Edit to previous post: I took my ford suv here multiple times due to it shaking and dying. I spent roughly 2k in the course of a couple months and it still does the same thing. Was told to bring it back and they'll look at it but I don't have time to drive an hour over 3 or 4 times bc the issue doesn't get fixed. No joke, so far roughly 4 times and it still does the same thing!!! Here we are months later, I never went back and still feel screwed out of my 2 thousand bucks. They are super nice and family owned but I should've been offered some of my money back, especially since my issue wasn't fixed and the amount ive spent with them

Went in on a Monday, and they said that they didn't have time to get to me anytime soon. Could I leave my car? I couldn't. Made an appointment for Wednesday AM. Came in at 8:45 and "Can't get to you today? Way too busy. Look at all these cars that came in." So, they get a 1* review. I'm just one data point. Hopefully, others have a better experience.

Roger was very friendly, efficient and affordable. He replaced some things on my 2006 Nissan and got it back to running smoothly..without the check engine light. He was great, I definitely recommend his business.

Roger's Auto is a great trusted place to have your vehicle repaired. This shop takes care of my granddaughter's car for me, since I'm out of town, and I never worry about him not doing the right thing or the charges being fair. Highly recommend this shop.

Roger is so knowledgeable, and his staff is capable and friendly. Excellent job on rebuilding my transmission, fair prices, and convenient location. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

For the past several years, Roger has always been fair and reasonable. I consider him to be one of the most honest, knowledgeable, kind and considerate mechanics that have ever worked on my cars/trucks. (Honda, Toyota, Chevy, Subaru) Going to pick up my buggy today :) Needed new spark plugs and one coil. Thanks Again Roger!(there are other mechanics that would have raked me over the coals)

Had a missed call from this place guy named roger answers and start having a rude attitude. I tried to explain to him that their number came up on caller ID. And that mabe it was just a scam. All that I had received. He rudely says I dont care if your momas number came up that he was on the phone with advance auto parts and he hung up on me. That was uncalled for and very unprofessional. I would never take my vehicle there with someone acting like that.

So me and my friend was there a vacation vehicle stopped at the hotel and I called three previous auto places and they couldn t do anything as soon as I called and told him what was wrong they took care of it the price was amazing they keep me up-to-date with it and it was fixed within no timeService: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

I called like 15 shops this place did not try to drill my pocket they have great prices and great work even met with the owner and he opened the door very nice people here that treat u with respect, dont take my word for it just call around bet u cant get a better deal anywhere else
