Friendly employees here and they are pretty smart about parts or things you need. Much better than the other auto parts stores here in town.

I had a fuel system failure on my way to work this morning. I walked to the store & told them what happened, and they explained what the likely problem(s) were, how to check, and what parts would be necessary. After a socket, some spray cleaner to start the engine with, and a clip (ordered from another store & arived in under 2 hr), i was able to drive over and thank them. Under $20 for everything, and I still made it to work (though only for a few hours). Will certainly return next time I'm in need!

Beware they will not swap out a part with the receipt if it did not come from their exact napa branch. Ridiculous!

Brandon is great! Most places don't tell you about upcoming sales but this gentleman did and because of that I will end up purchasing a lot more from them. He also called back to ensure I was given the proper information and anything he didn't have he was already ordering. This was my first experience with this Napa and they have earned a future customer for the long haul. Thank you Brandon for such great service!

One of the best and most knowledgeable parts counters in Murfreesboro. When other people fail me Florida Brothers come through. You can order online or you can go in to shop and talk to multiple people who know what they're talking about. Knowledge and quality of everything is great.

I am going to get my hose fixed with the extremely CHEAP prices i cant afford the quality of service in my hometown.which is a shame i shouldn't be going to another store to get my hose worked on i am pretty sure that my hose house is fixing to start serving the needs of other customers and that will be a great new way for my hometown house to start serving QUALITY sub contractors who appreciate the needs of loyal customers

Had gotten a tensioner pulley through a mechanic from this place and it malfunctioned. That's understandable it happens. They delivered the new one to the mechanics I deal with my other one while taken it off broke and the one Napa sent was wrong one. My mechanic called them and they said we can't get another one till Mon. This is sat so more than less I'm screwed. My mechanic did leg work to get one that day and fixed my car. Napa more than less left me high and dry. This really shows lack of concern towards me as a customer. Spent most of my day(off) sitting in a shop for Napa mistake.

Can anyone pick up the phone? Dialed 3 times in a row at 9am 10-29 and no one picks up. On the 4th attempt someone picked up put me on hold then hung up after a minute of waiting
