I picked up my 2021 Beta 300RR Race Edition here and the experience was great. I worked with Gary Mann and would do it again. I got the bike and all the goodies I needed. Plus they let me be involved in the unboxing and the set up process. Always fun to see if come out of the box for the first time.

VERY disappointing FIRST AND LAST experience. (The reviews indicated a great local business which we had every intention to support for our collection of bikes). I took forks to them that I was quoted would take 3-5 business days to complete per the shop. I Dropped them off on 3/19. I stopped by 3/23 and was told they started on them, but then received a phone call on 3/31 that they noticed the seals were missing (So the forks had NOT been started on as I was told on 3/23). Even so- trying to continue supporting local, we ordered the seals this day. The kit I ordered it was not placed in the kit and I never checked (so an added week is not blamed on AB put who I ordered it from). I called on 4/13 to ensure they would be done by 4/16, to which I was told he plans to get them done this week . Again obviously never even started them. I drop in today 4/16- To be told the seals that they ordered were the wrong ones, this is why we were in the predicament we are in. Never once was that communicated to me on the conversation just three days prior. Needless to say, almost a month later, I decided to pick them up from the shop. I have been nothing but patient and understanding but the lack of communication, honesty, and professionalism is disheartening. I am sure as with other reviews we just found, it will be the customers fault, not the lack awareness, poor time management, or incompetence of the shop.

1 star is to many! If I'm charged for a kit, I expect the parts to match the kit. This place is a rip off. They didn't even plug in my lights. All I needed was my plastic installed correctly, definitely didn't get that. Honestly if a bike shop has an opening the next day, it's because their services aren't great.

I needed a new tire mounted on a new rim so I gave this place a shot. They were able squeeze me in the same day I called and very reasonable price compared to the stealership (I ride a Harley)..Really fast service, good price, very nice people running the show over there.. I ll be back for sure..

Can't say enough good things about AB powersports. They were the only dealer within a few hours who had the nike I was looking for, and were helpful on the phone and in person. Very knowledgeable about Beta and just helpful and friendly in many ways. Definitely has a family owned, mom and pop feel... mostly because thats exactly what it is. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a beta bike or service on anything else.

Best service I've gotten from any moto shop around. Truly went out of their way to help me out with a last minute tire problem. Knowledgeable staff who are very experienced and involved in the riding community.

This shop kept my atv for months! She, the owner, reported problems with staff leaving is why it took so long. I understand It was just her and her husband left after everyone was fired or left, not sure.. But when I texted to arrange a discount for taking so long. The husband accused me of being drunk which was totally out if left field, not sure where that came from but....It seems these folks aren t sure how to treat customers. This is very unfortunate because I was hoping to patron small business in the Murfreesboro area. I would not do business here.

Best shop I ve seen around the industry. Quality over quantity is by far the most important to me. I ve had nothing but great dealings with these people. Will return for all my shop needs.

They refused to replace a tire on GSXR 600 with tire separation that had been purchased a little more than a week before. They were pleasant on the phone accepting the bike after the explanation of the problem until they looked at it and all they said was that there s nothing wrong with it and left it at that.

Stopped in today for a set of tires on the drz400sm Alison was so helpful in my selection with her broad knowledge base she was able to recommend an appropriate sport tire for my application Michelin power RS to be exact an oboy they are nice so much grip ABPowersports has a customer for life thanks WRR

This place has had my 4 wheeler about 3 months has not fixed it you can t call them because it goes to recording worst place I ever seen . No way to run a business.!!!!!!! I would never carry anything else there . Don t carry your bike here!!!!!!!
