I recently purchased a Groupon for an oil change and unfortunately had a disappointing experience at the service center. Despite calling ahead before making the drive from Nashville, I encountered an unexpected hurdle upon arrival. The staff informed me that they operate on a first-come-first-served basis and could only accommodate two cars per hour. Regrettably, they were unable to service my vehicle at that time, and I was instructed to return on Monday morning.This turn of events left me extremely upset and dissatisfied with their service. The inconvenience of having to reschedule and the discrepancy between their advertised offerings and the actual service provided left a sour taste. Effective communication and better management of customer expectations are essential for any service-oriented business, and this experience fell short in both aspects. It's disheartening when a seemingly straightforward task like an oil change turns into a hassle due to service limitations and miscommunication.

This company was the only one I trusted in Nashville. Now that I moved out to Murfreesboro. The change from city to small, albeit growing, town of Murfreesboro is very apparent. They are fast and efficient, worth the coins. If that's all you care about, this place is perfect. Just bring headphones to ignore the "small talk" you will encounter between the people that agree with each other.That aside, I will probably continue to bring my Shelly into this shop. I used to make the trip to Nashville, but since Mike (from the Nashville location) retired...I gotta stick it out until I find a new repair shop home. Whether or not it will be this location is up in the air. The work done is better than going to the Pep Boys (amazing but higher priced) and so much better than the WORST service at Medical Center area, Tire Discounters.Overall, this is a great choice if you tune the small town talk out lol.

Went to Precision Auto Tune care today for a Oil Change. I was extremely pleased with the Manager Jason and his managerial skill set and this demeanor. Very friendly and appeared to be well liked by his staff. My service was quick and they did not try to pressure for additional business and I was using a coupon. I told the manager Jason I will be back monthly as I change my oil regularly. To me they get more than 5 stars

I came in with a Groupon last week and got excellent service. The manager informed me that they charged less than the Groupon offer and didn't charge me taxes and fees.This place is great, and I will definitely be back for other services I need. Keep up the great work.

Great price on full synthetic oil change. They had a Groupon but the guy working the desk said he could beat it. I would definitely call ahead and see if they can still beat the Groupon deal before purchasing it. Took about an hour and a half but they didn t try and upsell me on any services. A very honest oil change service and I appreciated that.

Great communication and service! They really want what's best for your car and don't charge you an arm and a leg. Check engine light was on, waited 2 hours for diagnostic, told needed tune up cost $896. Cost included, radiator flush, engine tune up kit, $100 labor for that. They added things that weren't needed. These guys were $300 more than the dealer and $500 more than my local mechanic. I guess they work on commission so they have to over charge you. Stay away.

I will never take my car back here!! Spent $727 car still not fixed. When I called about the safety of driving a car that has a warning of a/c off due to high engine temp I was met with a rude tone from Jason and he asked if I d be calling back everyday with an attitude??! I couldn t believe this guy. My car didn t have that warning until I picked it up from being repaired .. Of course, I had concerns. Run!!!!! He s bogus. Now my car is at the dealership getting fixed. Too bad I couldn t comment without adding a star. **this is my very first bad review ever as I typically don t give them, however the way Jason dismissed my concern with driving my car and how he was very confrontational over the phone- I had to. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate

They have done oil changes on all our vehicles, never once have they ever recommended extra things that were not necessary. Many other places will lie to you and tell you things are needed when they really are not. When it comes to our cars and trucks we know that when we take them in they are being looked over and we are being given honest opinions on our vehicles. Because of their Honesty they have earned themselves loyal customers that will continue to come back for all our vehicles needs. Thank you for being an honest business and thinking of your customers first.

Owner of this shop is super nice and helpful. They will match any price in town but are usually always cheaper anyway. My recommendation is not to buy the Groupon! He can sell you the oil change cheaper in store!

Called day ahead for brake service. Was you'd yo drop the car off at 7:30 and then car would be finished by 12. Called my husband at 11 told him we needed back brakes only. On our way to pick up the car at 12 as stated, my husband was called and told we do t need breaks we need roters all around and no breaks. Get there and the car hasn't been touched. I was highly impressed with my experience with this shop. I had taken my vehicle to a couple of other shops in town to address my a/c unit and got turned away. I found Precision through a Groupon offer (never buy from Groupon, just buy direct). As soon as I began to explain my situation about car, the shop forman didn't hesitate to answer my questionI would highlyly recommend Precision.

We should really change the rating system on here. You should be able to put less than 1 star for horrible service. Where do you take your car to be fixed if you want them to keep it for a year and not one thing be fixed? This place right here! Where else can you take a car to be fixed and pick it up with more problems? Right here! What s the common denominator In this factor oh yes. This business right here. An entire year and nothing was fixed. Wow what a horrible place of business! Can t fix the problems on a car they diagnosed or even make it safe to go on the road yet expect money for not fixing a car that s hilarious take your car any place but here! There should be some kind of compensation for dealing with there people! Where is the support group for all the people they have wronged? Do better

I am always amazed at the memory on this guy! He remembered me, yet again, from a over a year ago, he knew I drove a bus and everything. That s definitely something that makes you feel taken care of. He got me in and out super quick when I had to return later for an oil change because I had to be back on my bus before the time they could have gotten me in at first. Always treats everyone in there with kindness and totally makes taking care of checking off the husbands honey do not as scary. Not to mention the price and service is beyond what you find other places. Would recommend this place to anyone.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Tried multiple times to get an alignment. They don't offer appointments , and they only do alignments 3 days a week. They finally tell me to show up Monday morning at 7:30. I show up @7:10. First one in the door then he tells me that I have to drop it off and should be ready after lunch. I say well I have to wait for it , he says there are 4 people in front of you. So I don't understand why they put coupons online for services they really don't want to do. Very disappointed, so I then call the main office and left message for customer service also sent an email and it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything.

I was a loyal customer for years, but I had my car towed there after I got in a wreck. When I called to ask if it was possible to assess the mechanical damages before I bothered with the body damage they interrupted my question to be extremely condescending and mean. I am very disappointed and am now looking for a new mechanic.

I went to the shop with am issue with my a/c. I had a leak somewhere. I brought it back twice and they couldn t find the leak. They told me to take it somewhere else to see if another shop could find the leak. I understood and was ok with the fact that the couldn t find the leak. After taking my vehicle to another shop and finding the leak, I called back and spoke with Jason who was very unprofessional and condescending. He asked me why didn t I just take my vehicle back to the place that found the leak to repair it. I said, because I did not trust them.I wanted to have the repair done at precision but Jason was arguing with me and seemed like he didn t want my business. I got so frustrated with Jason that I said forget it, I will take it somewhere who wants my business and I hung up!
