DONT COME HERE.... Came here yesterday, I was told it will be a three hour wait and to schedule an appointment tomorrow. So i make an appointment for 11AM. So I come back for my 11 o'clock appointment... it's not busy so I think it'll be quick. Sure enough, it is 12:30.... and my car has still not been touched... they just keep saying "your car is next".This is awful....NEED BETTER SERVICE!!!

The waiting area is very clean and neat. I came in this morning at 730 am and was informed the wait was about an hour and a half. I was given a time when the wait time wouldn't be as long. I ran my other errands and I came back. I was in and out in no time.

Waited 3 hours for an oil change. They had one guy working in there at a time - as slow as possible. Wasted my time. I didn t even get it changed here, I took it to Tire Engineers and had it done in 15 minutes lolService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Employees appeared to be short staffed but remained professional and efficient. Also, I was alerted it could take a while, although the wait was not long. The tire prices were reasonable. Overall great service.

Ken & Jordan really saved the day. I am so grateful!! I ve gotten stranded about 4 times, 2 of those in Nashville & desperately needed my battery changed. I came in at 5pm, anticipating them to not be able to fit me in since they close at 6pm, but Ken did my battery test immediately & was super kind. Jordan replaced it very quick and made sure everything worked + all lights were off on my dashboard before handing me the keys back. They both stayed 30 mins late (maybe even longer) to make sure I was taken care of despite being already super busy. THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart!!!Service: Battery

I've been using this location for my cars for the past seven years. They always do an amazing job. They don't push upsells either, unless they're needed immediately.

Quality, pricing and timeliness were great. I only guve 3 stars because other than the gentleman that made the appointment on the phone for me, the tech and cashier were not friendly at all. There was no one to be found when everyone was on lunch at the same time.

The front desk was friendly and informed me they had the tire size I needed. I was told it would take around an hour since three cars were in front of me, two of them there for only a quick oil change. It took almost four hours before I was finally walking out of there. Never again will I take my business here. Four hours to put a single tire on my car.

Good friendly service, good price. It did seem to take quite a while to mount tires but all and all pretty satisfied.

I needed a battery for my car on a Sunday.I'd been to three different places. I was told each time that they didn't and couldn't replace the battery because of the location of it. I went here for one last try. "ROCKSTARS". They replaced the battery with a smile. I'm so thankful for these guys.

Less than one star. Got her five minutes after they opened at 8. One person ahead of me getting their tires replaced and I waited until 9:30. They had not brought my car in and at least five people checked out in front of me. Terrible customer service. Do not recxomend.

I took my car here a month ago for an oil change. They didn't close the oil cap and the oil went everywhere. Now I have a problem with my car.

The tire & battery service is fast, the facilities are clean, and the staff were very pleasant. There is no seated waiting area, but you can shop while you wait and they will page you when your car is ready. I got a 5year battery with 200 more CCA for 25% less than I was quoted for a 2 year battery with lower CCA everywhere else.

5/28/18: I came in for an oil change and fuel injector cleaning. I was told it would only take about 40 mins. And considering there was only 1 car in the 3 car bays I figured that was fair. Well here I am 1 hour and 20 mins later still waiting on my car and they just took it in . After waiting for 40 mins the cashier said can I get your keys... which I had given them when I first got here. The older gentleman was so confused and I almost feel bad because he s probably 70+ years old and I want to give them the benefit of the doubt.. however, instead of getting a ride and doing the other things i was going to do this afternoon I m stuck here in the Walmart auto center.. being told you re next in line. Won t be back.

This one is terrible. I usually end up going to the one on Rutherford because this place never works out. I had to drive all over Murfreesboro on a donut because this place doesn't answer their phones. When I get there they closed 4 hours earlier on a MONDAY. what?!?!? On Google it says they're open til 7, but they closed at 3. Could've saved a trip if they answered their phone. All I'm saying is the one on Rutherford has never closed at 3pm...

Sam and James were more interested in leaving than finding the slow leak in two tires. Both were flat the next morning. Never going back to this location for any auto services

The hours posted are INCORRECT!! They close whenever they want to! I have gone to this auto center as early as 6:15pm; 45 minutes before close and it s all dark. No one there! Change your hours or keep the doors open!

Ripped off on tires because road hazard warranty. Manger would not even assist in locating a tire with the same tread pattern. This is essential to prevent axle damage. I may use Walmart again but not this particular store.

No one would answer the phone. And the one Walmart we went to only had one worker. But he did try to help us as much as he could being that he could not do any work on a vehicle. But gave us some suggestion.

Brought my truck in to have the headlights restored and let me tell you, these guys did an awesome job. Took a little while to get done, but they had awesome attention to detail to make sure they looked great. Thanks again guys

If I could give this location negative stars I will. Went here to get a new tire and waited at the counter for over 30 minutes, even ring the bell. No one acknowledged me, so I just left. So unprofessional.

Miss Pat very courteous.... other than 1 active worker in bays, the others walked around in a daze....frustrating when you see that and then understand why can t deliver services timely
