I needed my tire plugged and called around and they had the best price and ability to get my car serviced in a timely manner. The customer service was above and beyond; over the phone and more so in person. They are friendly, approachable, and answered any questions I had with ease and satisfaction. It was a quick process with a comfortable, cool waiting area. I brought my puppy in and she was adored and welcomed as well. Great place, will definitely be coming back.

I Went to get my brakes done. Chris and Nick were upfront with me after my brake inspection and said I could hold off on them for a little longer, but my tires were at a dangerous level. They found me an affordable set of tires and got me in and out in no time!! Would definitely recommend.

I've had issues getting my oil changed as most places don't carry my filter. I called yesterday and asked if they had it, they were able to get it in next day. I went, got my oil change and Chris helped me out. It was a wonderful experience and he also helped me out on another concern I had with my car and he gave me great information. I liked that I could go shopping while they worked on my car and didn't have to sit in the waiting room....great location.

Came needing an alignment I thought, but after examining I realized I needed new struts and shocks. Got shocks done quickly. Chris has great customer service skills. I m glad I came by and was taking care of quickly and kindly. Thanks y all!!

Went to get my brakes done. The guys were 100% up front with me for the free brake inspection and said I could hold off on them for a little longer, but might as well do it while I was there right? Got me in and out in no time!! Would recommend

This is my first visit at NTB in Murfreesboro and they have me sold! The service was quick and efficient. The associate Chris was super helpful and answered my questions and concerns with precision and patience, as well as keeping me informed every stepOf the way. I came in for a tire patch (assuming that s what the issue was) but it turned out that the sensor was off so they reset it and test drove my car to make sure I was all set and good to go. I appreciate how quickly they got me in and out. Oil changes, tires, and any servicing that they can do they have a customer in me now. They were on it! Great job!!

Matt has been incredibly helpful on my last two visits to NTB in the last week. My visits are always on time with my scheduled appointments and move in a timely manner. I ve never had any issues visiting NTB in the 6 years I ve come here between the two vehicles I ve owned. I highly recommend this location.

Allen was great came out as soon as I pulled up for my oil change appointment and was super quick with the process of checking me in making sure I get everything I need. Didn t feel pressured and was very light on the recommendations. Make sure to check out the deals they have going on been coming here for about three years now.

This place is awesome! The staff went out of their way to find some replacement rims for my car after a pothole bent mine. They (Matt) even drove me to a salvage yard to pick the rims up. They totally went above and beyond to help me get back on the road and home to my family!I live over an hour from Murfreesboro but will bringing all my vehicles to this NTB for service and maintenance.

Amazing customer service. Employees there are fast and awesome. Definitely my go to place to get work done on mine and my wife s cars. Best place to price match and they really treat you like family here.

We came to Murfreesboro for a weekend trip and ended up needing new tires before heading home.It was Sunday morning.Alan and the team did an outstanding job. They were great. Friendly, Knowledgeable, and got us taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks so much. Highly recommend.

I come here for both of my vehicles. With a family who travels a lot for business and personal, we are at NTB severs times a year for oil changes, rotations, alignments and new tires. The location is convenient. Prices are reasonable and they will work with you.

This is a phenomenal car service center. I ve used them for various services including the installation of control arms, a cv axle, brake pads and calipers, and tires. I ve also used them for rotating, balancing, and aligning wheels/tires. The technicians are knowledgeable and attentive to detail. They work efficiently and keep you updated throughout the process. They are conscientious of your time and have fair prices. Most of the time I get work done on my cars, I bring my own parts for them to install. I definitely plan on going back in the future. 10/10 recommend!

This NTB has always treated me right and prices are extremely reasonable. As a woman, we're generally treated unfairly and taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs. They have always treated me with the same respect they would give a man here.

Called and came in for my front brake pads to be replaced. They were efficient,and explained how much wear were on the pads. Will definitely come back when I need the back ones replaced. Thanks guys for your help.

Very precise and efficient! We always use them for our tires, and today I had a battery issue. They were very quick to find the problem and fixed it immediately.

My car was overheating, I pulled in I asked if they could check it out, at first he was like can u leave it can't get to it until tomorrow, then he said well let me check it to see if it just needs antifreeze. They tighten the radiator hose and filled it up with antifreeze and I was on my way! Thank you so much for that excellent level of service. It's not always about the big jobs the small ones count too, and now when I do have a big job, I will definitely be back!!!!

Excellent service!I always look through reviews first and this place was the best.I called about getting a damaged tire replaced and Nick was very helpful and honest about what kind of tire I needed and gave me different options. I was able to drive right over and he had my tire replaced in 30 minutes. Good service is hard to find for vehicles with fear of being overcharged and having to wait long.Will definitely be back
