Had some transmission work done. Took him 6 months to swap the transmission. My truck broke down 30 minutes after picking it up.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would .My Husband took his transmission there, they told him it would take a few days & it took over a week . He doesn t answer or reply back to any texts or messages . Does not update his customers On their vehicles progress. Finally got the transmission back & it had had NOTHING but problems . We have tried MULTIPLE times to try & contact him and he ignores them . This warranty he claims is NON EXISTENT because when there is a problem he does not fix it . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. We are currently fixing to have to drop another 700+ Dollars for someone else to fix the transmission this guy supposedly fixed . He is clearly in-equipped to work on transmissions .Service: Transmission

These guys rebuilt the transmission in my 93 K1500 Suburban (The Boominburban)18,000+ miles ago. It has worked flawless since, and it carries an extra 1500lbs around in it everywhere. I got my transmission rebuilt in February and had a 6 month warranty on it. 2 months after it was rebuilt it went out again so I called them saying it went out again. I was told yeah we ll give you a call back and never got a call back. I called and called never got an answer. I texted and never got an answer. I found out some people I know had the same problem with this place. So I definitely don t recommend going here! Bunch of liars and scammers!Service: Transmission

Took my truck there to get my transmission rebuilt...never answered the phone and had to rebuild it 3 times because they couldn't do it right the first time. Took about 4 months just to get it back. My truck sat outside and had to threaten to take them to court for them to get it done. Definitely wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE. All it ever was, was excuses. They would lie and say it was in the shop being worked on but never was.

Liars, cons and thieves. First, credit cards are not excepted, cash only. It took weeks for a repair. They wouldn't return calls. I called from the front building and they said they were working on my car, it was on the rack at that moment, but I could see it sitting in the lot. Told me Rocky wasn't there but unless he has a twin, sure looked liked him. They refused to allow me take my car without the repair done but after 3 months, I needed my car fixed and they couldn't seem to do it. And still wanted the $1800.00 even though it wasn't fixed right. Called the police and employees scattered like cock roaches (fitting once you see these guys). I would not even allow these thugs, cons, thieves to even change a lightbulb for me. People be aware and stay far away from this shady, shady place and the people that run it and work there.

Great group of guys with very fair pricing. The building does have serious cell reception issues so it can be difficult to reach them at times, but mostly because they are always elbow deep in someone's transmission repair. Rocky is a very cool guy who treats you right (hard to find in mechanics these days). I trust any of my repairs to these guys, but I also understand that they are usually overwhelmed and swamped with work so it may take a little longer than the guys who charge twice as much down the road, and thats fine with me. So if its something you want done by tomorrow, go somewhere else and pay 2 or 3 times as much, but if you want quality work done right at a fair price, take it to Rocky and his guys.

took truck to them in june 6 2020 went got it in july frove it a week transmission went out again took it back they have had it sience call they want answer phone want return calls or text message they have had it for 6 months people do not trust these people they are crooks and not honest going to go get my truck and let the courts handle it. oh they tore my bumper and bumper trim up nothing wrong with truck other than transmission now body damageService: Transmission

Rebuilt transmission in my husband s work truck 3 years ago snd its still running great!!!! I would go back. Owner tries to please everyone and stays very busy. Reasonable priced.

Although they can be a little hard to reach on the phone (they are quite busy), by far the best price for building my transmission (2 yrs ago and counting), when I encountered a problem, worked it right it and out. Highly recommended with some patience for perfection.

Don t take your vehicle there. They are crooks. Gashed a tire and scratched a wheel, along with now I have more issues with the vehicle then I started off. Wont answer my phone calls either now! Lesson learned! Won t be back.

I had my 1993 s-10 blazer transmission rebuilt here, it was stuck in limp mode and they haven t called me back about getting it fixed under warranty, the blazer has been sitting at there shop since October of 2021, this is the worst shop you could ever have work on your vehicleService: TransmissionService: Transmission
