I am a Lifetime customer.. of this incredible place!! I always come here for TRUSTED advice, care, upkeep and repairs.. They are honest.. never try to upsell ... And so knowledgeable on every kind of mechanical issue !! I ve moved an hour and half away.. and I still happily drive to these guys!! I know them!! They will take care of you too !! Also. HUGE TIRE SALE THIS WEEK!!! COME GET YA SOME!!! I drive a lot with my job.. so I m here for the works.. brakes,wipers& tires !!! Gonna feel good to drive with new shoes. Lol

We have been taking our vehicles here for over a decade. They have always been extremely helpful and honest. They have good prices, and the mechanics do great work. The front workers are always nice and professional when we talk to them. Sean has always been great and quick to help us in any way he can.

Tire World, Broad street in Murfreesboro, is my GO TO for ALL my car needs.(not just tire related). for the last 20 plus years.. I TRUST THEM.. They have proven to be HONEST, FAIR, KNOWLEDGEABLE,AFFORDABLE, RELIABLE and just all around GOOD PEOPLE. As a single mom, it is such a relief to be able to walk in these doors and JUST KNOW.. that they will keep me & my daughter safe in my car EVERY TIME.. They never do unnecessary work, they are incredible at explaining and helping me understand. I am so very thankful I have them as part of my VILLAGE.. YOU WILL BE THANKFUL TOO, GO SEE THEM..... THEY WILL take care of you too.. I promise

The staff here is very helpful and willing to take the time to explain exactly what is going on with your vehicle and not up sale unnecessary parts. Kobe was beyond happy to help my wife with all her questions.

This review is for the Broad St location. I wanted a specific brand and model tire. They didn't try to sell me something different. They ordered it, and the next day installed it. Did a front-end alignment and changed my oil. Their price for the tires and installation was about $15 per tire LESS than Sam's Club. They were efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend them!

Sincerely some of the nicest guys we have met.My wife and I encountered an unexpected issue with our car while traveling and came in for help late afternoon and spoke to Sean. They went out of their way to assist us. Very professional honest group. Thank you again!

Horrific! This shop has no management whatsoever. I called Tire World about my sedan that needed a wheel alignment and fluids replaced. I scheduled the appointment for the very next morning at 9 am. When I arrived to the shop, the attendant, Raider, told me he had no record of my account and handed me my keys back! I had taken off work to have this work done and now have to find another shop!

John E., and Sean were great to deal with. They got me in and out in an hour. Not bad for a full set of tires and alignment. Tire prices were cheaper than the big box stores. However I prefer to buy local. The owner (Jason) lives here and is very active in our community. I would highly recommend this repair facility for your automotive needs.

I absolutely LOVE Tire World on Northwest Broad! They always come through when I need service, even when I'm in a pinch. If they are booked up and can't help me, they refer me to someone who can. Though, I usually wait until they can help. Their staff is friendly and explains everything you need prior to doing the work. They also review what they've done at the end. I always feel like they are shooting straight with me. Their waiting area is comfortable and clean. I usually work out of it when I get work done. Their prices are great too! I HIGHLY recommend using them!

I was there this morning and they were quiet but helpful. They got my car in right away determined that my tire had just slid off the rim and did not even need to be replaced. They loosened all of my lug nuts because they were rusted on, and checked my belts. They only charged me 10 dollars. They were very kind and informative I had a great experience. It also seemed that all of their other prices were very reasonable.

Called for a quote on front brake pads on a Tundra, it was nearly $500. He quoted me for pads and rotors, I told him I only wanted pads. He said I needed to change the rotors in conjunction with the pads without even inspecting them because "they make rotors too thin these days"... Rotors on the tundra can be turned at least once unless there is severe damage, according to the local dealer.I've used tire world in the past for tires and was pleased with the price.

I called around and priced tires at several places. I should have saved my time by just coming here first! Dwight was very helpful and kind; he got me what I wanted and went above and beyond to do it. Tire World not only beat the competitor's pricing but they also did not try to oversell me either. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of tires and more!

Best people and service. I was traveling, 380 miles from home, when I had a low tire pressure warning on my truck tire.I called a couple of tire shops, they couldn't get me in but at Tire World, Megan said bring it over and drop it off and they would get it in as soon as possible.Eric found the problem, unfortunately it wasn't fixable. They didn't have my tire in stock but could have it in the next day.Eric said, hang on a minute let me check your spare. He said the spare was in great shape and no reason that I couldn't use it to get home.He got the spare on and I was back on the road.Didn't charge me anything.I would give them 100 stars if I could!!

I got my mercedes CLA for alignment & balancing they took my car in made me wait for an hour and did not update me that they did not have proper equipment. The mechanic sat in the car with dirty hands and spoiled the leather of my car , and when I told him he smashed the door of my car and said what did I do.Even the management ignored that did not initiate any action on this as I had been waiting on the counter for 30 minutes no one was attending.Worst place rude staff , it's a shout out to the people do not take your cars there.

Bought tires here last year on one of their really good sales. They helped walk me through which tires would be best for my vehicle - without spending extra money unnecessarily. Have had several oil changes done here as well. If you come here, get the app! Use it to schedule your appointments and get some discounts as well. (The app is good right now, but this review could have been 5 stars if the app was better. When requesting an appointment, the email says someone will call to confirm, but I've never actually had anyone call. I have had all of my appointments, including one when I messed up the time and they still got me in).

I had a flat on the interstate about 5 miles away. I called the store and luckily they had a tire that would fit my car. When I arrived the store was backed up and busy but Dwight personally installed the tire on my car so that I could get back on the road and complete my trip. They went out of their way for an out-of-towner that was unlikely to result in repeat business for them. Spectacular customer service and I could not recommend any place of business more!

Have been doing business at this location (formerly Southeastern Tire) for well over 400,000 miles. I only do business with establishments that I would feel comfortable sending my Wife in if I had to. Pretty much sums it up.

Had four tires mounted, balanced and a four wheel alignment preformed on my truck Tuesday 8/9/2016. I couldn't be happier with the work that was completed quickly and the outstanding customer service that I received. Thanks again to Trisha and her team.

So thrilled with the service I just received at Tire World! Although I was admittedly disappointed when I saw that Southeastern was no longer in business, since I just needed a tire plugged and was already there, I decided to give Tire World a try. Not only were they absolute professionals, they were quick to assist me and repaired my tire for absolutely free! Needless to say, I'll definitely be back...

I brought my 2007 H3 Hummer to Tire World on SWBroad in old Southeastern Tire bldg. Repairs to be rotate, balance and alignment. Turned into almost 4 weeks of nightmares. The first time they said they where complete, driver side front was 6" lower that it was supposed to be, passenger side 4" lower and they didn't notice it. By this time they removed brand new shocks and put others on front and a approx $1,200.00 bill. I call back multiple times to get vehicle, to find mechanic fired and vehicle at other shop on Memorial. Found out tortion bar installed and threads damaged and had to be replaced by them. When they completed vehicle was still not level from front to back as it was when delivered. It then went back to other shop and they pulled shocks and switched and did not understand the more advanced design. Last time to pick up, front still not raised to previous setup and tires never rotated or balanced. Picked up vehicle and had to verify front suspension attached before wife will go near it. I will get others to put leveller kit back on that was thrown away and get tires rotated and balanced by Discount Tire. Would never trust Tire World with any vehicle, they never apologized or anything. Bad management and workmanship.
