The service was excellent! My husband took one of the vehicles that needed repaired to work, and the employee fixed mine at home and the other at his work. He was very nice!I rated it a four instead of five bc I thought the sealer would close the hole better. I ve never had it done before. Thank you for the good service.

I got a small chip in my windshield from a rock just as I was arriving into town and they were able to get my car in and out quickly before the hard freeze came in and made the crack grow. They probably saved me the hassle of eventually replacing my entire windshield. Kudos to you, Auto Glass Now!

Quick and accurate quote that included all costs (i.e. labor that others omitted). Fair price. Got us in quickly and did work on time. We dropped ours off, but there is a nice waiting area if choose to stay.

A rock hit my windshield on the way from Memphis to Nashville. I called Auto Glass Now and they told me to come on in and they could fix it now. I arrived and the gentleman took my truck in the shop and was done in about 15-20 minutes. Top notch work and excellent customer service. Would definitely do business again.

I was referred to them by several coworkers after Safelite canceled on me. I had a great experience. Everyone was professional , fair and friendly. I went to get breakfast at a delicious Red Bicycle spot near by. And by the time I finished my breakfast and walked back my car windshield was replaced. I was in and out. I haven't had any issues. I definitely recommend! The price and quality is great. Thank you.

An appointment was made and I traveled from out of town to be greeted with open arms from staff and the glass repair man and assured I'd be taken care of and I was. It only took an 1hr 1/2 waiting time. I was told how to care for my windshield by the receptionist ( who was very knowledgeable ) I'd recommend Glass Masters to everyone!Service: Auto windshield repair

I setup an appoitment 5 days in advance for a windshield replacement.I was asked for a time and location to have this work done.I recieved a confirmation for 9am appoitment yesterday. Today I sit around until 10:15am with nobody on site. I call to ask for an update and I'm told there are no set times and it will be roughly another 2 hours. Then why was I originally asked for a time, then was confirmed for that time? Thank you for wasting my time.

We had an accident occur on the interstate, on our way to Nashville. As a result, our driver s door window was busted out. I immediately called Auto Glass Now Nashville (because of their reviews and I found it on Google).The staff answered the phone (just before closing time) made me an appointment first thing the next morning. We arrived for our appointment and the window replacement took less than 45 minutes. The staff was great! And Auto Glass Now Nashville got us back on the road in no time!!

These guys did a great job. It was fast and easy to schedule and they actually got the correct glass after noticing the original glass order was incorrect instead of trying to put a square peg in a round hole. Phenomenal.

They are the best! The only company to fit my two cars into the schedule. Both of my cars were vandalized, missing side windows. The quoted price was the exact price. Alright first I want to say that the staff upfront was very nice. However, whoever installed the two windows on the passenger side of my truck clearly doesn t care about anyones property. Where the windows were replaced my door panels are now damaged. There are pry marks all over them. The leather is also scratched and the guy glued the front door panel back. I assume he broke the clips off. It s clear that the wrong tools were used or were used incorrectly. The manager assured me that his regional manager Brett, would be contacting me to see how we could remedy the situation, but I never received that call. So now after spending over 500$ to get my windows replaced I now need to spend another 1000$ to replace the damaged panels. So, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Got a windshield a couple years ago for my 01' Silverado 1500, it was nice until it cracked. Of course after a year or so I lost the receipt but thought no worries surely I'm in their system and they'd honor their warranty, but that's not how it went. I called to make an appointment for replacement, but they informed me they have a new catalog system and cannot look up past customers.

Very sad experience, we arrived on time however the employees were late. Thier computers we not working not a big deal hopefully they follow up with a work order and receipt. They replaced the front windshield but did not use a drop cloth and left shards of glass on the dashboard. When I called the manager to inform them of the issue the manager proceeded to advise me several times that thier policy is to wipe down the dashboard. Not once acknowledging that she would correct the failure to clean shards of glass or any other attempt to prevent the next customer from a bad experience. This gal was no manager very sad. A disappointing experience they should vacuum the shards not wipe them down you d have to blow up the picture to see the glass it not a great shotServices: Installation, Glass installation

We were traveling to Tennessee and a rock destroyed our windshield. Read reviews about the other company and felt uncomfortable with what we read. Found AGN, in Nashville, and come to find out our insurance company uses them as their preferred partner. Glad we changed our mind. They were very helpful and quick. In and out in 2 hours. Called Auto glass on Fri. to inquire on availability for new Crack in windshield. Needed risen shot into starburst crack to prevent spread. Time did not allow me to make it there before closing on Fri. afternoon so was able to walk-in on. Sat. morning for repair while waiting. Not very happy! 100.00 to diagnose a power window problem. Paid 100.00 and was told that they were 99.% sure that it was the motor. They told me it would be 150.00 to replace the motor. I ask what if it isn t the motor! You still owe us for installing the motor. I could pay them 250.00 and still have a window that doesn t work!

(Legal Robbery) I wish I could give this company zero stars. I had my front windshield replaced by this company, and it was a huge mistake. The window was poorly installed. I was driving home on the interstate when suddenly I hear an excessive amount of wind. I paused the Radio to investigate the noise then realized that it was coming from the front windshield. I call the company to inform them of the situation. They tell me to bring the car in the next day. I bring my vehicle in the following evening to explain the problem. Two workers approached the car and one expressed It looks Perfect . I tell the worker that the windshield was everything but that. After agreeing to take the car for an test drive so that someone could confirm the same experience. I began driving down back roads , because the traffic was Horrendous on the interstate. The worker agreed that he had too could hear an great amount of wind entering the vehicle, but he wasn t sure because of such low speeds. I was told to bring the car back in on Saturday for an more accurate expectation. I bring the car in as told. After, entering the building the tension was pretty obvious that I was not pleased to be seen. We agreed to take the car on the interstate for a test drive prior of the day. Although, that wasn t the case. They began pouring water onto the windshield Stating that if water doesn t enter the vehicle then air won t. I finally had enough of the games ,so I decided to expressed my opinion to the manger who seem to not care , because after all I ve already paid! This company is wasted time! They will Rob you of you re hard earned money! I basically just wasted $220 that I worked hard for! I don t recommend anyone to do business here. They don t stand behind the their work! So now I have to find an Professional Company who will do the job right! Yet along pay for Work that was already done Poorly!! Horrible place!!l
