Wow wow wow! I just came in to test drive for the fun of it, knowing I wasn t going to buy a car for a few months. But immediately upon coming in Ross was amazing and so kind, I was all over the place, excited to look at Audi s but he handled all questions I had and was patient with me. I didn t think I d be driving away with a Q3 the same day I came in, nor did I think I d be owning an Audi for a few more years. But everything went so smoothly and I left with my dream car. Thank you Ross and the rest of the crew for helping me.

Awesome dealership. The service guys are so helpful. I love that you can watch the service guys work on your car in their beautiful waiting area. Located right off the freeway. They send a video of the inspection letting you know exactly what they did and what their recommendations are for your car. They also offer a pay over time service if you need assistance breaking up the payments. Wow I am so impressed at how amazing this service was. Remember to look online for coupons as well.

So I am 40 years in the car business and YES we buy vehicles ourselves for personal use. Went online shopping for a specific vehicle and found it at Audi Downtown Nashville. I am impressed at the attention and enthusiasm I got from Austin Lister. If I could steal him away from there I would for sure. What a young man with a passion for taking customer service seriously. I got more than expected from his attention to making sure he did his best at communicating. Then his entire Management Staff took the time to personally engage with my visit. Hats off to a sales Professional that cares along with his management Team. So happy I found a Dealership that Really Cares. I will remain their customer for any and all new purchases. Thanks Austin. Purchased a SQ5 here today and my wife and I couldn t be happier. Our salesman Ross was awesome, from test drive to purchase we were in and out in a couple of hours. The entire staff from sales to financing was easy to work with and not pushy. Thanks again Audi of Nashville! We ll be back for our next future purchases.

Audi Downtown Nashville has been the best experience we have had at a dealership EVER! Alex and Oliver were both very professional and helpful. They were able to comply with all of our request being informative and helpful throughout the whole process of selecting, test driving and purchasing our new vehicle. We drove from 5 hours away and were very pleased with our choice of dealer. There was not one time throughout the process where they weren t helpful and supportive of all our needs. Out of all the other Audi dealers we have been to in the past Audi Downtown Nashville has been the most pleasurable to work with and was able to provide us with the best deals leaving us at awe. Overall we had a great experience start to finish and if we are ever in the market for another Audi in the future we will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!!

We worked with Ross at Audi Downtown and had arguably the best experience we've ever had while searching for a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, understood what we were looking for, and went above and beyond to make it happen. We would highly recommend him for anyone looking for great service and a reasonable price. The downtown location is particularly convenient if you live on the North side of Nashville.

I brought my car in last week for a mishap that happened while driving around town. No appointment, Austyn was able to get the car looked at and determined it was a minor repair that was needed. Parts were ordered and less than a week later I was bake for the repair to be completed. The process was pain free and Austyn s communication and service was great.

Not impressed with this dealership I m saying this coming from working at a dealership. Still without my car and not getting results. Just because someone did not buy the vehicle from you doesn t mean you drop the ball for service and not utilize what was purchased with the vehicle. You still represent the Audi brand and as a first time Audi owner this isn t what was expected or relayed as the experience from Audi ownership.

Just left with my 2024 RS 3 and I couldn't be happier with the experience I had doing it! Tyler walked me through the whole process and treated us like real people and not just a sale. That goes a long way with us! Super happy with our new Audi and Tyler's support!

I ve bought over 60 cars for my business in a few years but this place is something else. As soon as you enter into the building, you already get bad vibes of people not caring and you feel not welcomed to this dealership. The car we checked was super dirty and had finger prints all around windows besides dashboards . You know we re into this car at least you could ve detailed the car hrs ago we got there. One year old car looked like 10 years old. We decided to go Audi Brentwood location which was way better! The salesperson pulled the car in a mint condition and was very friendly. Price was way better as well. If you want Audi, check out Brentwood location you won t regret!!

I went in with my husband on Saturday and found a car that I was very interested in buying on the condition that I got a fair trade in price for my current vehicle. We didn t have the trade in car with us, so the sales agent told me to go home and send him photos of the car along with VIN and that he d get me a quote in ten minutes. I immediately did this upon getting home and didn t get a response until 3 hours later saying they got slammed at the end of the day and he d get me a quote Sunday at noon. That s fine, totally get it. Sunday rolls around, and by 3 pm I still haven t heard anything. I follow up and the agent says they didn t end up coming in because of volume (?) and he would reach out Monday at 9 AM. Okay, totally fine. Monday comes and goes, we don t hear a peep. It is now Tuesday and he hasn t even texted to acknowledge that he hasn t gotten us a quote. It s fine if you don t want to offer xx amount for a trade in, but at least be communicative about it. Poor service. Hopefully the Brentwood location will be better.

Above my expectations. We always ensure our vehicles are maintained including our daily driver's so we were happy to hear a new Audi service facility was opening near by.The design and layout of the facility feels top notch, it's obvious someone spent a lot of thought in the designing process. The staff were more than accommodating. I was treated like a valued customer, given great advice on service recommended for my vehicle and why the service may or may not be needed. Service on my vehicle was faster than expected and I felt I was well taken care of.I was not preassured into any service or haggled into purchasing another vehicle like I experienced at other luxury dealers.Overall my experience was top notch and I will be back. Keep up the good work, and you will have a long time customer.

It was the most great experience I ever had by visiting the new location of Audi downtown Nashville, from the moments I did arrived till the last one was fantastic, Tyler did very excellent job to bring the car to me and took it for test drive with hassle and pressure , we agreed on a fair price and the used car manager was great and did the paperwork , in a short period of time and the new show room was very organized and clean with a lot of fresh coffee and snacks! I really did enjoyed it and definitely coming back ! Than you very much for the great deal I got

I mean night and day from Brentwood. Excellent service; A++ in everything all around; better deal; trendy.Was truly blown away but maybe I was also used to how stale/bad Brentwood was.

Great service and staff. May be a bit pricier than non-Audi shops, but in my experience you get what you pay for and it is worth every penny. Audi will also stand by any work they do on the car and make sure it's done right. Would not take my car anywhere else.
