Had an appointment at 8:30 AM got there they told me I had no appointment. They said sometimes their computer crashes in the morning and deletes their appointments. My appointment was for balance rotation and wheel alignment. I told them they need to take the caps off my wheels, with a screwdriver not a drill. They came back later and said they broke one of the bolts That I could drill a new hole and put a new bolt. Went to pay later didn t offer a discount nothing. So I asked for one and did not receive one.told me there was a place down the road that could possibly fix it.I do not want to pay for their screwup.THIS IS NOT HOW A COMPANY SHOULD BE IF THEY WANT BUSINESS. I will not be going back and give them my business and I m gonna tell other people that I know and also I know a few companies that take their vehicles there and I m gonna tell them what happened so they won t go back. This place is a joke. This is not the first problem I ve had with them. But it is going to be the last for sure.

Erik was a fantastic help. He explained everything to me and we went over what would be done when they replace my tires with new ones. Very humble and professional.Service and pricing is great - about average compared to other tire places, but the hospitality and customer service will definitely have me returning.I will say the computers they work off of are outdated and need updating. If they would update the computers, it would make the customer service process a lot more streamline.

I m not normally the one to leave a review but I had such a fantastic experience that I couldn t not share! Erik was so helpful and kind! They got me an Uber to and from a second location so I didn t have to stay in the waiting area, and they even figured out a problem with one of my sensors that my dealership had misdiagnosed two years ago! I will never go anywhere else!

Unless it is just tires or an oil change Never go here. They completely and intentionally didn t listen to a thing I said, did nothing, and gave me useless advice on stuff completely and totally unrelated to the tiny problem I wanted them to look at. Which they didn t even look at. Not only incompetent, but unwilling to listen to the customer. I do not need to pressure wash my engine to remove oil, for them to at least look at a radiator drain plug on the bottom of the radiator that is VERY visible just by looking under the bumper.I showed them even pictures on my phone taken of the one thing I needed looked at, and they didn t even look at it. Didn t even try.Also they were just arrogant about it. All I needed was help, and on a plug/bolt in one tiny and easily accessible place from under the front of the radiator.Never ever go to a place that intentionally ignores what a customer is telling them, and never ever give business to a place where they are arrogant to a customer about them being right. (They didn t even go near the area I asked them to look at, refused, and were self-righteous about it). Find any other place than this, who can treat the customer right.

Had an excellent experience @ Tire Discounters thanks to Tom and his crew! Came in with a slow leak that had turned into a much faster leak - left with a replaced tire and a Thank You! Will return this summer for a new set all the way around! Thank you, Mr. Tom!

I've been coming here for a long time,& have always been treated good,until today. They have replaced my front rotors 3 times! 2 of those times for free because the rotors were still under warranty. Went by Friday to have them checked for the same vibration when braking,& to have my oil changed & tire rotation. They didn't have time to do everything. Erik said come back tomorrow & we'll take care of it all. Drop my car off Saturday,& they call me & tell me my car is ready. When I ask what they found with the rotors,Erik said we checked everything & your good for now,& if something shows up,we get parts on Wednesday.Not good! The vibration when braking is still there. I come back on Wednesday,Erik says they don't have time,come tomorrow. I go back today & I sat down at 2:55....At 3:10,Erik calls my name,& when I go to the counter he says I've drove your car,I don't feel anything.He says,my tech drove your car & he don't feel anything,the rotors still look new, your brake pads are good,& Jason says we can't warranty the rotors anymore! All while laughing! There is NO way that you both couldn't feel the vibration in my car! You guys did NOT do all of that in 15 minutes! I'm not a expert on cars,but there is no way possible 2 people test drove my car twice on church street at 3 pm & checked those thingsIn 15 minutes! I've asked Jason,& Erik to check brake pads,calipers,hubs,& everything that could cause the vibration when braking in the past. I know I have to pay to have whatever the issue is fixed. I just want it fixed! I like my car,& take good care of it. I'm not a crazy driver that rides the brake,or stops all of sudden. Jason said whatever the issue is will show up eventually,but until then,we will just keep changing the front rotors under the warranty,because he even drove it before & after the rotor replacement & that fixed the issue. It just doesn't last for some reason.Now,Jason says he can't warranty the rotors,& Erik leaves my car parked at the door,with it running,& the window down while it's raining! So....I just left. Erik didn't recommend anything. Just stood there with a smile on his face. So I'm driving my car around & when I brake it's jumping. But I'll be sure to let Erik & Jason know what the problem is.I found someone that will actually check the parts the right way,& they'll make the money tire discounters could have.

Excellent tire services. Tom gladly listened to my complaint, made a suggestion for the solution, got some air pressure in my faulty tire and left me to make own decision. I came back the following day for repairs and surprisingly they did not even charge me a dime. Only telling me this is one of those days where I get to pay nothing l. And they added that I can always contact them for vehicle services. Now, I am signed on for life!

I have been going to this location for over 15 years and will now going to a different one location...love Tire Discounters and don't want to blame the company for one stores problem. I stopped and made appointment for 12:30 the Tuesday after Christmas, knowing they might be busy. Granted I arrived early(11:30), they told me they had no appointment set for me! and told system crashes and clears appointments. So waited till after 1:00, before I asked ...told waiting for a bay to open. I am done with this location. I went to another location to make another appointment since it was after 1:00, they said will do it right now... unbelievable!!

They Are Always Professional Working With Me Especially My Custom Suspension Needs On Every Vehicle I Bring Them! Plus They Have Top Of The Line Alignment Equipment! I showed up here late on a Saturday with a piece of metal in my tire. Erik and his team helped get me on the road again so that I could get home to Florida. Erik was calm and polite which helped me because I was a bit frazzled when I showed up. Thank you so much for your help!

I've been buying tires from these guys for years and they know their stuff when it comes to all things tires. They have always treated me very well! Only complaint it the wait but thats only because everyone knows they are the best in town so they stay pretty busy.

I had a bent and cracked wheel, Avery did a great job getting me all the parts needed and Tyler was a great mechanic, he even found a bad tie rod and called and had it delivered within the hour! Fantastic honest service. Got me in and out in record time! I will only be using this shop from now on!

They turned a bad dream to a happy ending. I was traveling out of town and unfortunately experienced a shredded tire just outside of Murfreesboro. After I got my spare on, I looked for a place to get a tire. I found this location and they were able to fit me in.Their customer service went above and beyond any car experience I've ever had before. Thank you for helping to turn my day around.

Erik was honestly the best service rep YOU VE HAD IN YEARS! ( LOYAL CUSTOMER 8+ years- think I d know ) besides Jason! No haggle, no run around- straight to point- even price checked my tires! He s not only professional but sincerely out for customers best interest! He represents the COMPANY & BRAND to the fullest. I will never go anywhere else, ERIK is now trusted family! I dropped of my van in the morning and I asked for rotation which was free with my tire purchase and oil change which is usually around $70 with taxes and he said do you want to add $20 for wiper and filter change and I said yes and cashier charged me $123 for that which is not right and I asked and the guy I dropped the car in the morning this month oil change is high which is not the right answer and he was like I am the manager take my card and next oil change is on him I am in the business too he should have kept his words and taken care of the issue right than instead to next oil change which I was still present here and th e cashier said I signed it and I told him that is not my initials and I did not even sign or initial anything and because of th is will not be back to give you business for my 4 vehicles

I called and asked what the wait time looked like, they said 10 minutes. I show up 15 minutes later and the wait time is 2 hours and they deny ever telling me it was 10 minutes

Update 10/30/21Downgraded to 2 stars. The shop supervisor attempted to defraud me over $120 plus labor and tax for a coolant flush that is already included in the water pump replacement.The gentleman did take off the charges however I had to negotiate this off in stages. Very bad business practice and they have lost my trust.No more tires, oil changes or any other work on both of my vehicles.The reason for 2 stars is because when they do the work it s done properly. Just don t like getting ripped off.

I called 6 days ago to order a tire all my stuff is on file so super easy they guy pulled my stuff up and said he didn't have it in stock but could order it and I replied yes please he was rude and said okay and hung up on me. when I called 3 days later to see if it came in NO tire had been ordered. I've only used this location 1 other time, I'll be taking my business to a different location.

I bought my third set of tires from this location. They got my daughter right in and in record time, she was able to get back to her job asap. Jason , Avery and Dallas are so professional, been so fair with pricing & they were exemplary. They are so honest and their customer service tops anywhere in Murfreesboro, TN. & other competitors. This business has gained my business for all of my family long standing. You owe it to yourself to trade here and it is a positive experience each time you go in for service. You can count on this crew as no. 1 in Murfreesboro for everything for your car or truck. The integrity of the team is outstanding. Remember to ask for Jason, Dallas and Avery!! The quality of the tires and service are great. The front end alignments are exceptional. I plan on using this group for my 2 cars service for any need. You owe it to yourself and family to have peace of mind, good service, and long standing exemplary customer service.extremely professional. The work they did was exemplary.
