Very kind, honest transaction. Had brakes, rotors and an oil change for a reasonable price. Even tightened a bolt in the heat shield that has rattled for 3 years! No other person had even offered. Very happy with service. Will definitely return!

I own and operate a safe opening and repair business. I travel across Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama opening and repairing safes.My service van is essential... Without it, there is no business.I have called on Greg and the guys at Custom Auto and Repair a few times... Each time has been an "emergency"... They've done work for me in the past on a vehicle no other shop would touch due to age. Always helpful if I call with an automotive question, and recently got my dad's blower motor working again by repairing a wire. Would go back again.

They solved the problem with my vehicle without me spending over 3 grand with another mechanical shop. Mr. Greg and his team are very knowledgeable and the price are reasonable. Highly recommend this shop if you have any mechanical issues!

Do not get your car fixed here if you can help it!! My car was a 2002 Saturn and my brakes went out, so I took my car here because they did a good job on my mother's car. When I spoke to the owner Greg of how much it would be to fix my car he quoted me over $800, which was OUTRAGEOUS, I don't have that kind of money!! I believe he played on my desperation and thought I wouldn't call him out on that ridiculous quote! A few days later I called back to have my car towed away and another worker told me that they had ALREADY towed my car!! Greg didn't even give me a notice let alone tell me that he had my car towed!!! Thanks for the "heads up!!"

took my car in for rear brakes today, the didn't dick me around on the price like bridgestone and they had me in and out in less than 3 hours. awesome work, the brakes are back doing what they should be.this is a certified great shop to deal with.

Finally...an honest mechanic! Mr. Boyd does what needs doing and does it right! AND, he doesn't do what doesn't need to be done. He will let you know what can wait, etc. We couldn't be happier with the work done on our Avalon! Thank you!

I must say that he is a very good worker he knows what he is doing but if they would just chill with the attatude they might not have lost a 2,000 dollar acct a week so he lost out big time

Terrible service charge $90 an hour labor, with or without fixing problem. If you don't specify a diagnosis they will do what ever you ask and charge you if it doesn't fix the problem.

SOMETIMES THE PRICES ARE HIGH, BUT WHAT I DIDNT LIKE WAS THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE ON THE PHONE OF WHAT IM PAYING FOR A TUNE UP. THEN AFTER THEY DID IT.. THE PRICE JUMPED UP $200 DOLLARS SO ONLY SMALL REPAIRS HERE I WILL GO FOR... NOTHING MAJOR..TOO HIGH
