Pogue s has been an amazing partner to work with. They do outstanding work and are friendly and down to earth. You can trust them when they say something. That s huge auto body repair space. The whole team is and has been awesome.

Don t recommend this body shop at all. BAD customer service. Owner is RUDE. I will do any and everything I can to let people know- AVOID THIS BODY SHOP AT ALL COSTS.Had my driver door replaced due to an accident I was in last year (I was not at fault). Had fish eyes all in the paint, paint drips coming down the door- terrible JOB done on my car. He claimed he did me a favor by fixing my scratched rim (that happened in the wreck) no he didn t, he swapped my tires out and polished it. How do I know? I had 2 different brands of tires on my car. They were all swapped around when I picked my car up. Owner is RUDE.Well fast forward to today as I was driving down the interstate I heard a weird noise- the panel on my door was flapping in the wind. See pictures below. THEY DOUBLE SIDED STICKY TAPED IT BACK ON MY DOOR. I hope this place goes out of business. I will do everything i can to tell any and everyone i know to AVOID this place.Avoid geico car insurance too. When you get in an accident (NOT AT FAULT) they blame everything on you and accuse you of shopping cart damage . Glad we have cut them off. Will never have geico insurance ever again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Cannot say enough great things about my experience with Pogue s. Marcia and co were incredibly professional and easy to work with. In a timeline pinch they came through and did an amazing job on my car. Nowhere else would even see me for an appointment for over a month. They had me back in my car in a week. My car was involved in a hit and run accident that ruined one of my doors and fenders and dented the frame of my car. Pogue s Body Shop fixed my car in just a few days and it looks perfect as if it had never been hit. Tuesday night my truck was vandalized. My passenger rear window was broken into and some other damage occurred. I had called around to 2 other body shops and they were both telling me they could not take me in until the end of September. My insurance adjuster called me at about 4:15 that she had found a body shop for me that could take me in provided me Pouge s number and told me to get scheduled with them. I called at 4:15 they close at 4:30 I explained what was going on and they very friendly. I explained that my biggest concern was that since we had been getting so much rain lately I didn t want my truck out in the elements with a busted windows and it rain and water get it and cause more damage. I explained I could get there at 4:45 and the gentleman on the phone said hey one of my guys may still be here working on a few things we will have him park your truck in the garage. Mind you this is after closing. I wasn t expecting that type of service. I was prepared to leave my truck over night with them, but they went above and beyond to get my concerns addressed. I just know I made the right decision to bring my truck here!!

In my personal opinion this is the worst body shop you could ever bring your car to I had an Interlock system in my car I asked Danny if he knew how to do the interlock system and he said yes and that he could do it .he had to follow the instructions that are emailed to the Donnie Donnie refused to cooperate with the Interlock system so he left the key on my car and drained my battery on my car it was a new battery he put a used battery in it .after he killed my new battery also now I am having front end problems I was hit on the passenger side of my car right behind the front tire on the passenger side of my car. he was supposed to have the front end checked he never did that I took my car to Big o tires to get new tires and find out what the popping sound was on the front of my car big o tires said it could be ball bearings axel or could be tie rod he never did anything to have the front end of my car checked he is the worst as far as mechanic and body work for your car if you have any sense you will neve bring your car here in to have anybody work or any mechanical work done by this manSonya karimi

The greedy girl in the office will tell you one price on the phone, then when you pick up try to charge you $300 more. When the customer asks her to get the owner who we had originally talked to, she says just get out. Promised one thing then completely goes higher than promised. We only brought our car to Pogue s because they were highly recommended. All the other quotes we got were $2800-$3200. They charged our insurance company almost $4,400 and still needed $1000 from us when picked up. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Pogue's offers the kind of quality service that only a family owned business is willing to offer these days. I took road damage to the hood of my car. My Shelter Insurance through Blake Finney had me @ Pogue's within two days getting my estimate. They got the pics and estimate to Shelter over the weekend and I delivered the car to Pogue's on Monday @ 8AM. It was ready for pickup Friday AM. They not only fixed the damage and repainted my hood and touched up a few dings, they also polished my cloudy headlights. My sincere Thanks KUDOS POGUE'S

Donnie took care of us again and repaired the damage to our 2012 Explorer. Made it look just like new from the factory. I highly recommend that you use Pogue's body shop in Murfreesboro, TN. From the minute I stopped in with my damaged truck, the owner Donnie Pogue treated me like I was his only customer. He helped me understand the insurance claims and repair processes and truly helped me save significant money and time. People in Murfreesboro are fortunate to be able to do business with owners like Donnie who have such high integrity and genuine care and respect of their customers. In the five years we owned our Ford Explorer we never had a reported accident. However, we are humans, and my wife dented the Left side by rubbing the garage door frame and I dented and scratched the Right side by trying to back up using the rear sensors.... which don't recognize a rural mailbox and post. So, to make the great car look better we took it to Pogue's based on a referral by a friend. They took it in on a Tuesday and had it done by the next Monday, and it was AWESOME. All of our errors had vanished. The car was straight, shiny and looked as good as new. My friend was right that they do GREAT work, and I was very pleased at how quickly they had it done. I have a '67 I am restoring in my garage at home and while it might still be a year or two, Pogues is the first place I will go for an estimate. Thanks!Service: Painting

Great work done under budget and ahead of schedule! If you are looking for quality work at a great price, look no further! Pogue s body shop does an amazing job!Pogue s spent about 20 min with me in the very beginning walking me through everything before providing me a quote. They asked me to bring in my car on Tuesday, and said the car would be ready the following Monday. Friday morning I received a text stating my car was ready for pick-up. My car was beautiful! I was so surprised when I saw it I cried. Not only do they do great work, they are affordable, honest and dependable.Services provided: Bumper and hood repaint, dent repair, touch up work done throughout the car (scratches and paint chips) and headlights refaced.My car looks great and I am more than satisfied with the work Pogue s team did! Give them a chance, you won t be disappointed!

Being a service provider myself, I LIVE for good customer service! This place not only has offered wonderful customer service but amazing work. I can not recommend them enough. They are fast and so so amazing to work with! I love kind people and Donnie, Jimmy, and Courtney have been nothing but great to me!

Jimmy and Pogue's Body Shop were lifesavers! My son was in Nashville from Michigan and was involved in a car accident on a Friday night and was leaving to return home on Tuesday. I called the only shop on Saturday that was open and was told that they weren't accepting any towed vehicles. Not being from the area I asked who might be able to help us. She suggested a couple of places to call on Monday. On Monday, I called at least 10 shops in the Nashville and surrounding areas, explained that we needed to have the car towed so insurance could determine the damage before my son had to fly back home to Michigan and no one would help. I found Pogue's Body Shop through friends of a friend. Jimmy went over and above to help us. We will be forever grateful for his kindness. If you are ever traveling from out of town to this area and need help with your vehicle I would definitely call Pogue's first. Thanks again, Jimmy!

I had a substantial amount of damage to the bumper, quarter panel/bed and tailgate of my 2011 GMC Sierra pickup, looked online and Pogue's had lots and lots of great reviews so I set up an appointment to get an estimate (the next day), gave him the contact info for my insurance company and Donnie took care of it all from there. Put in his bid, the insurance company approved it and he did an excellent job repairing it, it actually looks better than it did when I bought it (used). I was pleasantly surprised that it was ready to go one week to the day after I dropped it off. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again.

I cannot guarantee the same turnaround for anything, but i got my car back in three business days with the best possible work done for the job. The price was not dirt but totally fair. The guys are nice and easy to speak with, and provide great service. Would recommend!

It's not easy trusting a body shop, especially when you're relatively new to the area. I had a minor accident and paid through my insurance. I was referred to this shop and found that it was on my insurance's list of approved places. The workmanship was spot on. Very kind people and they took very good care of my 2020 Suburban. I had my car back quicker then I expected and walked away feeling great about the work, the people and my overall experience. Thank you!!Service: Body & Trim

I sustained damage to my hood from a wind storm on Easter this year after my son's basketball goal fell on my car. Pogue's communicated with me by phone, text and e-mail with me and my insurance company to order a new hood and kept me in the loop once it arrived. I dropped my car off on Monday afternoon at 1:00 pm and was able to pick it up the next morning at 9:00 am. The hood was flawless and they even washed and vacuumed my car. They were so friendly and told me how much they appreciated my business. I highly recommend Pogue's Body Shop!

Donnie and his staff didn't know me when I came in to their shop. But, from that moment on, I was treated with impeccable service. They truly cared about my concerns. They went above and beyond to finish my car even faster that what I ever imagined and did a fabulous job! They are locally owned and operated and I love that too! I will most definitely be using them in the future for any car body repairs and highly recommend them to everyone!

I had the bumper of my 2012 Jeep re-covered and painted. Everyone I spoke to at Pogue's was polite, friendly and welcoming. I went with Pogue's because of all the really great reviews I read here and my expectations were met completely. They gave me the cheapest quote of the three body shops I called, and they did fantastic work. My car was done in a day, I can't tell any work has been done, and I paid less than they initially quoted me. I could not recommend them more highly. It's always nice to support a locally owned family business, but it's even nicer when they're also the best in town.

Donnie Pogue and his staff were excellent to work with. I was rear ended on a Saturday night and took my car in on Monday and had to head out of town for 10 days. During this time the body shop was in touch with my insurance company to fix the issue. It was ready when I got back on the day of my trip. They did an excellent job and even fixed a little issue I had on the car. The price was very reasonable. If you need body repair contact this company. I highly recommend them......

Donnie and his team went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND what I expected! My car needed a couple of extra unrelated repairs that were fixed when I picked it up. Totally unexpected and such a blessing! His team was very professional, helpful and overall excellent! They answered every question that I had and worked with me on my deductible. I am SO happy I chose Pogue's Body Shop! I will definitely bring any other repairs back here and would recommend them to anyone!

Went to 6 different body repair shops in Murfreesboro and Pogue's Body Shop was the only establishment where I was treated like a person with superior customer service. Had a dents, chips and paint damage on new car with a estimate of the car being in the shop for about 1.5 weeks only for them to have to ready in week. Car looks amazing again! Thank you Donny(owner) and staff for doing an amazing job. You definitely have my recommendation.

Donny is a genuinely amazing man. This was our second time getting one of our vehicles fixed. The second time dealing with insurance was absolutely horrible. Donny helped me with everything on how to deal with the insurance company. After a month we finally were able to get our truck fixed and it looks brand new now! I will not go anywhere else besides here for our car/truck repairs

I had used Pogues Body Shop previously and was extremely happy with the quality and price of my repair. So I wasn t happy when my insurance company tried to steer me to their repair shop. Legally they can t do that so I insisted that I bring it to Donnie at Pogues. Glad I did, Donnie managed to get the whole repair done while I was on vacation. He even sourced a headlight that was on national back order, in time for me to pick it up as soon as I got back. The truck looks better than the day I bought it. My faith in Pogues Body Shop was well justified. The whole experience was super smooth with great communication from the front office as well. Definitely won t go anywhere else. Thank you.

These guys will take care of you. I paid several hundred dollars less than what other shops were wanting to replace my front bumper, yet got better customer service. Mine is an uncommon model with hard to find parts, yet they worked hard to track down a replacement at the least cost to me. Also let me make a down payment to have them order the part and get it painted first, so I didn't have to leave my vehicle with them for longer than necessary. Got the work done fast, done well, and fixed an unforeseen issue of a cracked headlight housing without adding to the quoted cost. Go with these guys, you won't be disappointed. All I gotta say though, is pay with cash. Down payment with cash, repairs with cash. Cash will save you money with them. Expect to pay more using a card, no joke. I've used them several times, got a better than quoted deal because I used straight up cash.

Excellent auto body repair shop. Donnie is the owner and offers straight to the point pricing. They do great body work and work with customers on repair times. They can work directly with your insurance company keeping you out of the fray so you get taken care off without hassles.

My vehicle is important to me personally and professionally. When it was damaged by an encounter on a rainy night with a deer two days before Thanksgiving, I was quite distraught. Though I was grateful to be uninjured and glad my vehicle wasn t totaled, it s hard to be optimistic when you lose your independence- Middle TN is hardly commuter-friendly.Additionally, I was given a run-around by rude individuals at a chain body shop that recently absorbed 2 other chain shops. My regular mechanic recommended Pogue s, and I couldn t be happier with the level of compassion and professionalism they exhibited. I was kept updated at each stage, and they weretransparent about costs and timelines. The insurance company, of course, wants one to use their preferred shops, but Pogue s accepted my insurance and didn t cut corners. When they were done, my vehicle looked like it did when I drove away from the dealership! Support local businesses, and take your vehicle here if you need a body shop.

This was the fourth time I've had a vehicle at Pogue's Body Shop and as always they didn't disappoint. Donnie and his family go out of their way to make sure customers are taken care of and leave happy. They have also done work for 5 other family members of mine which also love Pogue's. Highly recommend you taking your vehicle here and not one of the other shops around town that just want to make the insurance companies happy. Thank you to Donnie and your family for the awesome service you provide to the people here in Murfreesboro.
