waste of my time and money) I have decided to take my business somewhere else.

Eurwerks has a highly skilled team of mechanics and work on domestic and foreign vehicles. They diagnose your vehicle's problem, let you know the exact repairs needed to restore the vehicle to excellent condition, and gives you an exact estimate for the job. There is " no smoke & mirrors" when you work with this facility. British author made this quote famous, "The person who considers price only is the salesperson lawful prey". Eurwerks is a 5-*****, first class business. I have a had my 3 vehicles maintained by 1 of their mechanics for more than 25 years!mike and rita bates

Great service. I called Mike to see on availability to get my daughters vehicle in after check engine light came on traveling back to Vanderbilt from Ohio. Mike was able to get me in same day and fixed repair. I recommend and will call again if any other issues happen while daughter is away at college. They got me in pretty quickly! They schedule my appointment efficiently, I could drop off very early in the morning, and they did a very thorough job on my Jaguar and I didn t have to wait - same day great service even with some unexpected fixes! Very friendly - will go back!

I cannot say enough great things about EurWerks! We brought our BMW here to have it serviced after getting an absurd estimate from another establishment that will not be named. EurWerks not only completed the job for $1,000 LESS than the aforementioned dealership, but they did so lightning fast and with complete transparency. I have never felt happier to give my money to a mechanic shop. Was concerned about squeaking brakes on Benji (my car). They examined and determined that all was in order and plenty of brakes to last. They also reviewed the car fax for other details and let me know car was in great condition. Another shop would have done an unnecessary brake job! Eurwerks is the real deal!
