Awesome guy & very friendly!! I was sending my car back to the dealership & they used his company to pick the car up. When he called he asked me when would be a good time to come vs just coming & towing the car & he also gave me a boost so I could finish getting my items out the trunk & not 1 time rushed me or complained & he even gave me a heads up when he was on the way & outside.. Definitely would call him if I needed a tow or recommend his service others

Mr. Biggz Hauling Service LLC, wouldn t be afraid to do business with Mr. Recovery again. Hauled some vehicles for Mr.DJ, pretty honest gentleman. Shop with him and you definitely wouldn t be disappointed.

DJ thought my 1996 red GMC jimmy was out for repo. He had looked at his paperwork wrong! all I have to say, is people make mistakes. He made a honest mistake, and I appreciate his kindness!! thank you sir if I ever need a tow I will keep you in mind because you were gentle with my truck! I I never have been behind on payments in my life and I appreciate your courtesyOne more thing I didn't tell you the other night when I was 18 to about 30 I did repos with my dad at his company! (I used to be a tow truck driver when he was alive kind of miss it )It's a very dangerous job and all I can say is be careful!!Service: Car towing

My name is Lee M I live in Franklin Tennessee. I had a car that wasn t Running and I needed to get it out of my yard. I called Mr. recovery. He came in towed My car I couldn t find my title at the time so I let him took the car and he said when I got the duplicate title to mail to him and he would mail me a check. He did exactly what he said. They are one of the most honorable towing service. I will recommend and used him for all of my towing service and other auto needs they are very very nice and reputable people. Thanks again Mr. recovery .LEE M FRANKLIN,TN

Contacted the owner about a van he had for sale and asked if we could come see it on Saturday morning. He proceeded to tell me that he had already spoke with my 'husband' (I'm not married or engaged) and that we lived too far away and therefor he would not sell to us. I had told him my address which was within his limits, and he stated I lived somewhere else and he wouldn't sell to us. I have no idea who he was confusing me with, but it was very unprofessional. We will be taking our money elsewhere to purchase a van. I do not reccomment this place at all because they will not even meet with you. I guess they don't want money or to sell vehicles. Oh well.*Editing to add:* The owner then proceeded to use his personal business to try to look up personal information without consent since i hadnt even given him my full name or anything and Harrass me by private messaging, searching out my private phone number and calling and texting to scare me into removing my negative review. Absolutly unprofessional to harass someone over a negative review.

This guy repoed my car when he wasn t suppose to and started saying that he didn t care for the damages on my car and that he wanted to fight me and that he knows where I live and started to threaten me. This dude unprofessional as hell and it was pathetic to listen to him over the phone. Sounded like he was drunk or on drugs.

I bought a car for my daughter s 16th birthday from Mr. Recovery. I told him my price range & he told me what he had available & which one he recommended for her. He went out of his way to make sure that the car was safe & everything worked that needed to work. He also wanted to make sure that any little cosmetic issues were fixed. He wanted it to be perfect for her and he delivered!! She LOVES her car & I couldn t be happier! I will definitely call DJ when my youngest needs her first vehicle! Thank you DJ from the bottom of my heart!

Went out and bought an expedition from them and wow. I have never been treated so well. Vehicle is amazing. Priced really well especially in this market. The truck runs amazing. DJ is a very good man and will help you with anything you need. Very reliable and to the point!Got a 2009 Dodge Journey, I tried telling him I'd detail it & he refused to let me, he had it done. He's fixed everything on this vehicle to make sure my children and I have something dependable! Thank you DJ && David :)

Best Buy here pay here experience I have ever had. DJ was so flexible and easy to work with. DJ made sure go above and beyond to work with my busy schedule. It s rare to find trustworthy car dealers but I would recommend Mr.Recovery to anyone looking for a good car and a good value.

These guys are THE BEST!! My car died while driving in horrible traffic with my 2 year old. It was almost 90 degrees outside. I had called a couple of other companies & they said it would be 2 - 3 hours. I couldn't have my baby on the side of the road in that heat for that long! I had decided to try one more company before I called a cab & left my car. He answered & said he was close by & would be there within 20 minutes. He was there in 15 minutes. Before he even looked at my car, he put my baby in his truck with the air on. He said he had 2 little girls & wouldn't want them sitting in the heat! He looked at the car & said that the alternator had gone out. He boosted my car & sure enough, the alternator was locked up. He towed it to a shop that he recommended. I was back on the road within 3 hours of it breaking down. He was the nicest guy & they have a customer for life!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

We use Dj For repossession services and he is the best ever. Not only with us as a business, but the customers that he is actually had to repossess from that he has dealt with face to face have actually stated that he was very very nice and understanding with them Even though he was there for the reason that he was there for If I could I d give more than five stars to this businessman

I am new in town and locked my car keys in the car while I went inside to get gas after a job interview and completely panicked and stopped and prayed. I opened my eyes and there is Mr. Recovery getting gas in the next pump over. He didn t hesitate to help me in my time of need. I asked police and they couldn t help me. My husband just got a brand new job and we are extremely behind and didn t have the money to call formally. I was sent an Angel through y all, and I can t thank y all enough.Service: Car lockouts

You will never find anyone more reliable, trustworthy and as awesome as DJ.. aka Mr. Recovery. He made my emergency situation totally possible and he worked it all quickly! Seriously, if someone told me he's an angel IRL, I'd be believe it! He goes above and beyond.

Mr.Recovery is the man to call! I locked my keys in my vehicle on a Friday night. I thought I would have to wait for hours but he was here 30 min.and had my vehicle open in less the 5 min. He was my Super hero! Thanks again!
