bad service they give you a price and you end up paying more they don't measure the pressure of air in the tire they don't do an alignment they just install it and that's it the last time I go back to that tire

Bad customer service I called they talk with a big attitude if I was able to put zero stars I would, just from the way they talk I wouldn t recommend going there at all. Trying to be smart on someone is not business and I won t be taking down this review trust me. I am putting it out there to all the customers that deserve to be treated right, hope that helps

Usually when I come here I have a great experience. Well a few days ago I was very disappointed and didn t appreciate how I was treated. Basically I came here on a Fri. and wanted a new tire. One of the employees told me to that he ll order it for me and to come on Mon. I said ok then came back Mon. as told but they were closing at 5:30 when clearly on the website it says 6. So I looked down and looked up with everyone leaving not saying a word. Just left me hanging which made me feel like I did not matter whatsoever.Anywho, I pulled up around the storefront and talked to the same person from Fri. who just brushed me off. He said that I d need to come another day and place a deposit for a new tire. This was not told to me the Fri. I came. So I decided to take my business elsewhere with better service. Overall, I m not satisfied with the way I was treated and the misinformation that was given to me. Do better business!*

Service was very fast. Got charged $75 bucks for a used tire. Had a bubble in tire so it was an emergency. We were visitors from Indianapolis and two women. Perfect way to take our hard earned money.

I ve come here twice and they have great pricing and are absolutely amazing! Super fast and very nice people. The tries they provide are in great shape too. All around fantastic place

They have reasonably priced used tires in great condition. The service was so fast I didn't even have a chance to get out of the car. I was looking in my bag for my debit card and by the time I found it, he was tapping at the door letting me know he was done.

Went in to get my tires mounted and balanced. Would give 0 if I could. Guy scratched ALL 4 of my bronze rims so I could easily tell. He refused to look when I insisted on showing him. He refused to discount the price. They didn t even do the star pattern when putting the tires back on. Didn t even use a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts. Came here since discount tire and Firestone was a tad bit more expensive but will for sure never come back to this place , ever.

Never had a problem. 3 guys come out like nascar. 20 minutes. 4 tires mounted and balanced. What more can u ask for

I AM driving a tow truck. My tire burst up and I needed to replace the tire. I google and found City Tire Shop within 2 miles (a 24 hr shop). I drove down to this location, unfortunately, City Tire is closed. City Tire is NOT a 24 hour tire shop. Please City Tire can you remove your store from google as 24 hr business. You don't open 24 hr why confusing the public.Time os money.

They throw the old tires in the back of my car without me knowing.. normally everywhere you go they keep them.
