I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The vehicle we purchased stopped running before the end of the first week we brought it home. We had it towed to a repair shop and discovered among other things the dealership knew, or should have known, the timing belt was bad. The engine blew. The repair estimate for a new engine was about as much as we paid for the vehicle, which was already over a reasonable amount for this make, model and year of auto. When we contacted DIBCO, we were advised that we purchased the car "as is" and they were not responsible. While we understood we were purchasing a previously owned vehicle, we expected it would run longer than a few days after purchase. And, it was a real pain trying to get the title for the car. What a nightmare.Our experience at DIBCO was very far below par. We are out over $10,000 and have to purchase another car now because this one is dead and buried and it only ran for less than a week after purchase! If this dealership was a roadway, it would be barricaded closed to prevent drivers being injured. Buyers beware. I strongly urge you to have a mechanic NOT employed by DIBCO check out any vehicle you attempt purchase here, unless you have money you just want to lose. In our experience, DIBCO, is the definition of a dishonest dealership.

This is the worst company ran by a bunch of crooks. Every car has a rebuilt title not a single car is solid . I would not recommend you buying a car here for the crash derby at the fair. The first week I bought the car I had to put a new battery and alternator on it. The alarm would go off at random times. I d say it s the most unpredictable car I ve ever had. The first day I bought the car the little boy at the car lot called me yelling bc he forgot to do his job. Not a good experience. You feel like a nuisance when shopping there. They are not helpful. Feel free to email me and I will let you kno how it s really ran. I m going to walk up and down the side walk and wear a sign and tell the world what I think of these bottom feeders. I was late on one payment and they told me I had to go pay the car completely off. Who does that ? And for the first two months it s 520.00 x 2 a month plus 200.00 for insurance. That s hard for a normal hard working average fella. Trashy car lot. West End Auto and Dibco are a team of crooks and have no idea how a real American business is to be ran. The B.B.B. says this is not the first complaint and won t be the last. (Every car is wrecked bad or totaled then scabbed back together with a rebuilt title. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS . I will write one of these a week for the next year. They will hate me before it s over. City Car could teach them how to do business.

Do NOT !!! I REPEAT DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THERE !! They Never gave me my hard tags for over 4 months got pulled over and they said they couldn t give me any drive out tags and wanted me to continue paying my note after I couldn t drive the car because of them!! They never applied for my tags after they got my money and tried to repo the car

I got a car from him and I absolutely loved it. I travel a lot and the car was prefect on gas. If you re looking for a car I definitely recommend checking this place out. His prices are amazing as well. Again, if you re looking for a car stop by and check him out.

I like this car lot but to each its own. And i bought my daughter first car from Moe one of the sales person he was great and my daughters car has not had any major problems with it at all. She has had minor things that needs to be done to any used car eventually like oil change, brakes but nothing major they are great and they gove you great deals on any mechanic work that needs to be done on your vehicle that you have purchased from there car lot. It is not a scam i would recommend anybody i know to buy a vehicle from Moe.

At first , I felt like family they worked with me . I had a slight surgery and couldn t work but was able to still get checks writin. I payed a payment on a Friday and by next Thursday my car was gone out of my parking lot , my kids car seats , etc no phone call , nothing .. After I told the man on the phone I would be making a payment sometime the following week the day before I get paid they take it so there wasn t much patience as I thought I can t work until middle of August. They said they work with you , but understand me I only had the car a month . I probably would never buy a car here again or send anyone . The cars are good running cars though .

*Buyers beware* The customer service is horrible. That's a compliment. If you do any business with them. Make sure you get a copy of everything you sign. It's wise to not deal with cash. Make sure you keep track of all dealings. My 1St car stopped on the way to work within the 1St 24hrs of having the car. The "replacement" car is ok. What you expect from a used car. It's the customers service that's vile. I finally got my tags after being yelled at and highly disrespected. I say if yu got a problem getting a legal car then okay. Do what you have to do. But they are very shady. Do your research I wish I did. Now I'm glad I got my know how.

Very nice and professional people! I bought a car here in October of 2018 and I haven t had a single problem yet. Great people, and they will work with you no matter the situation. I definitely recommend them!

I would not recommend going here I had my car for 3 weeks he charged me $400 for my car note anybody knows a car note isn t that much especially the first one ! I told him I could pay him on the 11th and 4 days after they took my car I recommend mo and his ppls get shut down the car was shaken every time I got on the interstate engine lights was on and everything I give them a A biggggg no

Worst place ever to buy a car. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!! my husband has gotten 2 cars from them & both were bought messed up but we didn t realize it until weeks later on both cars. When we tried to get them to fix it or even just look at it they wouldn t. I also know of 2 other ppl who bought messed up cars from them only to be told they still have to pay the note. They are very rude & refuse to help. Go somewhere else!!

Have you ever heard the phrase, "you get what you pay for?" The dealership/salesmen note the condition of the car i.e., title is salvaged or has accident history on their inventory listings; therefore, as a consumer you are made aware on your potential purchase and can ask them for further details with a car fax report, it's your responsibility to ask ?'s, take to an independent mechanic, and so on. Therefore, you should anticipate whatever the specific case is on the vehicle and know if you're only spending 4000 or 14000 on what to expect on your investment. Never expect a car purchase of say $4000 with 175,000 miles on it to be "like new". Used car lots are in the business to buy a salvaged or damaged vehicles to repair at a cost effective measure for both the consumer and the dealer so do your homework and accept some responsibility as the consumer. I purchased a car today with a salvaged title, received the car fax report, pictures of before, salesman noted the flaws on areas where it wasn't perfect from their work, and spent a lot of time there as I called back and forth with husband. I've had an independent mechanic perform a "certified" type inspection and it's perfect....I lucked out and I'm sure you can too do your homework with full understanding you are getting what you pay for knowing the salesmen at Dibco Autos are giving you their full disclosure on the vehicle as well.

I would not recommend no one to buy a car here , he will not work with you after the car goes bad they blame you . Only had the car two months the engine went out and the breaks also ! the Ower Mo didn't work with me at all ! Bad business service. Go here if you want to waste your money seriously!

I ve bought many cars from a lot of different people but at Dibco they treated me with respect and worked with me on my down payment and payments on my new vehicle. My new suv is great and Dibco is too! Try Dibco!You won t be sorry.

I brought a car from them that broke down less then 24 hours well to make a long story short it took them almost 2 months to get me something else. But there are really good people I went to jail for 4 months they let me keep the car I had my kind folks making some payments while I was locked up when I got out they still worked with until I got caught up.

Good car lot they work with you, if u need a car for low price they got you and also work with. Got an Altima & haven t had a problem but once and they fixed it within an hour time Frame.

These Carlot is completely a scam and a hoax to get people's money. They sold me a 2006 red charger for $3800 and the next day it completely non driveable. They had my car in a shop for 3 months and still didn't fix it. The only reason I took it back is due to I threatened to call the police. Do not buy anything from this car lot it's a SCAM. All of their cars are LEMONS

All of a sudden out of no where they will telll you you are missing payments then tell you to figure it out on your own. Will not let you talk & yell over you but expect you to take it and shut up. They were the best car lot I have ever had until this happened

These people are good people. You should always talk to people like people even if there is a problem with ur vehicle. Then inturn u also get treated like a person. U can't just bark.

These guys are truly good people! They will try to find the car you want & the history on it. They will also work with you to get the payment you are comfortable with. The next time you are going to buy a used car . . . go see them!

I transported 3 junk az cars for this ppl cars was full of trash when i got to the port they didn t accept them because gotta be cleaned, i paid money out of my pocket to clean them and he agreed to pay me 3 weeks now and he didn t pay and no answer

Most of they vehicles have electrical problems, will not call you back as they say. Will not fix vehicle unless it's about money. Rig my lights and windshield wipers to a fuse!!! A waste of money and time!!!!

They sold a car without a title and it was an abandoned car bought at an auction said they would get me a title has been 3 months since then and they have given me 5 temporary tags which is illegal and the law is coming to get them

Very good people to buy your car for they will help you out very nice car on the lot if something go wrong with it he will tell you to bring it up there in the morning and the problem is fix Good people
