WOW! This was 10 stars From the phone call and friendly receptionQuick service and a Lyft vehicle inspection done in less than ten minutes! Thanks Michele!And nobody can beat their price!! I was here last year for same great service and this is why I ll return next year or for other current needs that come upTires etc Thanks for making my Friday!!!!!

Tony was so friendly and helpful on the phone and in the store and the service tech who helped me really went the extra mile (literally)! They knew exactly what the little sound that was freaking me out was and fixed it up so quickly and well priced! These guys know their stuff, and their attitude makes the environment welcoming and not so scary like some mechanics I ll definitely be back!

I showed up with an issue that needed to be fixed so I could be back on the road in the morning. Adam was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He worked with me and talked me through the issues and options, and the team got my car fixed! The price was right as well. Thank you!

The best service ever. It happened in the winter evening around 5:30 pm, already in the dark when alarms on my Volvo all of a sudden went crazy flashing and requesting immediate service. Being a woman of respectful age, I was scared, didn t know what to do, and called my son. He advised me to go to the nearby Pep Boys in Thousand Oaks and wait for him there while he will pick me up on his way from work. The guys took my car, quickly diagnosed it, fixed the problem, and sent me home before my son even had a chance to come.I will certainly use this shop again and recommend it to everyone.

I was on a road trip Saturday and about 2 hours from my destination when I thought I had a transmission issue. I had stopped at 3 different repair shops and was running out of options. The staff was very helpful and offered to take a look even though they were very busy. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. If they had turned me away like the other shops, I would've been stranded with my family until I could have found an open transmission shop on Monday. I was very appreciative of the friendly and helpful staff.

Great overall experience. Fixed all issues in a timely manner. Very clean environment. Explained all issues and addressed what needed to be done. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced. Adam and Jeremy were fantastic.

I needed a headlight bulb change this week and the staff was so courteous and quick with helping me, they finished the job in about 10 minutes total of me arriving to the store. They said it was so easy that they didn t even feel the need to charge me for the service. I will absolutely be back for more repair services in the future! What an awesome team!

One of the nicest and most genuine car shops I've been to! Zach and Adam were willing to help and be transparent on what was wrong with my vehicle. Zach even brought me into the shop and showed me specifically what was wrong so I could see it myself! He was also helpful on me figuring out a good course of action on how to maintain my vehicle for longevity and to keep the ride smooth. Big thanks to the pep boys for help with my car!

Saved the day!! I dropped into this location unexpectedly after finding out that ALL my brake lights were out and my daughter couldn t take her driving test to get her license until all were working. They looked at my car immediately and figured out it wasn t a blown fuse but all the bulbs had blown out at the same time. They changed the bulbs and didn t even charge me. We were out of there in 25 minutes and made it back to the DMV in time for my daughter to take her test! I cannot say enough good things about this place and I will certainly be a customer going forward! Thank you!

This place is woman-friendly!I have taken two of my cars here: A 2008 Toyota Corolla and my 2016 Kia Rio.James was super kind and helpful in showing me what was wrong with my Corolla s battery wiring.Today I took in my Kia Rio to have a water leak looked at and James found the AC drain to be clogged. I did not have an appointment and was pleasantly surprised they helped me today! The manager is super-nice as well, (I think his name is Adam).Overall just a really great place and both times I left so happy!

My car had some stalling issues and the Check Engine light was cutting on and off, inputting the same code every time. Upon further examination, they discovered the fix was more simple than what the code was saying. The issue that the code and engine performance proposed was nothing to be concerned with. Just a simple quick tightening of a specific valve. Asked them to also take care of a couple small/minor fixes and an oil change and all in all, spent about three hours there. Staff was friendly, honest, and they will work with you to ensure your issues are resolved at a reasonable price! Heck, I think these guys knew more than I did.

I came in with having a rusted screw on my license plate. James was kind enough to help me get it off. I greatly appreciate all the hard work that he did. He knew exactly what he was doing and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It was such a great service and I now have my right license plate on my car. Thank you James.

There is a new Pep Boys in town located just down from the new Toots. This was my first time going to a Pep Boys and I'm Very Impressed.I went there today to see if they could possibly squeeze me in for an oil change. I took the day off and I'm not great at planning ahead. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to address my oil change, tires, and brakes all today.The place is extremely clean and the staff are all top notch and incredibly friendly.I've found a new place to take my vehicles!

So grateful for Eric at pep boys thousand oaks . Range Rover had a coolent leak that needs addition Eric is an asset to pep boy Guss saw to it the range Rover was inspected right away . Very greatful for pep boys
