I took my Honda civic 2017. to get fixed here and the customer service and cautions they took with my vehicle were great. I got my car fixed within a few days just waiting on the parts to arrive. Reasonably priced as well! Definitely recommend them and will be coming back to them in the future if I need any repair shop.

Chaves auto repair does amazing work. 100% recommend very nice and friendly staff. Bilingual and very understanding as a person and no crazy prices like some other collision places

Very impressed by their job they fix my truck and as I write this they are working on my mothers car I m so happy to find a place where they know what they are doing. I will recommend this shop to everyone but call ahead to set up an appointment.

If you need someone to trust and rely on? That s Chavez. I was so tired of all the collision places taking weeks to just see the car and fix it in months. I approached Chavez and things get done! At a very low cost and great work! Please don t waste your time with other major collision places!

10/10, they have excellent pricing, honest ownership, and go above and beyond for their customers. Mr Chavez kept me in the loop throughout my repair, quick, efficient, and the body and paint work makes my car look like it's new again. Save yourself the trouble and go to Mr. Chavez, he will take care of you. Never going to a different shop again.

Don't trust these people! I toke my vehicle here almost six months ago in excellent condition my vehicle has not run correctly sense!! I had a minor accident on the bumper the insurance company paid these people to replace the exhaust pipe they did not replace it and left wires hanging over it also did a not so good paint job on the bumper I toke the vehicle back to them because the exhaust that was supposed to be replaced was not put back into place correctly was still not put back into place and not replaced even though the insurance company paid them for it!!! DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! MY CAR RAN PERFECT BEFORE IT HAS ONLY BEEN SERVICED FROM THE DEALERSHIP NOW THE CAR IS NOT! ALL FROM A MINOR WRECK!!

Terrible people skills/customer service. I went to get an estimate and possible work done on my car. They took a few pictures of the car and told me that they would call me with an estimate. They never called so I called them the next evening and was sent to voicemail and received a text message immediately after telling me that they would call me later(unprofessional). I never received the call so I went somewhere else. Very unprofessional.

Mr. Chavez took my Honda in on short notice after I was rear ended. He worked with the other drivers auto insurance and had my car repaired within a few days. I was extremely pleased with the attention, service, and excellent workmanship.A week later, my wife s Tesla was impacted while parked. I called Mr. Chavez and I stopped by his shop again. He polished up the scrape within minutes.His cost is reasonable and his service will exceed your expectations.Service: Body & Trim

Made with nice quality, even I didn t ask them to do it so perfect! Staff and boss are friendly and polite. Just made it one day later then was provide, cause of low temperature outside, but make small discount for those inconvenience! Gracias, amigos!

I 10/10 would recommend Chavez!! I m from out of state so I was really in a bind looking for a body shop that could make sure my car would be safe for my drive back after someone hit me. I m so glad I found Chavez body shop! Now I can drive my 8 hours back home knowing my car won t give me any trouble. Thank you so much!

Saved a lot of money by not going the insurance route and they followed my instructions perfectly repairing fender-bender. Plus, they finished early, and am especially impressed at how well they blended in the paint on 10 yr old van.

Did a good job. Great work. Hated the after mess. Left mud stains under me floormat and on floor siding. But cleaned off seats and floormat. I had car cleaned before I dropped it off.

I was passing through Nashville during a snow storm and damaged my car. The guys at Chavez were responsive and took care of me so I could get back on the road. They went above-and-beyond even helping to tow my car out of the snow after fixing it! They were prompt, personal, and professional. I was traveling thru to a graduation when my headlight blew out I looked on google and called and he told me to come to the shop despite how busy he was he helped me without any hesitation I really appreciated there help if ur ever passing thru the area definitely give them a try u won t be disappointed

a workshop with a bad attitude, the work is regular, they are not detailed and they do not repair everything before painting the cars, you must check your car when it is delivered to you.
