To start off, I ve only had experience with the Service Department. That said though, my experience has been wonderful every time!When I pulled up into the Service Tunnel, there was someone there to greet me and point me in the right direction. My service advisor, Nicole, was friendly and knowledgeable. She quickly got me squared away. While my car was getting repaired, I hung out in the waiting room. The space was clean and spacious.Once the initial inspection was completed, my service advisor was very transparent with me about the waiting time and total cost. In addition, she took the time to break down what every repair meant. My car wasn t going to be ready for another 3 hours. Seeing how I lived far from the dealership, I stayed in the waiting room and took full advantage of the complimentary WiFi and espresso machine.At one point, my stomach was growling, and Chris from the Service team gladly shuttled me to a nearby restaurant for a bite. When my car was ready, Nicole worked with me to ensure the total cost was well within my budget.There s a reason why I keep coming back to Boro Nissan for my car repairs over the last 2 years -They simply overdeliver.

I went in to have my 45000 service done. The customer service was great. I can't say enough about Jonathan Niemela. He was great. This young man explained everything to me about what I needed done to my car. Plus, he seems happy to be at work today. This young man needs a raise for his customer service. Thank you Mr. Niemela

The service department is the best part of this location. Consistent great service every time. I have nothing but good things to say! Their busy for a reason and it s worth the wait. I had to have service done on my vehicle and both David and Grant went out of their way to help me. I had an important meeting I had to attend virtually and my vehicle wasn t going to be done in time, they made sure I had the space, privacy and tools I needed to get my meeting completed. I was stressed but they made sure I didn t have to be. This is the only place I will bring my vehicle to be serviced.

I went for an oil change. Yeah right I got at estimate of about 800 dollars for various needs. So wound up with an oil change and a supposed oil leak repair of almost 400 dollars. The young lady I dealt with was very nice. It's always an overpriced adventure.

I had an 11:00 appointment to have the oil changed in the car I bought new at this dealership. When I arrived, they told me it would be a 2 hour wait. An appointment just means you re on the list. They told me they had lease cars from the factory they were servicing before my car. If you aren t going to honor appointments, don t make them. This experience made it clear they do not value my business. I am now looking for someone else to service my car.

If you are looking for excellent Service....please ask for Juan. Juan will make sure you are well taken cared of and is a shining Star at this Dealership. Excellent service getting a tire replaced under the road hazard contract. They took care of all the paperwork and replaced a tire at no charge. Service was completed in one hour - start to finish. This place is fast, it feels like your waiting for 2 hours because of the amount of people that go here. Went Saturday at 7am and the line was out to the street. Ofc you're gonna be waiting. Especially when they only have 2 bags of oil and tire rotation. I was the last one in the line and finished before everyone because the brakes use a different bay. Just be patientService: Brakes

I got new upgraded wheels and also added step rails to my titan s model. Service advisor Justin made it a very pleasant experience and gave me a very fair price. I will definitely be back for all my services

I made my appointment for 7am on a Saturday when they opened. They had a line already formed when I got there at 6:50! However, once the doors went up right at 7, they moved the cars through pretty quick. The staff was super friendly. I absolutely love the messaging system they use to let you know of anything they find. You can use the system to accept it decline the additional service. Not sure if that is standard elsewhere but it was my first experience with it and it worked great. I was a bit disappointed to realize that several people had appointments and it appeared to be for the same times but I expected a wait anyway and was still in my way in about an hour. Kudos Boro Nissan service team!

I had an appointment for 9am on a Wednesday morning, 4-6-22. I arrived several minutes late and there were 4 cars ahead of me. I asked for an honest opinion about whether or not my car's oil change would be completed within an hour and was told yes. Jonathan checked my car in, showed me where to wait (and get coffee), and an hour later my car was done. They did an oil change and rotated the tires. Jonathan was very nice and polite. I've been taking my Nissan 370Z for service here for 11 years. The service that I've received here has always been friendly, professional, competent, efficient and honest. We also have an Infiniti G37S, which shares an engine and a number of components with the 370Z. Because the Infiniti dealership is about twice as far away, I also take that car here for minor service needs like oil and filter changes. I would highly recommend this dealership for your service needs if you own a Nissan vehicle.

Second time in a row I have not been pleased. Something has changed. Time before I was charged for a tire rotation they did not complete. This past experience, I was not given a detailed receipt or diagnostic report. When I asked I was told I would be sent one the best day. Never happened. I also asked did they replace key batteries I was told yes. They did not. I asked to have wiper fluid filled as my car said it was low. My fluid was not filled. Which makes me think did they even check my car at all? Why wasn t I given a report like always? The guy assured me my key had been changed and fluid filled since it was in my request. Lol. Then I asked how much is an oil change he wouldn t tell me. I expressed it was more than I expected. His reply was oh yea your vehicle requires more oil. It never answered the question of HOW MUCH IS AN OIL CHANGE. Also, Last experience I was told I had a tire needing replacement and it was not repairable. I was told they price matched. So when I found a tire the exact one the claimed I needed they refused to match. They was only willing to take $50 off. I took my truck to Discount tire and they repaired it for free! I reached out to Nissan the next day because I had questions about the rotation not being done left a message for my tech, he did not get back to me. I didn t complain last time I figured it was a one off. This visit really irritated me, I didn t need much and I couldn t even get that.Service: Oil change

I ve brought my car to two other dealerships for a noise concern and was told my car was fine. I brought my car in for two recalls (not a noise complaint ) and they still took the time to check out my car and noticed my brake pads were metal on metal. My writer took the time to explain everything to me and got my brakes done all in time before I got off work. More than 2 hours for service and plug a tire. A pin needed replacement, They forgot, now have to wait even longer. Quality seems to be going down. Also seems the vehicle passed inspection, in spite of not having a rear wiper blade. Second time it has passed inspection without one. Front tires were at 36 and 38 psi. Rear tires at 37 and 30 psi. 32 is what it's supposed to be. If lying about some things, maybe oil not changed? I had David as a representative and he was very helpful even though the system shut down while I was there, he made sure that my vehicle was taken care of! We had a brake hub replaced rots and brake pads on rear. We did not have an appointment. We went straight in. They drove us home. They picked up and returned us to dealership. Had a wonderful experience! I went in for oil change but mentioned a few other things I was concerned about our vehicle. Davis was super helpful and knowledgeable. Service was good. A gentleman helped me pulled in my car since I had my kids with me, very nice and helpful. The lady that checked me in seemed in a hurry but the lady that checked me out was nice and patient. In addition to an oil change we had the power mirror switch replaced. We requested the switch be replaced because it was inoperable. I was disappointed to learn that Morgan Johnson convinced my wife that an electrical system diagnostic be performed for an additional $99.99. We drive an extra 30 miles to get our service work performed by this dealer because of past experience. I find it hard to believe a $100 upsale would be worth loosing a loyal customer. We gladly pay for what is necessary to repair our vehicle but dishonesty is unacceptable.Services: Side view mirror repair, Oil change

Brought my Nissan Juke in because I noticed that the radiator looked to be just sitting in there not fastened thinking they had forgotten to fasten it because Toyota Murfreesboro had it in there and they had to put a timing chain in it because Toyota couldn t find out what was wrong with it this all happened one day after buying so I was told at Nissan that they never touched the radiator in any way and did not notice that the radiator was like that while in there shop for repair and I had asked them when it had been taken over there by Toyota to go over everything and make sure everything looked good on the car long story short they charged me 100 bucks to tell me i need 3,800 bucks to fix the problem Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Auto brake replacement, Oil change
