I've been in the automotive business for about 20 years. I've always been above and beyond expectations and I'm also good at ceramic and glass coating. I was a detailed manager or Foreman at lazydays RV and people love me. Had a situation with my mom that's in a nursing home so I lost my job because I had to tend to her. I was told that this place was for people that 16 years of age which to me. I don't see how that's possible because a 16-year-old has to go to school three months after getting out of school. So I have a question of when a car comes to get cleaned. Do that car go back to body for a piece to get put on when the piece should have been put on before it was sent to get clean? I have redone several cars more than two or three times over because it had to go back to get something put on when it should have been put on before it was sent. I was also told my car wasn't clean of what not when they come up but this is what the car or van looks like before it comes out the wash bay. One of the pictures was a picture that when the car was dirty the rest of them was how it looked when I got done.

My son ran into a deer and our car was repaired at this location. The car looked brand new, great service, and they gave timely updates! Really happy with their service!

If there were an option for negative stars, that's what this place would get. They Blatenly lie through their teeth to you. They have no idea what they're doing at all.. I'm honestly shocked that they have a single good review. they do NOT notify you of any issue, very poor communication. the text updates are automated, not giving you actual true updates. they keep your car over a week until they do their own estimate and turn it into insurance, then once insurance approval is had they continue waiting to begin working on it until after they receive payment from insurance, all while NEVER notifying you of this prior to or during time after they've told you to drop of your vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did a AMAZING JOB on my car after it was wrecked while in the parking lot of my apartment complex. Here is a before and after. Thank you SO MUCH Service King for restoring my baby back. I actually cried a little in the car because it looked so good. Keith and the staff called me with updates along the way of my car. It showed they really cared.

Mediocre work and communication. Truck sat untouched for 2wks in their lot. Drop-off date and time was specified by them. Had to bring truck back for loose front bumper and bad Chinese headlights.

Had my truck towed to this location for repair. Spoke with Dustin and mentioned that I'm going to get a second estimate and he lost it from there. He told me that I needed to remove my truck from their location immediately because I'm costing them at least 10k of work because if I wasn't going to have them do the repairs, my truck was taking up valuable space.So Dustin just cost Service King business by his rude and money first attitude! Thanks Dustin!

The work Service King did on my son s car was excellent. When the work was completed the car looked brand new.Michael did a great job of providing status updates throughout the repair process. I have USAA for insurance and they work great together.

My SUV was side swiped and heavily damaged (in my opinion), it was brand new. Service King did an amazing job at making it look new again, fairly quickly too. Kristy provided excellent customer service, she was very efficient and I felt very comfortable leaving my Tahoe in her hands. 10/10 recommend S. This place was a scam, Michael of service King Murfreesboro Tennessee called me saying that they would no longer work on my car. It was a collector sports car is not like it was a piece of junk. So I asked Michael why they would not work on it and he would start laughing saying I think I'm going to plead the fifth, and that really frustrated me because he was the one choosing to call me to tell me about my car and I have cared for this car for multiple years. He started laughing and insulting me throughout the phone call. I'm pretty sure this dude is a manager of Murfreesboro service King as well. So I told him I'll call the people I need to to take care of it such as other shops and the insurance company that we're dealing with. I told Michael never to call me again because he was acting psycho. Few days later Michael called me again not just talking bad about my car but he was also talking bad about the insurance company that we're dealing with Nationwide, he said they're going to write us a check for an extremely low amount and I explained to Michael even if they were or if they weren't that he wouldn't know that because he doesn't work for the insurance company. And I reminded him that he keeps calling me over and over after I told him to stop.Anyways never trust service King murfreesboro they sent my car to a different dealership that I told them not to but they did it anyway and they left my car at that particular dealership that I'm not a fan of and I asked what in the world is going on how do I get my car back. Michael of service King Murfreesboro Tennessee said I can have it towed at my own expense.Worst experience I've ever had it was terrifying because I love my car. Sorry for the long post, I am just very happy with how well Service King did. I was in a rear end collision. Although it wasn t horrible, it left my rear bumper damaged and a rear sensor completely damaged. After contacting the insurance company about where to get my car fixed Service King was one of the options. It had very high reviews so I decided to choose Service King as my option, on the website they stated they had serviced many Chevy Suburbans so I felt confident that my car was in good hands. From the appointment booking (which can be done completely online) to dropping my car off, the process was smooth and easy. I showed up and the person at the front greeted me and had me show my car. I signed a few papers and was told that they would update me throughout the process. Once my car had been looked at (which was only a couple of days) I received an email from the technician who was working on my car informing me of when my car was expected to be completed on 10/1. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a message on Thursday 9/23 that my car was being finished up and that it would be ready 9/24. I received a phone call allowing me to come pick up my car. There was also the added bonus that I wouldn t have to figure out a way to drop my rental car off. I could bring it to service king and they would get my rental car back. Having multiple car seats and a spouse unavailable to come with me, it made it a whole lot easier. From the color match of my bumper to getting my sensor fixed, I am HIGHLY satisfied with how well they did on my car! The whole process was smooth and easy, I was never left wondering what was going on with my car. They kept an open line of communication throughout and the customer service was amazing. They also cleaned the interior and exterior of my car as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Service King as your auto repair shop. I always send friends and family to them when asked for a body shop recommendation because they have great customer service and keep me up to date on repairs. "Great customer service, on time repairs and a job that makes your vehicle like new again." I am not disappointed with the service I was provided and the truck looks good too. A little shorthanded in the office, so a bit of a delay getting checked in and checked out, the lot is in a difficult location and you wont be able to see their work if you pick up after dark since the lot lights aren't bright enough.But I'm just looking for something to say that was wrong because Service King really did do a great job.

They were super great and thorough. My car was delayed BUT only because they found my new part less than perfect and replaced it. They did all the work with the rental company for me & kept me updated the whole time. Customer service was fantastic and location was easy to find!

Service King fixed my daughter's car with over $5000.00 in damages. They did an awesome job. You can't even tell a difference in the paint or anything. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends. The General Manager there Jason Barnes is absolutely the best General Manager around town. Talked to several different ones.He was kind patient and took the time to really listen to our daughters concerns and assured her everything would be okay and he personally text her every step of the way! He's a Rockstar in our book! Thanks Service King for everyone who worked so hard and diligently on her car! I would give you 100 stars!!!

From the time I drop off my vehicle, they let me know what they were doing to my vehicle step by step. Provided a vehicle until my car was fixed. They took really good care of me and my car. I had to bring my car here because of insurance. First problem is the lack of communication and miscommunication. Second problem is their lack of respect and knowing how to talk to customers. Third problem is how long they took with my car. They had my car from the beginning of July till September. They didn t contact me about the problems with the car I constantly had to call them and when I went up to Service king the man gave me an attitude and told me they didn t start actually working on the car till the end of July. Then when I got my car the backup camera stopped working due to my accident and it wasn t fixed and they said they would set a schedule up for me with Honda and they never did it. The guy that said that also thought a tree hit my car not the fact that it was an accident.

The rear of my wife's car was damaged from a rear end collision. We took it to Service King which we have used before. The people there are courteous and professional. We got text messages letting us know where her car was in the process and about how much longer it would be.

Service King was very professional and thus far, I am pleased with the body work that they performed on my car to get it back to looking great! I was so extremely disappointed by a series of terrible customer service encounters throughout the time my car was serviced there. I would literally recommend that a person go anywhere else (including learning to repair your car yourself)! They way underestimated the costs, increased the price, changed my dates of when my car would be ready more times than I can count and most definitely treated me differently because I am female! I hate it when repair shops do this kind of thing and have not encountered this kind of treatment in many years! They ended up sending my vehicle to another shop to finally get it finished! So disappointed!

Good experience dealing with this company. They have worked on my car twice and both times did so in a manner that I was very pleased. Kyle is great to work with. My car looks awesome after they repaired and painted it.

Went to this place this morning to get estimate and get work started. They refused to work on the car stating "previous work" . They did offer to give an estimate, (for what?) I will NEVER have this company repair anything of mine. I get it, but a 10 year old could have fixed this damage, barely a bumper cover and paint. Not a large enough repair? Too many other people trying to throw money at them? Who knows.....? A major insurance company recommended these guys, They even gave the insurance company the "on-hold-runaround"!!
