I had a great experience working with Steve and the crew at Capley. Extremely professional, attentive, and honest. I had an aftermarket grille put on my S4 along with swapping out decals. Great communication, and when the aftermarket part I purchased didn t perfectly fit he made the necessary modifications done to fit the part. He called me during the job explaining what was going on with the part and what he recommended doing to fix it. The job was done with care, timeliness, and at a fair price. I was recommended here by a friend about 10 years ago, and out of about 5 body shops I ve taken my cars to over the years before then, there have been none that have done the level of work and customer service that they have here. They will always have my business and my recommendation.

This too is another accurate and honest place to get work done on your vehicle. They use factory parts with most insurance. They will have your vehicle looking like new for a fair price. Nothing is cheap or free these days but they will get it done

I was referred to Capley to get an estimate for repairs. I ve been to him several times. This company and this man has a heart of gold. He is the most generous and kind hearted person i know. Ive never seen him frown, always so nice.

At the risk of Capley becoming too popular, I had the most amazing experience with this company! These guys know their stuff, and are so attentive and reliable. I thought my van would be in their shop for at least a week, and the cost would hurt. Wrong on both accounts. Steve and his crew will be my go-to for any future body/paint needs!Service: Body & Trim

I'm not one who typically writes reviews but I thought I needed to here. I had come across some unfortunate scratches on my black car and it was recommended to me that I should go here. Steve did a wonderful job on my car and was a very pleasant person. The pricing was very fair and I would definitely recommend anyone that needs paint work done to give this place at the very least a look. You definitely won't be disappointed!!!

I stopped with no appointment or phone call as they had just opened and the owner Steve was absolutely amazing. Dropped what he was doing and walked outside with me to inspect the car. Because it was a fleet vehicle for my job I needed a quote fairly quickly and he obliged. An absolute gem that I ve run across in this industry! He emailed the quote to my field office and I was on my way to my next job. This man is an all star!!

Steve has provided me with exceptional quality and reasonably priced services. I've worked with him on two occasions. 1) He installed some new weather stripping for me in my 1994 Jeep. He did an awesome job and worked out a incredibly fair cash price for me. 2) Same vehicle got into a hit and run so I came back to his shop. It took some time because one his crew members was sick, but it came back to me looking beautiful. Because of the inconvenience, Steve waived the extra amount not covered by my insurance! He even still remembers me to this day when I pop in for an estimate with vehicles I'm working on. Personally, I could not recommend a better shop. I'd happily return and give men like Steve my business anytime.

Mr. Capley is a straight shooter and a man of his word. Took my car to him in January to fix after a front end fender bender. He got it done exactly when he said he would. The work was excellent, like nothing happened. His estimate was also the lowest of three I got. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable body shop in Nashville.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I contacted 10 different body shops to fix my sunroof that had been stuck open for about 5 months, most wouldn't even look at it and the ones that did said it couldn't be fixed. Capley was able to fix it in a timely manner and at a great price. If I ever have the misfortune of needing a body shop again, I'll definitely bring my car here.

I brought my vehicle in to Capley's to have it repaired from an auto accident. Steven did a fantastic job on the repair itself and was kind, knowledgeable, and easily accessible during the entire process. I would recommend Steven Capley to anyone I know who needs good, honest work done on their car. A+

I have know Steve nearly twenty years. Every time he has done any work for me - it's always been fantastic. I just had hm correct a problem from another shop (I had to use somebody else quickly) and had a terrible experience there. Steve not only fixed the problem from the other place - he went the extra mile and treated me wonderfully.I could not recommend all of the fine folks at Capley's Pant and Body any higher!!!!

Guess I'm the only one leaving a bad review. Took my 1995 F150 to Steve to have the upper portion of my truck repainted due to an accident.Steve was extremely helpful,and knowledgeable regarding the repairs needed.I dropped my truck off with him,and was told it would be ready in a couple of weeks.Being in the automotive repair business things happen and repairs can be delayed for a number of reasons.My truck was finally ready for pickup in March.Never got upset with Steve,as again I know how hectic this business can be.Unfortunatly I was not able to personally pick my truck up,so I sent a couple of family members to pick it up for me.Needless to say after 5 months I was ready to get my truck up.When I seen my truck,disappointment was an understatement...The first thing I noticed was wet sanding swirls in my two tone paint on both sides of my bed.By no means was I nitpicking,just stepping back 20 feet.When I opened the cab door the complete interior was covered in a layer of bondo dust.After driving the truck for a week I realized my bed was loose,out of six bolts three were and one had been cross threaded and left loose.The biggest issue....When reinstalling my back glass the lower corner on the drivers side has a dent in it now.The only thing I can figure happened is it was done during reassembly..I contacted Steve after I got my truck back about the issues,and he told me to bring it back in.I never did,just too exhausted over my experience..Just easier to find another body shop to do the work,and not one that focuses their business on quick turnaround collision work.

Hey if are looking for a body shop to repair your car and you want it done right the first time then this is your place. CAPLEY'S PAINT & BODY SHOP is the best in town. I work for a local auto manufacturing company for over 25 years and I have a trained eye for good quality and let me tell you they know just what they are doing when it comes to paint and auto body repair.I will never take my cars to any other place and if they can't get to my car right away I will wait until they can.YES THEY ARE THAT GOOD!!! Thank you for all you do for my car family. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.
