Got towed because my battery was dead and could not be jumped. Had tow truck take me to auto zone knowing I had a warranty on battery. Went in and RYAN I THOUGHT WOULD HELP. Went out to check battery printed his little paper saying it was good at 88% asked to read code because was throwing a check engine light since it died he read code was saying electronic components abs system. I informed him last time it through the same codes it was the battery. Did not want to give me a new one when I informed I had a warranty he finally gave me a new battery and went to install when I told him I could help but would not take any suggestions I was making finally got it out put new one in sparking it a few times doing it. Went to put mount back on but was not fitting so he just threw in down In battery compartment and said to try to turn it on. So I did another worker walked up said try again still nothing both just walked away no sorry have a nice day nothing with my battery not put back together! So I m sitting there what do I do now call the tow tuck back? Well luckily I didn t I got out looked at battery cap was not on all the way over fuse box and was still lose did a little wiggle and started right up. Went to see if he has the bolt and nuts to put back on to secure battery but Ryan went home for the day when I went back inside of course so asked Corey if they had anything to secure it which I was like I ll get new stuff later and asked for the 10 and 13 mil socket to go secure what parts Ryan did not lose/ take with him. If he listened to me the bottom mount has an opening on left side to put mount on but again not very nice and dismissive can not finish a task.

This is the absolute worst AutoZone we have ever visited and will never go back. We brought in a bad spark plug to get new ones, and the employee was incredibly rude to us about. He acted like we shouldn t have brought the old part in. Then he speaking to another employee stating we came in and acted like we going to steal something. Then to find out, he had absolutely no useful knowledge regarding parts, tools or cars. AutoZone do better and teach your employees proper manners & etiquette.

I was leaving from downtown when my car started violently shaking, I prayed it would just make it here to see what was going on.The gent at the desk ran an engine scan and we found it was related to sparkplugs going bad, so I asked if it would be something that could be fixed soon. He immediately offered to help me install new ones and we promptly got to work only to find the issue was the whole ignition coil and even the engine. I was referred to Fitz It Auto just up the road who quickly fixed it the next morning. Great guys who know what they are doing.

Excellent customer service! I came in with a corroded and nearly dead battery, left with a new battery installed properly and an education! Friendly helpful technician showed me the whole process, she was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate and I will definitely be back again!

The guy at the desk saw me looking in a book for windshield wiper blades fitting. Noticed I needed to microscope to see. Called me over to the counter and set me up with a few clicks. Then noticed what brand I bought. I had come in there to get washer fluid too and forgot. He mentioned I could get $10 bottle of fluid for $2 with those blades. He s a winner. Winning trip.

Needed a battery change Stopped at Advanced Auto on Donelson Pike in Nashville . Did battery check but Was told because of battery location would not install one - went down the road to Auto Zone on Donelson Pike. Yeah! Bought new battery and Conrad Replaced it. Hot summer day too. thanks so much for the service! Definitely made my life easier!

I have to say Store 2080 is the best, they are friendly, kinda, and very helpful!! Called a head to ask for parts and a tool both times they made sure they physically had what I needed! If you want good customer service call Kevin, that young man is the best!

Convenient auto parts store with comparable prices. They'll change out a battery, replace wipers, run diagnostics - the typical stuff. Good customer service each time I've stopped in though. The wait can be tough sometimes but that's more the norm these days with less employees, and I'm typically there on a weekend when it's more of a peak time. Recommended if you need to work on your vehicle.

At 4:30 on a super cold Christmas Eve I went to AutoZone with a dead battery. This location didn't have the model I needed in stock, but Tico mentioned a few places in the area I could possibly find it, including another AutoZone up the road in Hermitage. I went there and found the battery but the employees there wouldn't install it because it was "too cold", "too big" and "too late". Desperate to get some help installing it as a single girl who needed to travel the next day, I went back to this location. Tico was more than happy to install the battery even when the location was about to close and said there was no way he would let any female leave his store without getting their battery installed in that weather. I am forever grateful and I will go back to that location for any automotive needs I encounter in the future.

Thank you Tico for your exceptional customer service today! You answered all our questions, were patient and most importantly knowledgeable and efficient. My husband and I were in quite a time crunch and a bit stressed due to this unexpected car malfunction and you were amazing despite being incredibly busy on a Saturday. Can't thank you enough! Hopefully AutoZone realizes what a great employee they have as Tico is what great businesses are built on. We will be back to THIS location!

After church this morning my youngest son and I were on our way to Advance Auto Parts to have my battery checked. I turned into Auto Zone by mistake, or so I thought! I was going to turn around so I could go to Advance Auto and my vehicle went dead in the middle of the parking lot. My son was trying to push into a parking spot, a young man (a worker from Auto Zone) came out and helped. My son explained to the young man what was going on. The young man was so helpful, very nice and professional. He helped my son take off the alternator (thats what was wrong) then took my battery out, then took it inside to charge. As the first young man took my battery inside to put it on charge, a second young man came out and helped with tools to replace the alternator. I regretfully did not get neither of the young gentlemen's names. If by some chance either of them read this, I am so gratefully for the both of you young men! Thank you both and may you each be blessed!

Went in for a battery check today. Young man named Hunter was new on the job. Very friendly and helpful. The manager was also very kind with costumers. Refreshing to have good assistance with good attitudes.

Best sales/customer service experience I have ever had. I drive a car that has a specialty battery that is located under driver's seat and also under the carpet. My family found ourselves 3 hours from home with a completely dead battery late on a Saturday night. After the Advanced Auto store down the road told me they couldn't help me. Sabrina at this location was more than willing to help. She loaned me the tools I needed to get access to the battery (remove the driver seat, carpet, and cables) Despite it being a very tight and difficult space to work in, she was able to replace my battery. She even helped me get everything in the car put back in place and working again. I can not say enough our great my experience was at this location. If I lived in this area, this would be the only auto parts store I would visit!!! This AutoZone has an amazing team that puts the customer first! It was great driving home knowing we had a battery that wasn't going to leave us stranded.

Came in to a warm greeting and excellent customer service. Staff was very helpful and provided a lot to information when comparing products and pricing. I was able to go in and get a nagging issue repaired and be back on the road, all on my lunch break!

Do you believe in angels? If you don't, it's because you haven't yet been helped by Skip and David of Auto Zone in Donelson, TN during your hour of need.Without going into the boring car mechanics details, we were stuck with a broken down van in their parking lot with our 3 kids and a friend of our kiddo to boot! Sure enough...it ended up being our alternator. From arrival at breakdown to the next day when my husband replaced the part in their parking lot, Skip and David were hospitable, encouraging and went above and beyond -- even charging our battery overnight. Their level of customer service is something you only see in movies from the 1950s.Thank you guys for being the change we need to see in our world.

The staff was so helpful and replaced my car battery for me over my lunch break. It maybe took thirty minutes total to go in pay for the battery and have them place it. Special thank you to Thurmond (aka J) for being so kind and also the other guy with curly dark hair (don t know his name.) I ve had bad experiences before at other autozones (east Nashville) but these guys were the best and did not treat me as if I didn t know anything (as sometimes happens with women.) A+++ service!

Just came here because the low beam bulb in my vehicle went out during my commute home this afternoon. The young lad that helped me was awesome! He quickly pulled up what bulb I needed, then replaced the bulb for me. He was friendly with me through the whole process which was somewhat onerous as there was a big part obstructing the bulb cover that he had to remove to get to the bulb. I kind of want to be his friend haha. The other workers I encountered seemed competent and friendly. Store was clean and well stocked. I ll definitely visit this store again for my auto needs.

Well I see that This district manager is not listening to me that's OK I didn't know that this was bring your child to work week that commercial manager black girl is bringing her kids to work and they're hanging out in the back room That is very dangerous and very unprofessional what in the h*** is going on at this Donaldson autozone

Every time I have had to visit this store I have always been happy with the service and their dedication to their customers. I recently had to go for what should have been a simple light bulb change. My car ended up being a pain in the whatsit and a challenge. Sarah E would not give up and persevered. She spent a lot of time helping me and not once did she make me feel like a pain in the rear. She was knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful and determined to help me. She fixed my pesky light and I left very happy. I will always visit this store as the "other" auto part store down the street is not customer friendly at all and therefore AutoZone will always get my future business. Thank you Sarah E

Thanks to Tico or Chico Ion remember the name well But He Helped me Out Greatly Today I got stuck on the side of the road he brought my part to me all the way across town and made sure me and my Wife Where ok before he left!!! It was a real blessing and thankful for the donelson location

Perfect place to stop if you need something right away or someone to help give you an idea about what might need some tinkering. I really like the employees that work here. They are friendly and do their best to help the customer. No pressure to buy. Plus, I like the smaller stores.

Ashuntae is a LIFE SAVER. He absolutely went above and beyond to help me to get my A/C working in my car so that I don t roast in this 95 degree summer. Helped find the problem, took out my old motor blower, replaced with the new one. Took care of it quickly and with a smile and explained things to me without making me feel dumb. So so so thankful!

Jacob was great in this place. He not only found the part I needed, but he helped me install it in the parking lot. He allowed me to get back on the road and keep grinding. Super friendly. Use this location. Hands down.
