I've had several of my cars serviced here and I continue to return for service. 1 because of the quality of their work. 2. The customer Service is exceptional. 3. Jeff as well as Blake goes the extra mile to insure that you are satisfied with the work that has been performed on your vehicle as well as to inform you of possible problems that were noticed during the repair and will give you options.They will explain the level of urgency to get the issue repaired. Basically, if it needs to be fixed now or if it is something to watch out for that may need to be repaired later on down the line. They are A1 in my book and I can say without a doubt that I trust them with my vehicles.

I would recommend this place 100 times over! From the 1st day of bringing the vehicle in to see what could be the problem Blake knew immediately and told my dad what the problem was with his transmission.. Gave him a quote for the repair and 2 weeks.later I brought dad's SUV back in for repair with in a week we had it back and running like a new vehicle .. I feel very confident to let my dad drive without worry of breaking down anymore... (He is 82 years old) .. We will absolutely be back here if need arises for any of our vehicles... Thanks for giving us locals a honest place of business to come to for repairs!!! Jeff and Blake are the best in Murfreesboro Tennessee....

I am a returning customer that had a major oil leak. I came in on my way home from work. They diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. I left my 2003 Chevy Silverado overnight and they messaged me by 9:30 the following morning that my truck was finished. I and very impressed by the staff at Mr Transmission. Blake specifically assessed my need and took care of it very quickly. For that reason I will continue not only my own business but recommending them to anyone who needs great service.

Mistakingly went to Express Oil on church in Murfreesboro who told me I had major transmission issues. Took my truck to these guys and they had it fixed within like a day, maybe 2, for like $400 (versus potentially thousands for trans work). VERY happy with the work they've done.On top of that, they dumpster dove just to give me an old part they removed from my truck (so I could see it for educational purposes). Who else can say their mechanic would look through a dumpster for them?Keep up the good work, guys!

I had a wonderful experience at this transmission shop! My son's car had transmission issues, and they did a fantastic job fixing it. The service was prompt, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I'm truly impressed with their expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing transmission repair they definitely deserve your trust!

Front brake pads and Rotor replacement Jeff and Blake are awesome guys. Blake knew how distraught I was having to get brakes done. He was patient with me and the service was awesome as always and they will try hard to get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. 0126/2024 I picked up my second vehicle from this awesome shop. I am a very satisfied customer. I usually don t write reviews on people but I had to do this one. They had my car for over 3-4 months and said they fixed it. They had my car for 2 months and told me it was 450 and I paid it for them to say they fixed the problem just for me to get 10 minutes down the road and it was still having the same issue so I took it right back told me they would fix it same day and they order the part just to have me and my 10 month old at the time sitting in the shop in the cold from 1 until they close just to say they couldn t do it that day turn around being other 2 months my car is in the shop for the to give me the run around saying they order the part but come to find out they never did so I just got my car back maybe a week ago just for my car to still be doing the same thing I put my car in the shop for the first time for mind you I was with out a car for about 4 months me and my daughter in the cold catching Ubers and for me to pay them $450 just for them not to fix anything on my car i tried to call them today and I believe they blocked my number so I will be taking other actions because it s not my life in dangers it s also my daughters

I had transmission work completed here a couple months ago. Warrantied and a fair price. It didn t take very long but as a momma I was ready for my minivan back. I actually took apart my transmission before getting a recommendation for who would replace it. It started acting up again recently- which happens folks. I called they looked it over and said if it continues bring it back. It continued. I called them and explained the timeline I had to drop it off and how long it could be gone for. Well it was gone for 24 hours- they requested it for 48. Then try why text me it was ready early. I didn t pay anything for the warrantied work and they didn t act like they were doing me a favor by working on a warrantied part. This is exceptional service. Both times I have had to bring kids with me and it was never a bother that kids were there getting water out of the machine or using a very very clean public restroom. These humans are too notch. Professional and kind.

Jeff and the staff are fantastic. My car was towed to the shop on tuesday needing a transmission rebuild. I was called on Saturday to pick it up. The car drives great. Highly recommend for car repairs. Update: the car was misfiring and brought it to the shop Friday morning. The car was repaired by that afternoon and running great. This is my go to shop for anything car related. Highly reccomendService: Transmission replacement

Jeff and his crew are very professional. I brought my 01 Suburban in to them and had them work on my 4x4 transfer case. He checked it over and recommended that I replace it with a remanufactured case but gave me the option to rebuild mine. He was very professional and forward in our discussions and options. So far so good. At first I took my car down there to them so they can check my transmission and they they put it on the test and they checked it without charging me anything then I found out that I needed some breaks and rotaries so I took it back to them and they did in the actual time they fixed my vehicle then my air conditioning unit went out a couple days later and I went down there and he he checked it and he told me that I'm going to need AC compressor but unfortunately you know that day they couldn't fix it so I called him back and this past Tuesday I set up appointment for the day and I took my car in and dropped it off and they pulled my car in and they and I have air my air is blowing cool and it's really blowing good I thank them for their service they was very nice very polite very professional and I got my car back Tuesday evening today is Wednesday and this is doing good I think Jeff now for the day hard work and take care of me and my car I am very appreciative I thought that everything was going to be way out of my price budget but it it really wasn't and I appreciate it because most other places probably would have charged more than what he did so thank you Mr transmission I appreciate it

Changing my review because service has gone down hill! They hold the vehicles too long and when we get them back they are still not fixed. They don't even test drive them. Spent several thousand on a transmission fix and was tild parts were wrong which was silly. Took it back 2 more times and it still did not run right. Hesitant to take another car there but did. Had my car for 3 weeks and have not touched it. Blamed it on techs being sick, techs quitting. Excuses. Then threatens to tow vehicle because they take in more cars than they have time to work on them. After years of business Im one with this shop. I don't know if it's because his son is running things now or what but his son does like to get an attitude with the customers. I'd read more recent reviews.

The work done here is amazing. This is the second transmission I have had rebuilt from then and still no complaints. They got my vehicle back in a timely manner faster than the original timeline was. Only thing I have to say is once we got home we noticed ashes inside of the vehicle. We do not smoke so it had to be one of the employees. This has nothing to do with the great work just wish they wouldn't have smoked in the car.Service: Transmission repair

My son has a 2007 Jeep that wouldn t go in reverse. They obviously had to put a new transmission in but helped us with other issues with the vehicle. They went above and beyond to help my 16 year old son and it s VERY APPRECIATED. Also, their price was almost $1,000 under 2 other shops. Highly recommend them!!

Jeff and Company deseve a 4.8.. . He came in under the competition on price by a couple hundred bucks and became they are working hard to quickly rebuild transmissions they had mine finished and test driven in 3 days. I was able to get the rental returned. 2 year unlimited miles warranty 2 boot.. ataff was friendly and accommodating..!!

Just had my '12 Tacoma looked at with some questions that arose as I was passing through from WV to FL. Guys were able to get me an appointment on short notice, looked at the truck, even took it for a drive with me. My concerns are resolved and they even found a leak in the exhaust (explains the noise being a little off). No pressure to have this fixed right now as I'm on the road, but this shop has my highest recommendation and utmost respect.Thank you!!!!

The repair was really quick, Jeff was awesome. I had my vehicle towed there on a Friday afternoon. On Monday afternoon I called to confirm a transmission it who was needed. Jeff inquired if I received financing with the information he sent me, I told him I was paying cash. He said he could get started and would have it done by week end. He texted me Tuesday afternoon it was complete. I picked it up be fire closing on Tuesday. I have never had such a quick turn around getting a vehicle repaired, I will never return to the dealership lol. Thank you Mr.Transmission! Oh and they were my lowest quote after getting, 3 from the dealership, and 2 others from different shops. And a warranty is included. I am so happy to be on the road again in my own vehicle.Service: Transmission repair

Very fast response from Mr. Transmission. Very professional, honest and easy people to talk to. They work super duper fast. Had a lot going on with my car from the cat converter to the exhaust to just about all the hoses in my engine too. Yet they got it all done in less than 2 days after making only about a 1/3 deposit to order parts. Later, my car had a mysterious coolant leak, and when I texted them, they responded in seconds and offered me free towing to the shop. The part was ordered and replaced in minutes also for free. Got my windows tinted, great service great people. Highly recommend. Very professional and the workmanship was second to none. They went out of their way to help me. I have found real and honest people (which is very hard to find anymore) to do all my mechanics work. I just can't say enough good about the whole team there.
