Horrible service my truck has a lot of problems with what they fix so we have to bring twice plus that they deliver the truck with my brand new rims with a big scratch and the sky in driver side messed with grease in a clean truckOwner was so rude every conversation is something what you don t want when you are paying for something don t do business here

My Daughter s Car broke down during a road trip to Nashville.Rick at A1 Nashville Transmission helped her secure a reasonable toe truck, which was the 1st of many signs that He CARES!After several days Rick found us a low-mileage transmission. Upon arrival, there were a couple of tweaks that needed to be done to meet his standards. Most would have slapped it in without a second thought.5 hr road-trip back home and it s running like a charm Highly recommend Rick s A-1 Nashville Transmission

Rick solved my dilemma !! Our LR4 had total transmission failure. Our repair in Brentwood couldn't locate a rebuilt or new transmission for replacement. So I called around to the local transmission shops -- all said no (too hard to get parts, too hard to program Land Rover). Rick took on the job without hesitation for a fair price. Now back from Rick's, our LR4 shifts better than it did new. Five stars for Rick and his team.Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

Rick, I think was so glad to say goodbye to us. We were told he was the best in Nashville.We. we were from Michigan and our transmission went when we were driving to Florida. It was a stressful time for us. Rick was good about calling us every day. We had an issue the day we were leaving, he came out his selfH. He made sure we were taken care of. The truth is running wonderfully now. We are home and are grateful that we were led to him.He backed up his work.Thanks !Service: Transmission

No customer deserves to be treated badly by the merchant especially when you are paying him for a service, I don t recommend you this place specially if you try work with you insurance this guys Rick has 0 tolerance to have good communication he is so rude when you call to asking about your goods he don t have the mood our truck spend over 2 months for a simple front driver side rebuild by accident , is better take your business to other place

I can t say enough good things about Rick and the guys at his shop. These guys are honest, knowledgeable and hardworking. On two occasions I ve taken my GMC 2500 HD in for uncommon issues and these guys have found the problem and fixed each time. They didn t ask me to post this but it s the least I can do. I highly recommend Rick and the guys at Nashville Transmissions.

First to start off this review I have never had a good experience with transmission shops until now. They took real good care of me and my transmission is very well built. I had my MKZ transmission rebuilt there. Rick and his crew were very nice and courteous. He was extremely helpful with my husband to make the decision where to get it done. Franklin Lincoln wanted to charge us $6700. Rick did the job for $3300. I would recommend this establishment any day. Don t let the inside of the shop fool you. This place is truly A1...get it?

I was on a long road trip from NYC and My 4runner broke down in Nashville- turns out My transmission was fried- Rick and his team did a incredible getting a alternate transmission in at a very fair cost in a timely manner while keeping Me updated for peace of mind throughout- Good honest bunch of guys, grateful I found them in this stressful ordeal.Thanks again for everything!

Took my jeep there after my transmission clutches burnt out due to a previous mechanic improperly installing a new radiator, causing it to run out of fluid an hour after I left his shop. Rick was super helpful explaining what the problems were, and even talking to the other mechanic on the phone in an attempt to get him to help me with the repair costs.Even though that didn't work, Rick and his crew were still very helpful and even came in on a Saturday morning to finish the job since I told them I had to go out of town that day.Great guys, really appreciate the good work!

Nick and his crew are straight up guys. Honest and get the job done correctly. Worked on a few of my cars a few times with no issues. They dont try to sell you on any kind of BS like most shops do around here, just to get your money. Plus there prices are very reasonable as well. They will tell you what's up and not sell anything farther then that. They have a smaller shop, 3 lifts in total, so sometimes wait time to get your vehcile done is up there depending on the job extent, but they do there best and keep you up to date on what's going on, so that's a good thing. I will be recommending A1 to fellow friends as well as bringing my car back when it needs something. Thank you Nick and your team for all your hard work. Keep up the good work.

Rick is the man! He always does a great job, not sure about those poor reviews I'm pretty sure they have Nashville Transmission confused with someone else as we have always received the best service and we have been many times over the years with different vehicles. We always refer anyone we know to Rick and his Team !

All of the guys at A1 Nashville Transmission were very friendly. I took my truck to them for large repair. They were very honest and were able to tell me what needed to be done and what could wait along with what could happen if I did wait. At no point did I feel like they were pressuring me to an up-sale. Very honest down to earth people. A little awkward location but very much worth it.

Had my vehicle in and out of his shop 5 times for a total of 6 weeks (in the shop) in a 4 month period. The receipt had the one year warranty from the first time I took it in, not when the it was finished. I haven't had it back a year and my transmission failed last night.DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!They also used my vehicle to try and start another vehicle, then lied about it. I could go on and on with several other lies they tried to feed me.No error here! This was a legit review!You F'ed up my transmission. One time your guy forgot to put oil in it!

***DO NOT GO HERE***They disconnected my transmission then told me to spend 5 thousand to fix it took 7 days to diagnose. I took it some where else all it was, was a solenoid issue took $100.00 to fix some where else. ***DONT GO HERE***Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! i had my car at rick's place twice. The first time he did not do the job correctly. I had to take it back a year later over christmas. He kept it for 2 weeks, It smelled terrible when i got it back because his shop is a wreck. If you are even considering this place please contact me and i'll tell you the rest of the story I can't post on Google.

I haven't had my truck in the job by him yet but I read some of these reviews and they are b.s I called Rick a few weeks back and he was so helpful he talked to me on the phone He told me me he didn't want me to throw parts at my truck he told it sounds like my rear was bad and it was I got that fixed and it turned out my trans was bad to and I made sure I hunted his shop back down to get my car fixed looking forward to doing business with u rickService: Transmission

Rick you have been an amazing human...your work on our car that had us stranded from Pennsylvania was beyond excellent. You took time.out of your weekend to look at our car and had it repaired and back to us in one day. The Engle's will be forever greatful to you.

Definitely the best prices in Nashville! I had great service and a great experience! All the guys were super nice and friendly! With Nashville booming... It's nice to see company's not jacking their prices up! I would absolutely recommend A1 NASHVILLE TRANSMISSION!

Ripped me off.Didnt fix the problem and over charged me.Might have them investigated for scamming people. I wouldnt recommend them. He might say he didnt work on my car but I have the yellow receipt and will post it if needed.

Extremely rude on the phone. Would not even take time to talk about the problem I was having only that he didn't have time. I will take my business elsewhere. As you can see I did speak to these people. No competitor here but quite frankly wouldn't be hard to have better customer service than these guys.
