I will no longer take my car anywhere else. Time and time again they tell me exactly what they were going to do and I ve been charged accordingly and not over priced like dealerships and local establishments that seem to be parts hangers and nothing more. Praying on those that believe what they are told is wrong with their car but Is not true.

I have never experienced a repair shop as great as this place. They had my car problem figured out, fixed and returned to me in less than 24 hours. My husband and I are very pleased. The replacement of a bad solenoid valve fixed my car's problem and now doesn't have the sputtering issues and bad gas mileage anymore. I am very impressed and will definitely be returning for any future auto repairs and maintenance. Thanks y'all!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

Can't say enough great things about this place. Have taken our son's older model Acura here a few times. They never try to up sell, are quick and let me say how incredible their prices are!! They are our go to shop!!!

I had gotten my oil changed in Dublin GA and two days later headed to Wisconsin when I discovered oil all over my back end and pulled into the Russell auto care. They inspected my car and couldn't find the issue but changed the filter and also added 3 quarts oil and didn't charge me. They are such a blessing. Thank you so much

I ve been taking my cars to Russell for 15 years. These guys do amazing work at a very reasonable price and they stand behind their work 100%. I ve had instances where I ve had to return and have them take a look at a recent repair and they go above and beyond to make everything right. If I could give 10 stars on this app I would. Quality people who still know how to treat people the right way and get the job done. I highly recommend this business to take care of your mechanical needs.

Russell s is the ONLY place I ll take my car. They are always very professional and timely! My entire family brings our cars here and always will. I highly recommend this shop!! Very personable, affordable, timely, polite, etc. One of the best qualities is that they are HONEST mechanics, it is very hard to find honest people in the mechanic industry, but this shop has ALWAYS been 100% honest with me and it has saved me a lot of money in the long run. I appreciate each and everything that they have done for me (and my car). I will always bring my car to this shop, because this is by far the absolute BEST mechanic shop in Murfreesboro!!

I highly recommend Russell Auto Care for all your auto repair needs. They are professional, honest, and always provide quality work at a fair price. My fianc� and I have had spark plugs replaced, brakes & rotors done, coolant service, exhaust leaks fixed, and more done. They always get it done quickly and provide the best service. If you want it done right, you should call Russell Auto Care.

Very impressed with Russell Auto! They look at replacing the output speed sensor my Ford 150 truck. However, after spending time to evaluate the problem, they referred me to a transmission shop since that part is housed inside the transmission in my 4x4 model. They did not charge me which was unbelievably kind on their part. You can bet that I will come to you for future service as well as refer family and friends to you. Thanks, Jeff and Mr. Russell!

I had a warning light on. I called and made an appointment to bring my truck in. They were ready for me when I arrived. The repair was made promptly at at reasonable cost. Highly recommend for all your Automotive needs.

Russell's is the best. I always take my car here because they always take excellent care of my car. Honest, trustworthy people with excellent repairs and check ups. They always take care of my car issues for me immediately and I know I don't have to worry about it again.

I actually paid Sears automotive to inspect my brakes,to which they informed me I needed all new brakes. I called around for a better price & Russel was cheaper,so I scheduled a brake job with them & dropped my car off. They called me back 30 minutes later to make me aware that I DID NOT need new brakes & there was plenty of brake pad left! They could've just changed the brakes & charged me. But instead they got a loyal customer who knows he found an honest reputable auto care business!

Had a breakdown and they squeezed me in for a fuel.pump replacement. Once I saw the shop and talked to the mechanics, I had other work done that I had been putting off. They went out of their way to be hospitable to a stranded motorist, very professional and prompt. Being stranded on the road sucks, having a knowledgeable, professional shop available is rare. Russell's came as a referral from another shop that was closer, but could not accommodate me. Glad I found these guys!

Brought it in for a full diagnostic test as my Wrangler was misfiring inconsistently but enough to be checked. He couldn't find it. Drove it twice and looked it up and down. I know he invested time into it and he said he wouldn't charge me since they couldnt get it to throw the code. Really appreciate the service.

The city of Murfreesboro are the luckiest to have such a knowledgeable, honest and efficient Russell Auto Care Business!! We were on a family vacation from Wisconsin when we had car trouble. When we pulled into Russell's we were greeted and immediately serviced ( water pump) from start to finish, one hour!!! Fantastic and unheard of. The service guy even drove me back to the gas station where I thought I left my eye glasses. Turns out the service guy was called "Bubba" Russell, the owner of the place, we had no clue we were getting the royal service from the owner, because his entire staff treated us the same way!!! What a great establishment with great people!!!

I have gone to Russell Auto Care on many occassions. They have always done a great job! The price, timeframe, and quality of service was very good. I would recommend them to everyone and will continue to go back for my future repairs.

Have had two sets of repairs done here in the last few months. Both sets were done in the timeframe and for the amount quoted.both were excellent experiences and I consider these guys one of the best shops I've ever gone to. Can't say enough great things about them.

Clearly don't know what they're doing , took a vehicle i just purchased there for a sunroof power function to be fixed since this is dealerships so called mechanic , short story said sunroof has no glass so wont slide said they talked to jeep. (Its a jeep renegade has no glass its a sky roof) they said panel only pops out and said all have power slide button. Which i was really trying to hold in my laugh when he said all cars have a sunroof power slide button lol so i picked up my jeep and left got home and took to dodge and they laughed when i told story this place fed me !! ,and so they replaced the guide rails that were clearly broken have to be blind not to see and what do you know the panel slides! No glass in these models. So save your self some money and time dont waste on these clowns they will make your vehicle worse trust me.

I've been here twice for my auto care. They were extremely friendly. They have help me to resolve my issue in less time. Definitely a keeper auto care. Very professional and honest expertise.

Bubba Russell is the most honest man in auto care I've ever met. I was preparing to drive to AL to visit my daughter and my car was in such bad shape I was worried I wouldn't have the money to get the car fixed and still make the trip. I had been told by other places that some things were really bad and going to be very expensive. Bubba told me they lied to me and fixed only what was ACTUALLY wrong with it. I paid a tiny fraction of what I had anticipated paying. Thankyou Bubba. No one else will ever touch my car.

Took my daughter's car there to find the cause of a poltergeist in it. The radio kept going in and out. The anti-theft warning light kept coming on. The alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason, the car would shut off once she started it, when she would get ready to leave for class and the key would not come out of the ignition, but the battery was new etc. Matt took a look at it and checked various different things, annnnnd (of course) he wasn't able to find anything that jumped out as the culprit. Still, everyone there was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back when the poltergeist decides to reappear.

These guys are honest and good. Murf Nissan wanted to replace the entire computer, when all it needed was to have the plug reconnected. Saved us $1000.
