Went today to get a Mercedes Battery for a 2017 C300. The staff before I even said what kind of car we can t do a battery install . Why? Their reply is it a newer car? Yeah 2017-2018. Yeah they have a computer on the Battery. I m confused I ve been working on cars for years and know the computer is not on the battery. They go on to say the battery is in the back seat. Again I said I just jumped the battery from under the hood. Took the technician outside and showed him.He says see those little boxes on the terminals that is a computer. No they are sensors I worked on Mercedes for years that is not a computer. Again the technician couldn t understand what I was talking about. So I just said cool I ll guy the battery some where else.I called advance auto in the parking lot. They agreed with me knowing it a batter you can swap it out. Went to advance auto up the road and they installed battery but they stripped bolts on the battery tray. No computer on the battery. The computer is not on the battery guys. It started right up. If you hire people who don t want to work they won t. And a little advice if your hire some make sure they know the field they are in.I worked for years on cars and the last thing I wanted to do was install a battery today. Yeah had to buy a new bolt for the tie down to fix the issue with advance auto. So had to do the install the battery again myself.Please hire guys in your store who know automotive or went to school for it.And yes it started right up, needed a battery replaced that took a whole 5-10 mins.

HUNTER was so much help. I needed a new battery and he installed it for me despite it being a difficult job to get the old one out. He was very polite and knowledgeable. His parents should be proud of this young man. Not to mention, his mullet is LEGENDARY.

I have used this Autozone twice. And both times, these guys were amazing. They know what they are doing! fast and efficient putting in a new battery and the other time helping me install new wiper blades. Thank you!

My car wouldn't start and had no power today. But got a jump start from a friend and went to AutoZone. I thought it's either the battery or the alternator.... and Autozone tested both within minutes and both were fine! The staff member (wish I remember his name now) noticed some corrosion around the negative terminal on the battery, and recommended a $10 cleaning kit from the store. I used that, and the corrosion build up is gone, and the car starts fine now (used it for several trips today).Saved me a trip to the mechanic for diagnostics and/or repairs. So grateful for this. I was fearing a $200+ battery replacement and/or alternator repair... but only $10 with some good service from Autozone staff.So grateful! I recommend this location.

Having very little knowledge of how to attach a windshield wiper I was a damsel in distress, but Jack came to my rescue without hesitation. He not only reattached the windshield wiper but he also taught me how to do it as well. Thanks again Jack!My recent visit 7/7/23 was for a low beam headlight. I called first to make sure they had it in stock and the lady (forgot her name) was so helpful and patient. When I got there Evan was upfront and ready to assist me. He checked me out and replaced my bulb all within five minutes. Thanks to all the friendly and helpful staff at AutoZone!!

Great job, Jack and crew, absolutely the best. These guys helped me so much while I was broken down in their parking lot. With their help, I was able to fix my alternator and get back on the road. I can't tell you how awesome they were, that's very rare these days.

All three of the gentleman working here when I stopped in today were incredibly helpful. They ran a free diagnostic on my engine, and then ran it a second time just to make sure they gave me the most accurate information. They answered all of my 1000 questions with enthusiasm and patience, and didn t treat me like a fool for not knowing some of the basics (first-time car owner).They made helpful recommendations, and told me they d be happy to help me again if I had any questions. Highly recommend this place. I also didn t have to wait at all, they helped me the moment I arrived.One of them was named William, and the other two (whose names escape me) were an older gentleman with glasses, and one with a dark goatee.

I had a great experience at auto zone hwy 70 in Nashville. I had determined my brake light was out and went to the auto zone 30 minutes before close. Jose offered to help take my light off myCar so we could determine the type of bulb because the system wasn t cooperating. It was a harder task than thought to take my light off. Jose was so kind and patient and got his own tools and was able to get my light off, find a bulb for me, and come back out and reinstall the bulb for me. Even pushing past closing time and not rushing at all. It was such a kind and helpful gesture and really helped me a ton. Just want to say thank you again to Jose and I hope that he is acknowledged for his kindness and superb customer service.

I thought my battery on my car was running down so I went inside to ask for help. A gentleman came outside to my car and tested my battery and alternator and told me that both were fine. I very much appreciate it. Their fast service and friendly assistance. I won't hesitate to go back to AutoZone next time. I need help with my car.

Not pleased at all bought brakes for my 07 chevrolet Silverado Z71 was given the wrong pads brought back they swapped those out come to find out they had given me the wrong pads again after spending over $7000 at a repair shop because it burnt both calibers, master cylinder, brake booster

I've always had an easy, pleasant experience every time I've been here! Friendly, knowledgeable employees who are always quick to ask if you need any help locating something & give good recommendations when you're having a hard time deciding between two similar products. Also, the last time I was there, I had to get a new battery for my car, and they actually helped me get my old battery out, as well as helping me install the new one! =) Thanks!

I just want to thank the two Gentlemen that took time out of their night to help me fix my car when the belt broke.Jack & Graham, they saved me from having to sleep in my car. They didn t leave until it was fixed, even after closing time. It was truly a blessing.I live over 2 hours away, and had no one else to help me, other than my boyfriend.Putting on a belt is harder than it looks.Thank you guys so much!!!!

Okay I have to start out by telling you I just hate chain auto parts stores... None of them as a company can just seem to get it together. Having said that, these guys are as good as it gets in their industry. Always helpful, courteous, knowledgeable... I can be a difficult customer and you'd never know it by the way they treat me. I don't know you know what I'm going in there for but they usually let me know by the time I leave. If you need to shop a chain parts store it's worth the extra mileage to stop at this one.

Had a great experience with this location. Kevin helped me with my purchase of a new battery. When he found out that I had walked there to pick it up he mentioned it to another employee. Nate offered to drive me back to my car and install the battery for me. He definitely went above and beyond. Great to know that there is still great customer service out there. Would definitely recommend this location.

Went to auto zone after getting quoted 400$ to replace a simple MAF and purge valve sensor. One of their employees helped me along the way and showed me how to replaced everything. Thank you miller!

Had to have a new battery installed today and the service at this location was top notch! We had to trouble shoot some problems with installation and they handled it efficiently and professionally. I felt valued as a customer and like they truly cared about making sure my car worked before I left. Excellent job!
