Crash champions absolutely have the best customer service. They made this process so easy and quick!They got to me taken care of 6 weeks ahead of initial schedule. Kyle took great steps to keep me informed and up to date!My truck looks amazing!I can t even tell it had work done to it

I literally can not say enough wonderful things about this place. From the beginning of our interaction to the end. Everyone was so nice and so pleasant. Jeff was very transparent with me up front letting me know that due to Covid certain parts were taking a little longer to get. I dropped my car off on 12/29/22 and wasn t expecting to see it again till February or March. So I was completely shocked when they called me today 1/10/23 to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up. I 100% will be recommending them to everyone I know or meet that needs to get their car fixed!!!!!

My wife scheduled an appointment to drop-off her damaged car through our insurance. The day before the drop-off time, she called to push the appointment back a few hours due to a work event she could not miss. No one answered and there was no option to leave a voice mail. The day of, an hour before the appointment, she tried calling again. Same result. She arrived at a time later than scheduled, which was expected, they refused to take the car and told her she would have to reschedule through our insurance. They did not offer to help in the matter and brushed her off when asked why no one picked up the phone on the multiple occasions she called.Frustrating experience to endure especially when trying to fix a damaged vehicle.

Absolutely horrible attitude from staff.Update: Terrible communication between staff and customers, no clue what s going on. The long story short is, they returned my vehicle after seeing a bad review and telling me they "no longer want to do business with me" because of a bad review. Sad truly, some people there are very kind.

I'm extremely disappointed. I don't know where to start, but this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I only brought my vehicle here because Geico suggested this as a reputable business partner. After dropping my car off for the first initial drop-off, I couldn't get them to answer the phone. There were no updates on the vehicles progressI finally received a call a week later to pick the vehicle up, and when I received it, the work was less than satisfactory. Fast forward two weeks later after them performing a service gaureentee. I part received the car with AGAIN with bubbles and sagging in the paint .When speaking to one of the supervisors about the condition of the car, he became very adamant about " it being what it is." His words verbatum. He was also very defensive about me bringing attention to the condition of the vehicle when it was brought to them. Stating I was calling him a liar when I pointed out additional damage to my vehicle.Now, I can't get them to return my calls. The car is STILL not fixed properly. If you want to feel like you matter and professionalism , don't go here. Hands down the worst experience.Update:Here it is April and this will be the 4th time that I have had to take my car to get body work for the initial repair. The only thing they are consistent in is their poor service. They have a habit of not answering the phones and then claiming that they have reached out. When they do answer the phone they immediately put you on hold for 10 to 20 minutes atna time. Jo their glorified receptionist is a peel. She has no business working with the public. Also I have been called a liar by more than one of the staff members when calling them out for poor service. Don't go here.

Took them over a week to respond to phone calls and emails from me and from the company that owns them. Both times I actually spoke with someone on the phone from this location, they were rude and unapologetic for the lack of communication or failure to answer the phones (for a whole week??).I had a reservation through my insurance company that they said didn't exist (but didn't ask for claim # to look it up??). When I spoke with someone who manages the place, they said they would have to "look in to it" but offered no amelioration or alternative solutions.The manager told me "At this point you might as well bring your car to another company". That speaks volumes to his confidence in his business and his ability to problem solve. Don't go here, ask your insurance companies to send you somewhere else

Brian and team were so kind and professional! They worked extremely quickly to replace a bumper on my RAV4, and Brian communicated with me every step of the way. The enterprise office they partner with was wonderful too. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received!

Gave me regular updates on my vehicle. Friendly staff. When I called and explained I would be out of town for work when my vehicle was meant to be finished, they got it done a day early so I could pick it up before the work trip. Great staff and communication.

Do yourself a favor & take your vehicle elsewhere! Such a headache! Unprofessional to say the least! Although they do a good job on your vehicle, they are VERY slow & the communication is horrifying. They don t communicate within the company & the front desk representative is such an imbecile!!!!! I wouldn t refer these people to my dead dog. Horrible experience & while I was awaiting, I saw several others who had the same experience I did as well!!!!!!!! Absolutely unacceptable. I have been inconvenienced for almost 3 months now & STILL am. Definitely thee WORST experience I ve ever encountered. 0/10 for sure. I honestly don t know how they are still in business!!!!!!!! The mission statement definitely doesn t match your service or employees.

Worst place ever. Said car would be done in 10 days it s now been 34 days. Extremely rude front desk clerks, absolutely no communication, and they never answer the phone. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and with their corporate office. We have been paying out of our pocket for a rental car. Never take your car here!

All I have to say is, if you want a 4 month vacation away from the car you re making 500$ payments on and while it s on that 4 month vacation the people taking care of the car leave it outside for 3/4 months, let it get tarnished by the harsh weather and let it get snowed on then this is the place for you ! Also don t believe them when they say you re car will be finished within the following week because they will push the date back even further. If you like wasting your time, energy, patience, and money then I d recommend no other place than the great Crash champions of Nashville Tennessee

Only 4 stars because it s really really hard to get someone to answer the phone - BUT Unfortunately my car ended up being totaled from a rear end collision. I went by today to get my belongings out of it and a gal named Mary helped me. She was super friendly and greeted me very warmly inside. She then went to the back lot with me and helped me get some of my stuff out of my car and helped me get my plates off and whatnot. She was so sweet and I really enjoyed the company while doing something depressing like rifling through my destroyed car. Thank you, Mary :)Dwayne (not sure of spelling) was also very very nice and helpful. When it first got towed to their lot he talked to me for a long time in the parking lot and told me SO MUCH helpful information about dealing with insurance and repairs etc. He s clearly very knowledgeable in his field and he was my saving grace that day after receiving the run around from insurance, tow company, etc. I definitely value good people caring about their job and their customers and this place has that.

Their communication skills are poor. It took over an extra month to finish my repairs and never once did they call/text/email me to let me know of a single delay. I had to go in person to even find out what was going on. They only communicated with insurance and even then, insurance had to reach out for updates. Ultimately, they sent a txt asking if I d already picked up my car to let me know it was finally done. I d attach the screenshot of the text threads if there were an option, but go somewhere else with your repairs if you can. I prefer MAACO. I only used Service King/Crash Champions bc it was accepted by the insurance of the person that hit me..

I was involved in a car accident that damaged both of my passenger doors. I took my car into Service King per the instructions of my car insurance, Geico. Everyone was nice and I had no issues with submitting my car, the claim or receiving a rental. My car repairs were completed in 5 days and approximately a week after receiving my car back I noticed that the color on the hood and roof of my car looked different. Initially I thought maybe the car just needed to be washed, but after washing it these two paint areas of the car (roof and hood) looked extremely faded. I called Service King and asked them if I could bring it in. When I brought my car in I was happily met by the guy who handled my claim. I took him out to my car to show him these areas and he immediately stated that my car looked like this when I brought it into them. I told him that my car did not look like this when I dropped it off. He stated that he had pictures to prove this per my insurance and if you can see the pictures of my car the day of the accident, which was 3 days before I brought it into Service King, you can clearly see this statement was not true. If you want your car repairs done extremely quickly I would recommend Service King. If you would like your car to be repaired properly and your car returned to you the way that you dropped it off, I would recommend you use a different company.Update: I was contacted via Facebook about my review and asked to bring my car in to discuss my issue. The manager, Jason, walks outside, looks at my car and told me this was typical . So I m to assume that bringing your car into Service King one way and getting it returned completely different is typical. Therefore, I recommend you don t waste your time, or your deductible and use a different shop.

My experience this year with Crash Champions has been absolutely awful. My repair manager Jaime held zero accountability for the lack of progress of my truck s repair. As a matter of fact, they already have my payment even tho the job is not complete! I hope crash champions can make my problems right as Jaime has not been able to get the job done.

So far, the people I've interacted with a Service King have been EXTREMELY nice. However, I just went to pick up my car and there were several issues that I had reviewed with the insurance adjuster that Service King missed or simply didn't do very well. So, I had to drive back home in my rental.Especially poorly done was the detailing work that Farmer's Insurance had approved to get the cigar ash stains and smell out of the car. (My car had been stolen and it looked like 3 - 4 guys had been driving around in it smoking cheap cigars and using it as one gigantic ashtray).My understanding is that Service King contacts with another company that comes in to do that detailing -- they should consider contracting with someone else.So, 1.5 hours wasted on a beautiful Saturday morning. Bummer.But, again the people were nice and I'm hoping the car is REALLY ready next time I get the call.UPDATE: When I went back to pick up my car a 2nd time, they STILL had not completed the job. There was damage in precisely the spot I had informed them about via e-mail.However, I've been notified that the additional part has arrived and hope they can finally get the repair right - even though it will have taken 3 trips to Service King to get it done.

My experience with Service King Downtown Nashville was the WORST experience I've had with any thing or any place, up to this point in my life. It took them 3 months and over $14,000(on a car that books for around that amount), and I had a car that STILL had clearly visible paint issues and missing parts.They were never hurried, and had as much time as they needed. I never called for update, unless a few weeks had gone by and I hadn't heard anything. 10 times they called, your car is ready for pickup". 10 times I made the 2 hour round trip(the accident was apparently closer to Nashville than Clarksville, where I live). They just couldn't seem to get the paint and body work right. The car looked like I had taken it to a bad body shop and had them do a quick job so I could trade it in.There were(and still are) parts missing/stolen that I'll have to replace out of pocket, and the car is currently back at a Clarksville location(nearly 2 weeks now) to fix the paint issues.Please don't respond for me to contact your customer support. Been there. The area manager was involved, and neither him nor the general manager were able to make this right.

I received a call starting that my car was ready. Upon showing up i was told they don't know who called me, and told me the insurance company hasn't paid for the car yet.This is the second time this has happened.I was told by Jo that she is over my account and has no idea who called from her office.

I have used the services of Service King Collision, downtown Nashville over the years and have had nothing but an excellent experience each time. Today Lee, the Service Mgr. and one of his techs made my day by fixing something that another shop had left half done. The repair work is excellent and the customer service is top notch!

My car was T Boned with over $10,000 of damage. Service King did an outstanding job with my car I was highly impressed and would recommend them if your unfortunate enough to be in an accident.

The supposed repairs were done in February 2022 and took longer than expected. I was told everything was repaired, yet here I am in September having issues with moisture in my headlights and front bumper not properly aligning. When I told them about the issues, their response was there was already damage to the bumper. The only thing they repaired were the cracks in the grill and the broken Buick symbol. It's September, and I'm still having issues. Pick a different place to have your repairs completed.

Car fixed there because my insurance use this shop. They kept my car a month. Work is not great, but car better. Customer service started to get irritated because I called multiple times. I needed my car for work. I was involved in a hit and run. After keeping it that long, a panel on the side isn't pushed in all the way.

Don t take your car here unless you don t need it for several months. Took my car here for exterior body work and did not get it back for 3 months. The entire time it was there the shop never called me or updated me on my car. Everytime I called, if they would even answer, they were unable to provide updates.

I was in a terrible wreck that left me physically and emotionally shaken. A few days later when I came to Service King to view the damage, I became quite emotional. Amber was genuinely caring and compassionate. She was willing to listen to our concerns and answered all of our questions. Amber reassured us that they would take care of my car and boy did they! The staff at Service King did a FANTASTIC job on my SUV in a short amount of time. The customer service is beyond excellent! I highly recommend the Downtown Nashville Service King location!

When I first came into Service King I immediately thought this process was going to take forever and that I am probably going to deal with someone that is rude and they are going to over price and basically become a sales person. Wasn't in the mood and was not going to have it and already had my defense up. However, that is not what I received. Service King was an amazing experience. Thank you to Tyler Z and Brian A both were amazing and was very apologetic because the day I brought my truck in they had no records of my appointment, but immediately ensure me that they will take care of me no matter what. Took exactly a week to fix my vehicle. The process was super easy and by hands down if they were able to do oil changes and tune-ups for my truck, I would definitely bring it in to get those services done. I would rate this whole process a 10 - 10 being the highest and was beyond satisfied.I am not one to write review, but what I have been dealing with before coming to Service King was a nightmare and this deserved a review. Thank you to Service King and Tyler and Brian for making this process smooth.
