I had a great experience with Mo at Manus Road Auto Salvage. I had been looking all over for a few parts for my car and by the time I would call they would be gone. I finally located them at Manus and called to verify they still had them. Mo confirmed that they had them and even helped me confirm that I had the right headlights for my car. I had to call him and text him several times to make sure and he took his time and was very patient throughout the whole process (I called and texted him a lot that morning). Once I had confirmed that they had everything I needed and the pricing I asked Mo to please hold the pieces for me because it was going to take me a few hours to get there. When I got there, I spoke to another gentleman who informed me that they no longer had the parts available. But Mo stepped in and said that he had reserved my parts. I felt a huge relief because like I said before these parts are hard to acquire. I am so grateful to Mo for being so kind, patient, knowledgeable and keeping his word. I also confirmed with a few body shops that the price I paid for all of the parts was very reasonable. Thanks again Mo, I appreciate you!

I called before to get price. Sent someone to get the part, they were told a different price by a different salesman. Ended up paying more then was told. Owner responded and offered to pay back difference.Owner is a very nice man, and very diligent at ensuring his customers are happy. Rarely do we see an owner work hard to ensure customer satisfaction like this one.Part quality was excellent.Future customer: know how much part is and who priced it for you.

I went there to buy a transmission, what was $800. And I had it installed find professional and unfortunately the transmission was no good so I brought it back to try to get a replacement, and the guy at the counter told me that the transmission was supposed to be good and that the mechanic is the one who messed it up during the installation and refused to refund me an offer a different transmission instead. I purchased it against my better judgment and they refused to give me a receipt and now this new transmission is is also not good at all. Extremely shady business, who don't take any accountability, I learned to no buy from them ever again, and I suggest you do the same.

Call the day before for a wheel and Mo quote me 100$, drive from fort Payne Alabama to there next day, tak to Mo and he change price to 250$ for wheel, I told him he quoted me 100 per wheel and I was going to get all 4, Mo say no no I swear if god I don't quote u 100$ so he show me the wheel and came down to 125 so I was upset by then but nice I say I only need one so again Mo change the price to 150$ so I pay for it and I got out of there! U make up ur own conclusions but ain't coming back no more! Thanks

Bought a motor and it was flooded with water. Asked for a swap out and he would not honor the 30 day warranty. Claimed I m the one that sabotaged my swap out. He is the shady one. Buy at your own risk.

It should be impossible for a business (and a place) this terrible to exist in modern day America. It is a failing of our society, government, and economic system that it continues to operate. It is an anathematic cesspool that should be avoided at all costs. Every employee I came in contact with was brusk and incompetent. On the phone they said they had many of what I was looking for. They in fact had none. I drove an hour one way to come to the most contemptible, disgusting place I have been in the entire state. Nothing would please me more than seeing this place forcibly closed. It is even less deserving of your time than it is your money.

Honestly great all around, friendly staff and got us what we needed as quickly as they could. Looked everywhere for a 2012 Kia Rio hatchback rear left door, they were able to get me the part, and in the right color, for $350 less than what I was finding online because no other yards had what I needed. Even gave us some great advice when it came to switching the doors. 10/10 if I'm ever needing another big part, I'll be coming back.

Terrible!. Rude, keeps increasing the price, disorganized, lies about part quality, and tells everyone who gives a bad review, that they're "liars". Couldn't make it up!

This place is bad an a joke they quoted me a price on a/c housing on tuesday we was leaving huntsville al Friday morning an just called as leaving they said hadn't got out but out but told me 4 times the amount i was quoted an i sold to my customer an he said ole well an cuss me

If I could give 0 stars I d most definitely would. Drove 45 minutes to buy a hood of a truck. Gave them the year, model, and even vin to have it as close as possible.Went to pick up and hood was completely different. Gave no receipts and wasn t wanting to take anything back for a part they gave wrong. Service was slow and somewhat ignored me.And to top it off they took 25% of the total for restock fee when I had nothing to do with them giving me a bad part. I would not recommend buying from them. Save your time, money, and any headaches by just going some place else.

One star because zero isn't an option. On the phone, they told us they had the part ( a door for an F150) and it would be ready when we arrived. When I got there, it wasn't ready. "Nobody" remembered talking to us. Not to worry, they would get the part quickly.After some puttering around, they asked me if I would like to go look at the part before they pulled it. Yes, that would be good.They put me in the single dirtiest vehicle I have ever ridden in. Filth doesn t even begin to describe it. We drove a mile or so through stacks of crushed and destroyed vehicles, through mud holes and water holes that were FEET deep. I did not see a vehicle that had usable body parts on it during the journey.When we arrived at the designated location, the truck in question was t there. The guy called the office and they gave him more instruction. After rambling around some more, the guy told me he thought the truck had been sold a few months ago.Not only did they not have the part ready, they didn t have the part at all. They didn t even have the truck. I drove two hours to get this part. Factor in the shower I had to take after leaving and the clothes I had to wash after riding in that truck, a three hour ordeal to get nothing. Awful experience.

I wish I could give negative rating. I called the store multiple about a part and the guy on the phone said it is available and I can come anytime to pick it up. I told him I will arrive in 30 mins and I also called again to make sure the part is ready. I arrive, and waited for over an hour. I asked the guy if it will be available, he started to answer me in a mocking way saying that the part is not a McDonald burger . He asked me again if I wanted the part after I told him I was going to leave since it is taking too long, I said okay let s see. He got on the phone with another worker while also on the same time calling other people. The other worker told him I can get it it shouldn t take long. However Mr. McDonald Burger got annoyed because we told him it took way too long (2 hours just to get a spare tire) and he told the worker to leave it saying that We don t sell to these kind of people . Really bad service in person and also on the phone. Also I know it is a car junkyard, but the place smell and looks like a sewer yard. I don t think I am the only one who thinks this place has bad service because the guy was also fighting another customer on the phone and he was yelling at him. McDonald Burger I forgot to mention that I went to another yard where the owner told me that they have the parts ready. I arrived there in 20 mins and the parts were ready. Even when there was a mistake in one part, the owner went to the hard and legit found me the part I am asking for in 5 mins ( spare tire carrier bottom of the car). And they also helped me in installing the part. And there price was better and they place was so much cleaner.

Worst service ever. I've been to probably two hundred different salvage yards in my life and this one has the worst service I've ever experienced. even though I called an hour and a half before I got there and said I need these parts I'm on the way to pick them up they didn't even know where the vehicle was that they said to come down and pick the parts up. Took almost 2 hours to get out of there.

Bad service, waste of time, and annoying . Disappointing, disgusting, and disrespectful. Take 3 hours to give you a part and at the end he tells you that he won t sell it to you because he doesn t like that you told him it is taking forever. If you go to any different place, they give you what you want it in less than an hour if the part is a simple part, like the one I wanted. If you go here, they will take 5 hours to give you the simplest and easiest part on a car, or maybe not find it at all. Don t recommend it to anyone.

They finally found what I needed. Took most of my Saturday, but hubby swares by them. In his book, they are the best for the best price, and in their defiance, they were extremely busy when we got there, so overall, the job will be done now.

I really wanted to like coming here BUT their prices are high. There were some related parts to the primary part I was buying that I also wanted to buy but these guys were wanting more than retail cost of brand new.... I advised them of that hoping he'd negotiate but nope... he wanted what he wanted. That was my last trip there.

drove an hour for a door, called 3 times throughout the week to make sure they still had it ,they would say "yes,we have that exact one" got there & waited an HOUR just to be a different door, although they had assured me 3 times they had that exact door i needed. And they are also pretty rude on the phone.

It is the second time I drive for 40 minutes to get to the jard after previously called and they saying that they have the part but when you get there the make you wait for abut 40 minutes more just to say the the part is not there after they confirmed and the web page said the doWorse junkyard

An ideal salvage yard experience. Helpful staff allowed me to pull my own parts, told me exactly where the vehicle I needed was on the lot, and gave me a much better price than the Internet. I will be coming back for more parts!

They sold us a bad transmission, and won't exchange it for a good one or give us our money back. They are crooks.Thanks for the reply below Zack. Note that the person manning the desk wouldn't allow us to bring in the transmission for him to look at it, nor would he come to the truck to look at it. He made a blanket satement that there was no way that he would refund or exchange.

Called to verify that they had the part before driving over 2 hours there and they said they did. When I got there they said the part was not for sale. They claimed that they told me to bring my old part to match another one. Which was another lie. Very bad business...

Don t go to this place ever! I called these people told them the exact engine I needed they told me a price I go the next day to get the engine and the guy up front told the man he told me the same price he tells me That he can t do that and it s going to be $700 more than what they told me over the phone and I even called them twice to double check! I drove over a hr to get to this place in the middle if no where and they can t even honor the price that was gave to me even while I was standing there in the office! Very unprofessional dishonest and rude! His excuse was cause everyone around him was charging more so he had to charge me more for it!
