Absolutely would reccommend to everyone with a bmw or Mercedes! I had a brake light fluid light pop up 30 days after purchasing my BMW and my dealership couldn't take me in. Erols Autobahn helped me in 10 minutes. It was the light that needed to be re set and that would have cost me lots of money at the dealership. Good honest people highly reccommend!!!

I was so anxious about finding a repair shop in Nashville. My dad is a mechanic in a different state and has always taken care of me. This time I needed an oil change and my brake pads serviced. I called first thing in the morning with a limited window of time for an oil change - they got me right in and provided excellent customer service. I truly enjoyed speaking with Layla and even got to watch Jacque work on my car through the glass window in the reception area. I absolutely have 100% confidence in their work. The prices are better than I expected - I did not feel like I was taken to the cleaners and no one tried to upsell me on anything. I was so satisfied with my experience and left feeling great. One of the best auto repair/maintenance shops I've ever experienced, we've been taking our BMW's and Audi's to Erol for years now. Absolutely superb, honest service that we've not once been dissatisfied with. No matter the price, I'm more than happy to give Erol and his crew our business. The quality is frankly just as good - if not better - than dealerships, which as anyone knows can run up a small fortune.

Best place in town to get your Mercedes-Benz serviced. They only work on them and BMW's and it shows. Most incredibly knowledgeable technicians when it comes to MB's. Could not recommend more.

Erol has been taking care of me for almost 17 years. He is so reasonable honest friendly. I am very please with him and all his workers too. Thank you Erol for fixing my car and make me safe. Erol business is Awesome. What a breathe of fresh air for auto repair. Mechanic's do excellent work at a great price. Won't do unnecessary work and squeeze you in when they can. I highly recommend Erol's repair

I recently brought my car to Erol's Autobahn for the first time. They did something no other mechanic has done while working on my car: after realizing my vehicle's problem was more serious than anticipated, they refunded me fully in spite of possibly spending several hours working on the vehicle and ordering parts multiple times. I was very impressed with their honesty and willingness to do "the right thing" when circumstances didn't turn out as planned. They've earned my trust.

After getting crazy estimates to change out a water pump on a BMW X5 belonging to my daughter, I received referral from tow company that had previously towed car on another issue. I read reviews and decided to give it a try. Called and got a reasonably priced estimate. Took car service was quick, timely, and very friendly and helpful. Because of frustrations with repair cost my daughter was thinking of selling BMW. However, after finding EROLS she may keep. Great find!

This is my favorite family business in Nashville. My family has been going to Erol's for over 20 years. I've taken all of my European (BMW, Merc, Volvo) vehicles here and have been satisfied with price, service, and speed every time. There's never a $100 "welcome to the garage fee" that is charged at dealerships or other "euro" mechanics. The group of guys that work in the shop are true experts. They know their BMW and Mercedes models and years like Steve Irwin knows his reptiles and snakes! You can trust these guys with your car and you might just have some fun while you're there. Giving this business a perfect 5 star rating is the least I can do for the years of professional service and cost savings.

Erol is the only reason i can afford to drive a Mercedes or a BMW. They are very honest, very reasonably priced, straight forward people. I am looking to purchase my third Mercedes and will be taking it there to have it checked out before i make the purchase, and have it serviced after i make the purchase. Kudos to Erol and his team!

Found Erol's after using several other foreign car auto repair shops. All I can say is I only take my cars to Erol's now and have recommended his shop to many other Mercedes, BMW, and Audi owners. Even take my Japanese import cars. Erol's team really know their stuff and always attempt to save you money and give an honest assessment. Being a bit of a mechanic myself, it is enjoyable to discuss the merits of aftermarket parts vs OEM. Since it is quite easy these days to track down who manufactured the OEM part, you can save a lot of money buying the manufacturers part instead of OEM. In many cases aftermarket parts are better than OEM. One example , Erol recommended Textar break pads on my Mercedes instead of OEM. Less break dust, better performance, and less costly add up to savings.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

I was referred by my neighbor when I just needed to replace a bulb on a 2001 MB E#20... I pulled in and Erol looked at my headlamp, turned and went into his garage, and came out with the bulb I needed and put it right in. He didn't ask for any payment--it was really just a favor to another owner! When I upgraded to a 2004 E320, I took it straight to Erol to have the water-pump replaced for 25% cheaper than other area European Auto shops. At Erol's Autobahn Repair, they don't waste money on a comfy customer lounge with TV & coffee, etc. Erol's shop is just a serious repair shop specializing in BMW and Mercedes-Benz. No frills, but honest and seriously experienced workmanship! I will keep coming--thanks Erol and wife/office manager Layla!

This guy loves what he does and likes people. I drive a '96 E320 with 325K on the clock. I relocated to Nashville last year and Erol was referred to me as the only shop for older M-B's. He's not the least expensive but far from the most. You get what you pay for, as the saying goes. I will return!

I own an older model Mercedes 1992 300E which is operated near;y 70 miles away from Erol's shop, so I am not a regular customer,' although every trip to see Erol has been positive. I recently drove the car to Nashville to purchase new tires and was having issues with the sound in my radio. Another repair shop was doing the alignment. I went to Erol who listened to me describe the history of the radio failure. He tested some fuses, turned on the car and the radio, and he immediately was able to diagnose that it was not the radio but the power booster for the radio located in the trunk. One of the best reasons for going to see Erol is that he listens to the customer describe the issues with the vehicle before charging ahead. Thank you Erol!!

While on I-40 driving to SC my E320 lost power. I called Erol to ask if I should pull over immediately or try to get to the next exit. He guided me every step of the way, even talked with the man at a tire store who tried to help. The garage was closing but he gave me his cell phone number and told me to call if he could be of more help. He is absolutely the best. I couldn't be happier with all the folks at Erol's Autobahn!!!

Erol is the most Honest person you will ever meet. I have been in the automotive business for over 20 years and I heard about Erol Autobahn but never did business with him. I just recently started to send some vehicles to him and it has been absolutely perfection.Thank you Erol.

They selling stolen vehicles with no title. I Reported to police and SBA to completely review this place in short term. Stay away from that place.

I basically grew up here my father would bring his 450 SEL 1979 to have it worked on regular oil changes since the early 80s all the way through the 90s and even when he bought the new ML 320 in 1998 whenever we needed warranty work that was from the factory instead of going to Mercedes-Benz of Nashville my father would bring it here to Erol and have him repair it and pay for the parts and labor even still under warranty just because he valued great knowledge! I even bring my Toyota here to have it serviced. Erol has a vast knowledge of all the older 560 SL 380 SL's 280 SE and 300 going he knows how to work on them . You can rest and relax that your investment is in great hands once Errol touch is it the value increases more than the stock market. Also if you're in the market for another vehicle that is been used Carol can do a presale inspection tell you exactly what you need.

Have interstate battery and they are a dealer so I sent my girlfriend there because she had a bad battery and I was out of town. He gave her this long explanation of what he had to do and check to make sure it was the battery. Took longer to go through his explanation than to check it, which he never did, and sent her away. I d never send a women there by herself, as he either won t take her serious or worse. Very sad they won t help a woman by herself.

live in memphis TN, I have a BMW X5 whenever my car needs repair I go to see erol they are so honest about price and always on the time... last year my car had an engine problem I went to bmw dealer in memphis they asked 5.600$ but took to erol he fixed for 320$ thank u erol...
