I ve been coming to crest Honda since 2018 and the service has be consistent. They only do work that they are confident needs to be done and don t try to convince you to add on services that are not necessary at the moment. They present the options to you and give you the opportunity to make your own choice. The quality of service from front end to maintenance is always top notch.

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Was super excited that I was able to make a same day appointment within 2 hours. Didn t catch his name, but the man I talked to was super helpful and answered all of my questions. Took around an hour until my car was ready, but was thankful for the complimentary coffee and wifi in the waiting area.

These folks run a tight ship and make getting service as smooth as humanly possible. All I have to do is step out my car, grab a coffee, crank out work on my laptop, and I m usually out of there way sooner than expected. I don t feel pressured to buy any extra services, but they always keep us informed of what to keep our eye on, and they ve never recommended anything outside of what s necessary. Nothing seems overpriced, and the one time that we needed something done that was a hefty fee, they genuinely wanted to help by finding options that we could make work. I m grateful for that, and we were able to get what we needed done.

The service department is great. From scheduling, to arrival through waiting in their lounge for our service, we have been made to feel welcome, appreciated, confident, and comfortable. Also the service sales guys have always helped us find coupons and discounts for the service and have always courteously and professionally answered all our questions. We did not buy our used Honda there or even at a Honda dealer but we have confidence these guys will keep our CR-V running in top shape for years to come. Are we paying more for service of a Honda at a dealership? Yes! Could I just purchase the parts and do the regular maintenance work myself? Certainly! But like I said we have confidence and peace of mind knowing the trained service technicians are going to treat us and our CR-V right with OEM parts and supplies. We have absolutely no negative things to say about the service department at Crest Honda, Nashville.

Great Customer service. Very costumer oriented, went in with much frustration after not being helped as we needed from a neighboring dealer and came out very pleased and thankful for their service and help. Would recommend this service over their neighboring dealer. Thank you Crest Honda.

Took my car for its first service and it was a great experience. From checkin to finish it took only about an hour. Jay checked me in and he was friendly and personable. He shared some information about future servicing that I needed to know. The waiting area is comfortable and pleasant. Definitely a five star experience.

A wonderful young man named Elliot C. helped me out. He was very patient with me helping me make sure I got a proper diagnostic on my van. He broke everything down to me and didn t hide anything! He had me in and out promptly. I had went in to see what was wrong with my van and what I thought was one thing turned out to be another. I highly recommend asking for him when you come in, I felt very reassured and left knowing my van was in good hands and fixed properly. Also, I had a morning appointment which didn t take long at all.

I had an excellent experience. I was hoping my issue was minor and just came in for a diagnostic only initially. Elliot explained how serious my issue was and that it needed to be addressed asap. I'm just thankful I found out sooner and prevented further damage to my engine. They were even able to complete the repairs needed same day. I'm so thankful and happy for such an amazing experience.

The online listings were easy to navigate, reserving a test drive was easy and the experience at the dealership was amazing. I was met at the door and soon after they had the vehicle ready while assessing my trade in. The protection options are great here including LoJack, wheel and tire, and surfaces in case of bad spills inside or big damage outside. I look forward to seeing you all again for my next vehicle.

Took my Honda Ridgeline in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was quick and I was out way earlier than I expected. Kevin Owens was my Service Rep and I highly recommend him and Crest Honda!

Very good experience. Got my new Accord and drove home in about 2 hours! The sales people were very efficient and helpful,I am happy to give them an A+. Car runs great, but too many fancy options...(i am a conservative guy, would be happy with stick shift, clutch and hand brake :-) ...

Recently had an issue with a warranty company refusing to honor my transmission replacement and the guys in the service department, (Ryan and Elliott) really went the extra mile in helping get the issue resolved and the warranty honored. They fought for literal days to get my vehicle the repair I was entitled to and kept me in the loop the entire time. 10/10 would recommend.

Greatest experience I had dealing with a dealership. T. G. Greer,III and Mr. Remon Eissa were the greatest. They were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The test drive was amazing with T. G. and Remon found me a cheaper rate than my bank offered.

Was greeted within a couple of minutes and told that someone would be right with me. The service tech was there immediately. He took down the relevant information and told me I could wait in the waiting room. Service requested was performed in a very timely manner, the Tech came and got me, paid the bill and was on my way. The Techs were very cordial, appeared to be happy to service my vehicle, and very professional. They thanked me for using Crest and said if I had any problems to just give them a call back.

Crest did it again. Took care if my beloved FIT. They are not cheap, but the job is good and the concierge like service is good. One thing I've always appreciated about them is that they are not snobs about tending to older cars with the same care as new, fancy cars.

The employees are very welcoming, very professional & so cooperative. We spend around 5 hours there & they were very patient, answering all our questions & showing us more car options , they didn t even make us feel uncomfortable, although that they stayed 2 hours more after working hours to finish the paperwork. They were all v helpful including the sales lady, Finance Manager & the General Manger. This is the 3rd car we get it from Honda Crest for the family. I really recommend to deal with them.

No one likes taking their car in for routine maintenance. However, it's the lifeblood of a car. Crest does a really good job of letting you know what's due at certain mileage intervals. I had it all done and my car drives and handles better than before I took it in. 96,000 miles and hope to get 300, 000 miles out of my Element. To me, $500.00 is a lot better than buying a new car.

The service staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. All my service requirements were explained to me in terms that even I could understand. Issues were found and brought to my attention, and then corrected. I highly recommend this dealership for all your automotive service needs.As a result of the above service appointment, they found that there was an issue with my transmission, and that it needed to be replaced. The service manager researched and found out that my transmission was still under warranty and that Honda would replace it at no cost to me. It only took a few days to get the transmission ordered and replaced in my vehicle. I have always taken my vehicles into the dealership for their scheduled services and this dealership is by far has the best service department I have ever dealt with. A special thanks to Ryan and Kris for being true professionals at what they do and taking care of my service needs.

I bought a used pickup truck from Crest Honda and I am very happy with the experience and the vehicle. Ben Scott was my salesman. He is extremely helpful and a very nice guy. They worked with me on getting to a price that I am happy with. I will be considering Crest Honda next time I am in the market for another vehicle.

My wife and I are in Nashville for medical appointments until April. I came to the service department and met Eduardo Ramirez who treated me like I'd been coming to Crest Honda for years. He arranged to get the oil change and tire rotation done within an hour or so, then sceduled my warranty work done the next morning in 2 1/2 hours. Eduardo was friendly, engaging and performed well beyong any typical expectations. Go see this guy!!!

Great experience with the service department. The service manager Kevin was very professional and great to work with. Brought my car in on the 13th to have the A/C fixed and he had it ready to go by the 14th! Just in time for the warm weather. Will be using them again.

I had a bad experience with this dealership. Chris did take care of me after wards and gave great customer service.I d like to make a complain about the customer service rep. I tried to book an appointment 3 week straight and did not receive any support until yesterday. Yesterday was still a bad experience because I brought my car in at 9:45am and did not get my vehicle until the next day.

Our trip to Honda initially was to get an oil change. But we ended up buying a car instead! Our car salesman was Monte and from the very beginning, he was kinda, helpful, and did his very best to get what we wanted. It didn t just stop there. The managers were just as kind and helpful. I ended up getting the car I loved and they all made it happen as a team! Crest Honda of Nashville will be our forever Honda home.

Quick and easy with an appointment. Was in and out in 45min with oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid flush. Plus, they don't jerk you around. Highly recommend for any Honda owners in the area.

Everything about my experience was excellent, including receiving text messages while I waited about issues found and suggestions to address. Only reason not to give a 5 star review was that my tires were rotated but sensor for tire pressure apparently was not adjusted. Therefore, screen showed low tire pressure just as I was returning to home and I had to turn around and drive back to have sensor properly adjusted.

My service attendant was just perfect. Polite, professional and thoroughly knowledgeable about my recall. In addition to that repair, my car was throughly inspected, tires rotated, oil changed, etc and and drove away feeling absolutely comfortable and safe in my car and completely satisfied with service that I received.
