I found this company by accident today and I am SO glad I did! Wonderful staff was super attentive and very professional despite me coming close to closing time. Imagine my delight that they are locally owned and operated AND a fraction of the price of their competitors. They even gave me a discount for my first time, on top of already LOW prices. They didn't try to upsell me into new filters, wipers, or the extra most best of everything. I was in and out in 15 minutes and they've gained 2 customers for life!

Very friendly and thorough. They do not pressure you to buy things you don t need. They do always alert me if any safety issues, and put air in my tires when they were dangerously low. Great place, nice people, and fair prices. They even do small services for free if you are a loyal customer. Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Friendliest folks in town. Great family business with honest, good people. We take all our cars here for oil and other service. They have completed some minor repairs for us, always great results and a lot of communication.

Two men working this place tried to make my wife and I feel uncomfortable by talking about their personal politics. We politely asked that they stop, but they continued. The women helping us was very pleasant and was obviously trying to stay neutral to conduct the $500+ transaction. However, the men kept at it trying to get us to either agree or disagree with them and their inflammatory statements. I think they wanted us to feel awkward. We completed our business and left without giving them the satisfaction. Why would you want to alienate your customers? So stupid. We won t be back.

Very friendly on phone and let me know they didn't have the filter for my 2017 Audi A3 qt. Hope they get these parts soon, I've heard good things about this business and will be a customer

The staff is friendly and professional. My only complaint is that they don't honor competitors coupons or deals but you get in and out quickly! I will be returning.

They ve always treated us like family. They re super professional and despite seeing a hundred different faces a day they always remember us and ask about the kids. I will always recommend them. After 2 different mechanics they fixed my truck the first time and with a great price, they had someone help me when my truck was smoking and I was stuck on the road. I first called on a Saturday and spoke to Bryan about a issue I was having with my brakes . He was very knowledgeable and really nice . he was busy that day and still looked at my car for free to see what was wrong, and the parts we needed to buy from the parts store if we wanted to save a few bucks. so we set up to come in on the following Monday morning. On Monday we dropped off my car ,spoke with Steven . he was very nice and knowledgeable as well . Steven called me few times to keep me up to date with what they were doing. Then Steven went out of his way to show us what was Wrong with the bad parts. And even sent me pics of it. I needed extra parts I didn t know about and they called to ask if I wanted them to get the parts or if i wanted to . So I let them get the extra parts and there pricing was very reasonable.i was very satisfied . So for their exceptional service and great attitude, I will highly recommend you to this company.Service: Brakes

Randy is in charge and this is the only place i take my truck. Hes honest reliable and reasonably priced. I trust him and know the work he is doing is right. They do alot more than just oil changes and he always gets u in and out quickly. Ive been going here for years plz give him a try u wont regret it. His whole team is great and will explain things they done or need to do and answer any of your questions. If he cant do the work u need he can always send u to the best place. If there is a problem he will make it right receipt or not. He does whats right.

This place is great especially if you want to get your brakes done. They were prompt and knowledgeable about what they were doing, and they didnt play around by talking over my car. They did what ii needed and I was out. They even drove my car around to make sure the brakes were good. Their prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend Mid-TN in Murfreesboro. This is my new go to shop!!!

They broke the fasteners for my plastic protector for the undercarriage and didn t take responsibility. Now I have to replace the whole cover!

Glad to find a good place that carries and does oil changes with Amsoil. I take both my vehicles that have turbos there for oil change. Friendly, fast service. All the guys are good folks and fun to talk with. Thanks y'all!

I sat at the bay doors waiting for an employee to greet me, employees were busy and did obviously see me waiting but no one came out to speak to me. After waiting for a while no one came out so I left. After leaving I realized they were closing in 20 minutes and didn t come out because they didn t want to stay after 3pm on a Saturday. As a single mother wither her son in the car trying to get my oil changed on my only day off and they just let me sit there. If they would have just came out and told me, sorry we won t have time to get to you today I would completely understand. Instead they just looked at me then ignored me. I m Disappointed!

Not a bad place to get an oil change, though the old men working were very rude and condescending. A young man helped me however and was very polite and helpful; the old men could stand to learn a thing or two from him about customer service.

They provide a great lube and oil change of Valvoline products and even accepted my 10 off valvoline coupon, much cheaper than the actual Valvoline oil change location, quicker too and provide the same all around service. Its the only oil change place we go to, and we recommend as well.

I know it was an accident, but they almost destroyed my car. They replaced my oil filter incorrectly and all of the oil spilled out as I was leaving. They were apologetic and corrected the situation. No harm done, but it could have been so much worse, that's why the 3 stars.
