Every time I go to this auto Center they give me an absolutely ignorant wait time at least 2-3 hours there was only 4 vehicles and 2 were in tire repairs two were in the oil change lane the tech gave me a wait time of two hours? An oil change literally takes 15 minutes tops and 2 techs that I seen on duty it s just laziness honestly coming from someone with automotive experience. I will not return nor recommend this location to anyone

Went in for a headlight bulb change on S. Rutherford. Aaron waited on me. He's waited on me before being always kind & professional with a good sense of humor. I was in & out in :10mins. Thanks Aaron now I can see into the future & it's brighter !

One of our tires only lasted a couple months before needing replaced again. When we went in to see if we could get a new one free or at least have it patched for free, we were denied. We didn t have to pay much for the new one, but we shouldn t have had to pay anything. None of the new people are friendly or even care about the job. It takes them 10/15 minutes to even walk to your vehicle in the line lane to start your service. Once you get your sticker expect to wait 1 to 3 hrs! By the way today my vehicle was first in line and took 1hr and 50 minutes to complete. Just seems no one working there gives a darn about fast friendly service anymore. It's really sad they get away with it too. Definitely don't go there if you cant sit around and wait up to 3hrs for an oil change. Really don't deserve the 1 star.

Brought my truck in at 7:30 they open at 7. Waited for about an hour and my car still wasn t under the changing place. Come back 30 minutes later and the cars that were behind me have been serviced. I come to ask questions about how long it s gonna be and they can t even figure out how to turn the car on( push and turn it s simple) and I didn t get a phone call and they didn t even ask when I went to check on it the first time. Either they don t care or wasn t trying to get my car serviced because why wouldn t you call and ask after an HOUR AND A HALF. Wouldn t recommend unless you have hours to waste walking around the store Service: Oil change

I haven't used Walmart in years but went for a tire rotation. On the receipt shows they checked my tire pressure. The next day my tires showed very low and my light came on in my car. Took it back, they never put air in my tires . Just lied. And didn't recalibrate one of my sensors, so it was showing in the wrong place. Smh, Had to wait 10 minutes just to talk to someone about putting air in the tires that they supposedly did the day before. I hope they actually put oil in my car. Stay away! One of the employees ( Matt) I think his name is needs to find a new job, he hates his job and it shows.

Pulled up for an oil change this morning and there were NO other cars in the parking lot. One car was pulled into the auto center and one singular man was servicing that vehicle. he watched me pull up and even stopped what he was doing to look directly at me, went back to what he was doing and never even acknowledged me. I wait on my vehicle for about 5-7 minutes and then decide to get out to see if I could get any service. Nobody was inside behind the register. At this point I had decided i would just go somewhere else and i tried to get out but the door was locked. That same man came to open it and i asked if I could get an oil change. In a VERY matter of factly way, I was told that I would need to move my vehicle over slightly in order to receive service. Just go to the walmart on Old Fort or your dealership. Very disrespectful and unprofessional seeing as how the majority of employees in the auto department aren't even real auto techs.Service: Oil change

Waited 25 min to be seen for an oil change... I was the first and only car!!! Was told they was waiting on management to unlock a box for the computer to check me in!!! Then an employee decides to come out and smoke next to my car which I had in infant in!!! I dont smoke!! Why have your employees smoke next to my infant!!!! There was clearly a smoke shake 4 cars lengths behind me!! Had time to smoke yet im waiting for 25 min???? Called to complain and was told they would contact me back yet never had..will be calling corporate!!!

Pulled up. Got greeted after a minute or two, wanted an oil change. "Sure pull right up behind the other car should be about 5 minutes". There were 2 cars in the station, the only two there. Took them 10 minutes to clear them, then they all walk out of the station and sat down and had lunch on the bench behind me. I sat in my car maybe another 10 minutes and then left.

Auto guys are fantastic. A little rough and gruff for my taste but they were genuine and helped me understand what needed to be done to my car. Helpful in recommendations. Overall happy with my experience.

Really really bad service. First I tried to call ahead and the phone was left unanswered for a full ten minutes before hanging up. I drive over and there are no cars being worked on and four employees hanging out outside. I go into the customer entrance and nobody is in there. I have to go back out and ask one of the employees to help me. He gets all of my information and tells me to pull my car up to the bay. I do this and nobody comes to help me. After waiting a few minutes I get out and go back inside the customer entrance. Now there is only one person there and he told me nobody had checked me in. I said someone else just took all my info and told me to pull up and he said well I don t know who could have been he asked me to go back outside and wait in my car. By this point every employee has vanished except for one who was now helping a customer that arrived after me. I waited a while before giving up and driving away!!! Beyond disappointed!! All this effort just for a tire patch and didn t even end up getting one

Almost every time I go here I wait at the counter for assistance and there's hardly ever anyone there. Feel ignored.

I was only behind one person and it took me 2 hours to get one tire changed. I wouldn't have had a problem with it if it wasn't for the fact I saw the employees stop working to chat instead of doing anything.

A bit disappointed. They told me the nail in my tire was on the wall and not the tread and that I would have to get a whole new tire, knowing better and knowing it was indeed in the tread, I went right down the street and got it patched for $10. Kind staff but misleading.

Terrible again. We shop early. No self checks with conveyor open, only one cah register open with no conveyor belt . My 76 year old husband had to stack our groceries on the floor till we got the basket empty then put them back in the basket. I am looking into shopping at Dollar general market and Kroger. Totally not satisfied.

Really quicknservice was able to walk in on a Saturday with out appointment and got service. The guys in the shop were quick and professional

AWESOME AND AMAZING, THE guys in the TLE shop of Walmart on s.rutherford Blvd. Got me in and done in less than 30 min.Best oil change experience I've had plus they where all so sweet and nice. Thanks again

Over an hour waiting for them to tell me that they ran out of oil and I have to pay for an upgrade to get serviced. Luckily I was busy shopping so the slow time wasn't a factor. I will try again and update but staying neutral for now.

Good people. Efficiency is great. Dropped my car off for an oil change. Was a few cars ahead of me but I did my shopping and was out fast.

I rate this as a 5 only because the 2 guys working changing oil tires and batteries were busting there humps to satisfy their customers. Why Walmart has decided to care less about customer service and reducing employees or using checkers to shop for the lazy online grocery shoppers instead of taking care of the people who actually show up and shop on their own and then have them bag their own items really sucks. Mr Walton would not like what his stores have become. Try to find any items made in the USA at Walmart nowadays. When opened that was the motto. We sell only American made products. But thanks to the hard working guys in automotive on Rutherford BLVD in Murfreesboro TN

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They have one tech and will tell you it s an hour wait knowing it will be a2 1/2 hour wait. Service was horrible and wait time horrible. Go to Express oil change do not waste your time or money !!

I asked for my tires to be balanced, but they failed to inform me that one of my tires was bad. Also said it would be an hour wait, but it ended up being over 2 hours.

Only one employee was working, the other 3 were just hanging around talking to one another, instead of checking on what was needed by customers who needed help. I waited at least 15 minutes.

nobody cares or knows what they're doing here and i had to wait 3 weeks to just get a tire changed. it's really frustrating please go to a different walmart
