I came to this store yesterday thinking I needed a battery I mean that's what the guys at my job told me. Anyways the lovely woman took care of me even when I had no clue what type of engine it was. After she found what I needed she explained to me that they couldn't install it for me I would need it professionally put it i couldn't hold my tears back anymore. I had been going thru it the past few months. She stopped what she was doing and just held me in her arms. When I tell you I melted in her arms. I think God puts people in the right places at the right times. It felt as if all my problems went away just for a few mins. She looked at my car come to find out I didn't need a battery. She was the general manager at that store. When I tell you she went above her job she did. I don't know if she knows it or not but I really needed that hug yesterday. I don't know how she knew it but I'm glad she did I'll never forget that that hug. Or her. Kind people are still out there and I'm happy she was there when I needed that hug. Thank you you for being the person you are. Love, just a costumer that almost lost hope

I visited this store and needed a special screwdriver to replace a part on my Toyota Truck. The very nice young went out to my truck to see if he had the correct tool, and he installed a new tail light assembley that was purchased online. WOW, Sir, I did not expect this, and I thank you for your kindness. Stars for your excellent service.

Your standard auto parts store they have alot of parts and can usaly get whatever you need most of there parts seem to be better quality than autozone but like almost everything now days is made in either China or Mexico

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff... EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE AT THIS PARTICULAR O'REILLY LOCATION!!! One of the best locations I've shopped at & if it wasn't for the time my dad worked at O'Reilly then it would probably be the best... 20 out of 10 whole heartedly recommend!!!!!!

Left battery for them to charge, came back 4 hrs later to pick up. They said it was charged and cells were good. Long story short I wound up having to take the vehicle to shop to fix and the problem was the DEAD battery I just picked up from oreillys (that was supposedly charged and checked out just fine - cost me $200

Went to O'Reilly for wiper blades and they didn't have anyone knowledgeable enough to install them. I will advise my friends and family to go to Advance Auto Parts for thier parts needs. Very poor service.

The absolute worst!! They don't have a clue what they are doing and care !! I'm disabled asked for help.. I just pointed down a aisle she said ' I guess what you're looking for would be there.' This was 8/21/21 @ around 830PM. Who ever was working was just very unhelpful!! I hate that because it's a local business and I live down the street.. I guess I'll make the drive into town from now.

I went to the Oriellys at 5830 lebanon Pike and I am appalled and disgusted by the lack of customer service I recieved from your employees. I bought 5 gallons of Mobil one truck oil, an oil filter, and a 16 quart oil container to hold the used oil. As I approached the employee, he just sat there on his computer playing his music and we waited for like one minute. Then, we asked him to check out and he said nothing. He didn't reach for our purchases. There's a rope that keeps you 6ft from the employees in the store. After he rang up our order, he kicked our oil container and my fiancee was mad. Then, I realized that we didn't get our rebate form and had to come back in and find it on the shelf. No mention that hey the rebates over there or nothing. I don't honestly know if I will ever shop here again. Edit: Honestly, the response I got from the supposed owner on google reviews sounds like a robot with no compassion for his customers. Prehaps a phone call or reaching out in some way would have been sufficient but I guess I will never see that from this business.

This O'Reilly's is new to my area. Called up here for a part and James was one of the best attendants I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I'll be back since it's extremely close and hopefully the service will remain stellar.

I came to get a diagnostic test run on my van this afternoon. This very nice older gentleman helped me with this and gave me some good advice on how to economically fix it. Customer service was great!

Very nice people. Clean store and bathrooms. We broke down there was there for 3 days they let us stay in there parking lot no problem. They were very helpful.

Best one to go to beside the one on south east broad ( which is ALWAYS busy) the staff here are easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the products. I would and have certainly recommend my family and friends to go here. I will no longer go to any other o reillys.

I keep needing parts and specialty tools, and they keep having them. It also helps that they're 5 minutes away. Today they even had the repair manual that I've had a hard time finding.

Always very professional people I work on anything with a motor and I was there when rusty super beetle was there he was scared of his girl and she should stay home because she is a hazard to the public and there comments were a LIE they are just unhappy people who I feel sorry for them !!!!
