I called ahead at 5:50pm. I knew they closed at 7. I asked if they would be able to fit in an alignment (simple job) and was told sure no problem at all I told them I wasn t too far out and would be there just a few mins after 6. Upon arrival, all bays closed off and when I walked in the door there was one guy there. And he said are you the one that called? Yeah we can t do it. All my mechanics have left for the day. Nothing says we don t care more than that. I called AHEAD OF TIME to avoid making an unnecessary drive. Also, so is it common for everyone to leave work nearly an HOUR BEFORE CLOSE??? I would give ZERO stars if I could. I won t be back to this place. My company has a fleet of vans as well that will not be doing business any longer. Thanks for nothing. Now I see why the business isn t called Pep Men. I would love to hear back from management if they can tell me a good reason for this poor service. Terrible service. Take your vehicle somewhere else.

I had an excellent experience coming in today. I mistakenly made an appointment for another day but since they were not busy they took my newer Camaro in and got things working immediately. Came in right on estimate as well. I will definitely be buying more tires here. You won't go wrong coming in. Mr. Stinson, you have a gold team here service wise.

I called before I brought some winter tires to them to be mounted and balanced and went in to see the manager only to find no one was there. so I went and talked to a worker and he said no problem and only after we unloaded the rims and tires , the "manager" came out screaming and yelling that they don't mount those tires referring to them as not new. sorry I didn't buy tires at this shop and never will. that manager shouldn't even manage himself. went up to tire discounters and saw the professional staff who immediately helped me and I left perfectly satisfied. Thanks for nothing pepboys. you lost a customer forever!

Awesome experience,I was told my truck need a new oil pan becuase I have an engine oil leak and that was not the case.Hayden Stinson and his fantastic team did a great diagnostic and change the engine oil.I recommend this place for all you cars needs.Great jobs guysServices: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I had an issue with my spare tire under my van. One of the employees, Hayden, was very kind and helpful. I was out in less than twenty minutes, and I don't have to worry about my van sounding like the bottom is falling off every time I roll a speed bump. Thanks.

I got new tires here (buy 3, get 1 free... just under 700 dollars). We go to leave afterwards and suddenly my ABS light is on for the first time since I've owned the car. Really common. Happens when someone bumps or moves the ABS sensors located riiight by the wheels. We called them to have them fix it... they tried to say it would cost 600 dollars... to fix something they caused... Don't bother with this place. I'm not sure if they get commission or are just ignorant, but they either they can't recognize common issues or actively try to scam women... Kind of annoying because the location is convenient and the place looks really nice.Service: Tires

In the last month I had an alignment, went great. Took my Jeep back for a balance. That went great. Decided to replace all four tires, which I had purchased myself. Made an appt, showed up and they had no staff to do the work. Made another appt two days later, showed up and they had no staff to do the work. The online appts are easy to make BUT, apparently useless. At the very least the management should have called to cancel / reschedule, TWICE. Do I even have to point out that the customers time is important. Very poor customer service in that regard. I will not be returning and caution others. UNACCEPTABLE.

I had a issue with hearing squealing noises and feeling grinding while breaking. My breaks and rotors was only about 2 months old. They took my tires off. Put them back on and said they didn t hear or feel anything. Sent me on my way. (Manger at the front counter I believe seemed to be annoyed) As soon as I pulled out I heard and felt the same issues I came there about. I took my car Budget Breaks. Where they suggested to resurface my Rotors and buff my breaks. Problem solved!!! Pep Boys got 2 stars for effort. Thanks

I kind of had my nightmare scenario happen on my way into Bonnaroo. Hundreds of miles away from home and a broken down vehicle! There were some issues and a little miscommunication along the way with getting it diagnosed and repaired in time for us to head back home in the next few days. I picked this Pep Boys because they were open all weekend and assured a fix in time. It was a total bummer to hear that they couldn't finish a repair until 3-4 days later. They did however, do everything they could to try to get us back safely with what they had. We decided to head back home w/o a new part, but were very satisfied with the work they DID do. Kelly up front did everything he could to help us. He empathized with our situation and really took good care of us. It was stressful, but I felt in good hands with Kelly!

I m not sure why it says I was in North Wales, PA.This was Murfreesboro, TN, at a brand new Pep Boys tires center.I can t complain about my experience with getting four tires for our van. I called the day before to check on the tires I wanted and to make an appointment. The tires were in stock. Upon dropping the van off, they called shortly after to tell me that they had reserved my tires for someone else just before I made my appointment and that they missed it. The tires I wanted were not available. They felt terrible about this and offered me a more expensive tire and price matched the price I was quoted for the original set. I couldn t complain.Service was fast and professional.The tires are wonderful and I ve had no issues. The balancing is good.

I Genuinely wonder if these other reviews are real, when I got there to get a tire patched the guy behind the counter told me 30-40mins tops. I said okay, they took my car back in the shop instantly. 1 1/2 later they finish. The shop had very few cars inside. So what s the issue? Actually I know it, everyone one of their employees walked around staring at their phones like zombies the entire time. I will never come back and recommend others not to go there. I figured a new business would have good service, boy was I wrong.

Brought in vehicle after being referred by a friend. Task: rotate and balance. Verdict: unable to remove wheels due to not having required lug key. Aftermath: entire contents of car tossed and trashed. Several plastic latches sheered and broken. Was not offered a chance to assist in locating key til damage was done. Entire staff was standing in a line with a clueless look an thier faces not offering any help or suggestions. Corporate will hear about this and a repair bill will be sent.Visit at your own peril.0/100 would not recommend.

Today was my second time coming to this Pep Boys. Both times they were extremely helpful and professional. The gentleman at the front desk (I believe this name was Shod) was very helpful and patient while answering several of my questions and giving me advice. I could tell that he was genuine and not just trying to sell me something. Plus- they always have coupons! Highly recommend!Services: Tires, Oil change

I take my car on or around the 15th of every month. I have never had a problem with them guys. They have always been nice and professional. They will continue to get my business.

Here for the first time and so far, this experience is good. I felt like the staff here listened to my needs, and provided services that were not ridiculously priced. And all in all the services were done timely.. definitely will return for other services. seems like this place is on the up and up. Called in to check on getting some tires put on a classic/vintage vehicle. I needed a VERY mild stretch on the tires due to size constraints, of around 1/2 inch. Not even really a stretch by any sort of modern standards, however this shop was not interested in doing the work in any way. So what we have here is just another chain repair shop, with no services for people with unique cars or anyone needing something outside of the most basic car repair services. Sad, because this new shop was very close to my home, and I import a lot of vehicles, and could have used this place for many services in the future. Instead I went down the road to 'Wheel Workz' who strangely had 0 problems putting my wheels on for me. So I guess I know where to go from now on, and it aint Pep Boys, no pep in their step.

Have a pep boys battery that is clearly under warranty and is having concerns. Took it in to have it switched out and am totally denied without a receipt that I do not have. Other places that I have to return my batteries have had no problems looking up the battery by serial number. I guess this just isn t doable here. Save time and go somewhere else.Pep boys stand by YOUR PRODUCTS!

This is the best service shop in Murfreesboro will never go anywhere else the guys there specifically dakota and jeremy did everything they could to get my aftermarket wheels to fit my car they worked for 2 hours and even stayed open late. They mounted and unmounted my tires at least 6 times before we decided my aftermarket wheels wouldn't fit without spacers HUGE HUGE HUGE thanks to those guys... there are very transparent with you about everything unlike other shops best shop around by far!!!

The gentlemen that were at the front lobby helped me get my glove compartment open and were very professional. 5 stars because I don't know how their auto repair services but I know their customer service is good.
