Sounds like I'm not the only one these guys scammed after reading reviews THIS HAPPENED WITHIN 24 HOURS, NO REFUNDS, NEVER BRING ALUMINUM/FORGED WHEELS HERE. much less any wheel. Never seen a business ran this bad. Leave it up to Mitch and his goons

Fair and honest folks. I had some tires bought and mounted at pep boys, where I was told that I had a bent rim causing the rough ride after the tires were installed. Went to Wheel Workz to have them checked and turns out that the tires and wheels were fine, it was just a balancing issue. Diagnosed, corrected and out the door within an hour and they actually brought me in the back to show me what the trouble was. Great experience, highly recommend.

They are absolutely the best in Murfreesboro. After the horrific pot holes with snow, they were able to get me fixed right up. Not only are they professional with reasonable prices, but they truly do go the extra mile for their customers. I will definitely return and send anyone needing wheel services to them! Thank you so much!!

Went in for a simple rim repair but the mechanics stole my 2 Exxon gas cards out of my console because it was pushed forward after getting in so I had to check it. Incredibly disappointing. I was lucky to have my full loaded one in my wallet. Now i gotta find somewhere else for repairs. ON TOP OF THAT. $274 down the drain bc BOTH of my tires still leak. Obviously Mitch is way above his head on all the work he does. Do not go here. Shelly was nice but everyone else nah.

I have done business with them for years and had excellent service each time. I have done wheels, tires and lifted on a several vehicles and they always do the work in a professional manner and as quick as they can and they have great prices. They are local owned and operated so you will get the personal experience unlike a big box shop. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right.

I had a 8 Spline Key I lost for my wheels and spent 2 days trying to find a shop that has the key to get them off and went to every AutoZone, OReillys, Advanced Auto Parts and none of them had it. Someone from Advanced Auto Parts recommended Wheel Workz and pray to the gods Mitch had a 8 Spline Key that fit. He took care of me quickly and charged a more than reasonable low price. If you got any issues with Rims please come here and Mitch will take care of you.

Absolutely disappointed I took my Wheel in to get it straightened take it home. Put it on the car drive it around the block and it still has a bend. I take it back and there s another bend so it was never corrected the correctly the first time and mentioned that to the employee and he said I ve heard that which whiteout a doubt I know he has now I have to spend more money to fix the wheel .. I wish I would ve read the reviews before I took it over here

Be Very Weary.......... .We had an aluminum wheel welded less than 30 days ago. We moved the wheel to the rear of the vehicle to protect it from potholes. The weld separated and began leaking again so, we returned to have it corrected. They charged us again for the Same Repair. The owner told me, "I Only Guarantee It'll Hold Air Until You Get Out The Door". Multiple employees overhead this. REALLY ?!?They Will NOT get my business EVER Again. I'm $400 into repairing a wheel I nearly could've replaced by now.

If I could give them a no star, I would. My first experience was about 6 months ago close to closing time and when I pulled up and was headed to the door, a guy walked out and walked right pass me and grab their display sign and walked back in and locked the door without saying a word. Not we are about to close may I help you or anything. I told myself, that was pretty rude and that I would never come back and went to a different wheel repair location and was treated very good. My next experience happen this week. I had another wheel issue and my wife convinced me to try this place again since it s close to the house. I was reluctant but went anyway.. walked in and there were several guys standing in the office with no customers where I was and it took someone about 15 minutes to even ask if I needed help. Ended up having to leave my wheel for repairs and when I called back to see if the wheel was ready, the guy who answered the phone was the rudest person I ve ever talked to at a business. He answered my questions with a question and was just rude.

They robbed me out of $825 some dude in the office with blonde hair young kid orders a rough country leveling kit when that s not what I asked for, and I triple checked with him multiple times that it was the right thing I asked which was ( 3 inch keys and 2 blocks ) and he told me yes it was and that it was from rough country. Something just didn t feel right so I called rough country and asked if they had those items and the gentleman from rough country told me ( we don t carry 3 keys ) so then the next day I called them and explained they ordered the wrong stuff I asked for a refund they told me they don t do refunds and I told them they do today especially when you order the wrong parts completely opposite from what I asked for. I went to the shop gave him my card for a refund and he demanded that I pay $60 for shipping cost. I wasn t up for arguing with the punk kid so I said whatever which made my total $765 it was supposed to clear today I get on and look at my bank online it cleared for $0.00. I am now filing fraud against the buisness for total of $825. DO NOT COME HERE

My appointment was at 8:30am. He got there at 9am. He told me to return in 2hours because he had left over cars from yesterday to repair there rim. I could not leave my car as stated the day I made my appointment. I was disappointed because I live 45mins one way from the place. And to drive over on a shake tire to not have my wheel rim repaired I was unhappy. I will find another place who can repair a wheel rim.

Complete waste of time. Called a day ahead just to have them check the hub on my aftermarket wheels and they told me come in early the following day. I worked the following day yet still made time to go to their shop and they made the i have too many customers at the moment excuse. Poor customer service, their shop is dusty, and their shop is so unorganized might as well be a scrapyard

If you have a Ford or Lincoln sedan don't expect the right size lug nuts. They do not order the correct size only sell what they have.

Don't Go!!! I was pretty pleased when they repaired my two chrome rims the first time for curb damage. The price was $65 for each rim and I thought that was an amazing price! When I took my third chrome rim for the same repair the cost was $75 and it was less damaged than the first two. I asked why the cost increased, and I was told it depends on who writes the ticket. So, after riding on my repaired rims I was not pleased on how my car was riding so I decided to take those rims off, and took my one of my all black rims to Wheel Workz because it was bent. This time the cost was $105.00, and could possibly be an additional $98.00 if the rim cracked while they tired to repair the rim. When I went to pick my rim up, the bent was repaired but the black paint was missing. At the point I was furious because I didn't expect for a portion of my all black rim to be chrome. I ask why didn't they paint that portion of the rim, and why wasn't I informed that paint could be missing. I was told, Ma'am we can't predict the future. I told the guy, you could predict that it could crack but you could not predict that some paint would be missing. I was told in order for them to paint that portion of the rim, it would be an additional $85.00. I took my rim, paid the $115, and left. Wheel Workz is a rip off very inconsistent in their pricing, lack communication, and unprofessional. I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!

Went in to ask about refinishing a wheel. Was asked to drive up the street to a guy at another shop to look at the paint color. Was told three times to ask for Dick when I got there. I did. His name was actually Nick and he says the guy at this shop always does that . Customers just love to be in the middle of juvenile jokes. Hilarious. Nick was really nice, but no use for wheelworkz. Took my wheel elsewhere.

I don't understand some of the bad reviews. I went there after Costco tire shop said I had a bent rim. They took it off, spun it, and said it was not bent and balanced fine. Put it back on and gave me some good advice on proper tire pressure. They didn't charge me a penny. Very friendly and attentive. They could use a bigger space since they're overcrowded with tires and rims but otherwise I would highly recommend them.

If you want good service and high quality work done this is not the place for you. Their work was not well done and their service was completely unprofessional. Owner wouldn t admit to his workers mistakes even after the worker admitted to doing it. I would recommend Rimtyme custom wheel and tires of Nashville . Their team is much more professional and respectful.

First off they ordered wrong size rims so then they had to order the right size. Secondly the workers were already outside conversations about their manager and how he was being really rude to them and the mood he was in. Then I approached the manager to ask a question but as soon as I went to approach him he immediately gave off body language as in I was bothering him and he didn t want to answer any questions Then the other worker came to the front and started going back and forth with me because I had said I m withdrawing from getting the rims. So he argued back and forth with me at this time I walked out store. He told me I was gone pay either way! Right when I got there they were already having other problems with another customer concerning charges for their work that they messed up on his car. I do not recommend this place at all Just make the trip and go to Nashville because they have the worst customer service!!!

I had another company do a balance on my tire and they told me that I had a bent rim. I took my rim to Wheel Workz to get the rim repaired. Eric looked over my rim and didn't find an issue with it. Checked the balance an it was off. He balanced the tire and I am back riding smooth. I highly recommend them. The staff was very friendly and very efficient.

They stripped my lug screws putting my rim on, I didn t know until I had to replace a bad tire 2 weeks later that I m sure they ruined the bead on the tire. When I removed the wheel the lug screw threads were damage. I called to let the owner know he acted like he didn t remember my car and told me there was nothing I could do about it, he had to take care of a paying customer and hung up on me. On top of tht the weld the they put on the crack on the rim didn t last a week. Don t waste your time with this place.

I was sent here to buy new lug nuts by local dealership. At the time they were more than helpful. The spent 1.5 hour at dealership trying to get them switched out and were too small for the wheels I have. I then left to return them. Once I arrived they were not as helpful nor accommodating as to giving a lot of smart remarks about them not working. Finally after waiting 30 minutes finally received refund.I would not recommend this place for nothing!!

Service was awesome and turn around time was really fast. They did a really good job on my rim , getting rid of the curb scratch I put on it. They did at a really good price as well. Check them out, they will save you money.

Very unprofessional supposedly cracked my rim while heating it to repair a bend and charged an extra 95 dollars to repair the crack they made so that small bend ended up costing 252.00 dollars. They told I could come pay the 150.00 and take the rim with a crack but that it wouldnt hold air or I could pay them 95.00 more and they would fix the damage they are responsible for.
