Came to get my car fully repainted and it only took 2 days from dropping off for them to be done. It looks GREAT especially compared to my old 20 year old beat up paint. Here s a couple before and after photos. Doesn t even nearly do it justice on the pictures. Thanks Katie for all your help!

Let me first start by saying how awesome Katie is. Great Customer service skills and very professional.I never expect the perfect job. They do a very good job for what I pay for. Time frame is always what they say. If anything corrections needed, I go back to them and they fix it. I will always use Maaco for my vehicles.Again, thank you Katie for always making our visits to Maaco a pleasant one.

Spent well over $14,000 for a custom paint job was supposed to pick the truck up in December went to pick my truck up that I had dropped off and was running when I dropped it off spent six hours there the day I went to pick it up They told me that the batteries were dead They tried to use jump boxes to jump it off When that went to work, I went and spent another $600 on batteries for the truck It would not get fuel. They said they would have somebody look at it. My truck is a diesel truck. And they did not have a diesel mechanic look at it it still would not run. They said they would tow it to a mechanic of my choice had it towed to the mechanic the mechanic told me that the ECM was fried. and that was a truck with few miles on it for the age the only way he could see that the ECM being fried in such a manner would be if they hook the jump boxes up to the wrong post on the battery and overload which then cost me another $4000 out of my pocket finally went and picked it up on Friday after five months of being without my truck looking at the paint job realize there are squirrel marks And dents still in the truck that I had specifically requested to be removed and paid for so if this finds anybody out there, looking for somebody to paint their vehicle unless it is a very simple normal touchup job, I would never recommend make up. I probably wouldn t even recommend them for the touchup job especially if you want your vehicle running when you get it back.

I approached multiple local paint and body businesses to repaint my car. Despite their business names and website marketing, I kept getting turned down. After being told "We don't paint full cars," and "We don't paint cars newer than 1985," I drove across the state to Maaco Murfreesboro and was not disappointed. The work was professional, completed early, and at the quoted price point. Communication was clear and timely. I couldn't be happier! Even if you don't live close by, secure a ride and make the drive to Maaco Murfreesboro. Before and after photos attached.Service: Painting

Went with Maaco since they were the only shop that would strip and repaint my Honda due to a paint defect. The first paint job was not done well, and had to bring the car back twice since it bubbled. My windows and side mirror were also scratched due to them trying to get the paint over spray off my car. The last used brillo pads. The car was dusty and some rubber parts were missing or not put back together well. My rear wiper was put back backwards and have issues with it not working properly. My husband was very upset. The 3rd time I took the car back, they repainted the whole car and hopefully this time the paint will stay on. I still have rubber parts that were not put back on right, screws missing from the doors etc but I will just fix these myself since I am tired of bringing the car back. Will also be replacing the window tint that was scratched up with the brillo pad.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting, and I can't help but share my wonderful experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by the staff. Their genuine enthusiasm to assist me immediately put me at ease. What truly stood out was the patience and attentiveness of the team. They took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, answering all my questions with expertise and a genuine desire to help. It was evident that they were more focused on finding the right solution for me rather than making a quick sale.Throughout the process, I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. The team at Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting understands the importance of making a significant purchase decision at one's own pace, and they respect that. Not only did they assist me in finding the perfect product, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I was well-informed about all the features and benefits. Their knowledge and passion for their products were truly impressive.Additionally, the post-sale support has been nothing short of exceptional. Any follow-up inquiries or assistance I needed were promptly addressed, further demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. In a world where genuine customer service is sometimes hard to come by, Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting has set a new standard. Their dedication to creating a positive customer experience is truly commendable, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking outstanding service.Thank you, Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting, for making my customer service experience memorable and enjoyable. You get what you pay for not really. Their highest package includes tons of overspray, obvious orange peel, and a nice new 5.7 Hemi emblem for your Cummins diesel truck.

Paint quality is excellent but there was excessive overspray on my wheels and lower trim pieces. The dent they removed looks like it was never there, but several scratches in the previous paint were not adequately removed. I m not a paint expert but I figured sanding and priming would cover that. About the overspray, I m not super upset about it because they are factory rims but for someone with custom stuff I could see it being an issue. I asked them about a rust spot on the rear of my car and they said they would take care of it and I m pretty sure all they did was paint straight over it. The picture down the side of the car is where the dent was, very happy with how that turned out. Other pictures are of the overspray and rustService: Painting

EDIT: 1/15/2021, Still no response from the business in question or from Maaco customer service.EDIT: 12/28/2020, Still no response from the business in question or customer service.12/1/2020:I knew Maaco was bad but apparently you can't even trust them with an estimate. I called ahead and dropped off a bumper on Saturday, already removed from the vehicle (super easy) and placed it outside for a simple, unpainted fiberglass patch estimate. Upon receiving a pricey estimate for an unpainted job, I thanked the employee and asked for the bumper to be placed outside where I dropped it off. Instead, it was thrown outside upside-down causing the amount of damage to double. I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor in charge of claims. The woman was of no help except to offer the excuse that "the wind blew it". There is no wind in that secluded corner. The orange box in the photos is the original damage I asked for a quick estimate. The other two photos are of the damage done by throwing it on the sidewalk upside-down.Service: Body & Trim

I brought two cars previously to this same facility in Murphreesboro did a great job on both those vehicles but this one on my truck was the worst paint job I ve ever seen had to bring the truck back five times. The only good thing about this place is a lady named Katie that runs the front desk. She is all about customer service always apologizing for the service Positive attitude always willing to helpService: Painting

Just had this Chevy Express 3500 painted at Maaco. Overview: 1) Prep was great, 2) masking could have been better, 3) paint looks great, 4) service was very personable and easy to work with. This van is a 2011, 168,000 miles, and had the old Chevy white paint cancer (peeling), something GM has been unable to solve in the past three decades, just waiting for a Class-action lawsuit. I was nearly to the point of just using a paint roller on the hood with tough petroleum-based paint, but my girlfriend's car has a Maaco paint job and frankly, it looks great, considering it was the lowest-cost package. So, I decided to get a quote. The online quote seemed fairly accurate, but there was an additional ($199 large vehicle charge), and then I chose the 3rd-level for getting a clear coat. Worth it!Now, reading online, there are horror stories from Maaco's past (across the nation) they're still feeling the pain from. But, many have said Maaco, in general have stepped up their game in recent years.Prep: I understood it took three days worth of sanding to get the remaining white paint off. Just from this amount of work alone, the paint job was probably worth it. I suspect Maaco lost a few bucks on sanding. But they did a fine job. The only spots I found were not sanded fully were the edges of one fender well, but it's totally fine and covered under warranty.Masking: Could have been better, but again, taking into consideration the prep hours, I can see it being a bit tough. However, I would have paid an extra $200 for a more perfect masking job. Tires, bumpers, mirrors, center-caps etc. all has a tiny bit of overspray. Fortunately, they didn't spray the headlights (these are new), but they did touch one of the blinkers. My suggestion for bumpers and wheels: paint-socks. As odd as that sounds, if you have a water-proof "sock" with a draw-string pulled tight and secured around each bumper and wheel (requires a jack), you could just about fully eliminate paint on wheels and bumper. However, this may or may not exist, and someone might have a product to offer soon. Masking is an area Maaco's across the nation are lacking a bit. This is an area Maaco would find it useful to produce or improve in-house products that can quickly be applied, remove, and re-used.Paint: Very well done, considering the cost. Sure, it doesn't look factory new. The use of sprayers vs. a huge factory bathtub of paint is different. Also, a few minor pieces of dust or leftover debris from the under coat, sanding, or paint sprayer are on the surface, but a white van like this isn't going to show them at all. Uniform paint job, clean, and careful.Service: The people I dealt with in the office were easy to talk to, honest, and helpful. They don't focus on the economy of a Maaco paint job and why it's less expensive, but if you get quotes from other body shops, a really great paint job will cost 3 times as much.Go in with the understanding that you're not getting a factory paintjob. This is about economy and value, coupled with decent quality. The value is really there. It's worth it if you don't want to pay enormous body shop "Prices's". I think this van will look sweet and devoid of peeling paint for at least 10 more years! Great job!! You can see the quality is fine for this van, for sure.Hints:1) Remove Door handles, hub-caps/ center-caps. Things difficult to mask, but easier to remove beforehand. It's not critical, but masking could lack on some of these areas. See mirror pic #2.2) Note that you're told not to wash the paint for at least 30-45 days. Use this to your advantage! You may be able to remove overspray on some areas easier when you first discover them rather than wait 45 days after the paint cures. Overspray on my center-caps came off with some Dawn, hot water and scrubbing. Just be sure to remove these parts and clean them elsewhere, careful not to allow any harsh chemicals on the new paint job.3) Time your visit when your tires are nearing replacement.4) Hand-Wax at least twice per year.Service: Painting

Had a very large SUV full body paint job done, and I am absolutely blown away at how wonderful it looks now. Such a great value as well. I've already started convincing family members to consider Maaco for their full auto body paint needs. I couldn't be happier!! Thank you, Maaco!!Service: PaintingService: Painting

I took my car to Maaco to get the roof & hood painted because the Sun had scorched these areas only. They also painted the fenders to blend in the paint. They did an EXCELLENT job painting my car. It looks BEAUTIFUL. My car looks brand new. The wait time was 3-5 days & my car was ready on the morning of the 5th day. The price I paid was phenomenal & they even cleaned the interior of my car, the headlights, & grill. I m so very happy & elated with the professional paint job they did for me.Service: Painting

John and Katie are nothing but and bunch of lying crooks!!!!! All nice till they get your vehicle in their shop. Doubles the estimate, try to charge for things already done, because he thinks it not the right way and lies straight to your face. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE OR THE MIEINKE NEXT DOOR HE RUNS BOTH

Get my bumper fixed from a rear-ending and they fixed it and you would think that they would be able to match the color seeing as they are a big business but apparently not. My bumper is a different shade blue than the matching color. I go to a mechanic body shop in Lewisburg and they were able to match the color of my car. How is it that some backwoods mechanic can match my car but not some big insurance money grabbing place

Initially there was miscommunication over my car repairs and maybe some personality conflicts. I was not pleased with how I was treated, but I am glad to say they have been courteous recently and that's all customer can ask. Repairs have not fully been completed and that is not Maaco's fault. I expect they will be soon.Update. Friday came and went. They promised to call. Did not!Still no car. How can a place that does business like this still be in business!Service: Body & Trim

Oh No I Went to maaco! Bad paint job, trash in paint ok'd by owner, didn't do work as estimated and denied it was part of estimate, parts missing @ time of delivery, took almost 2 months then tried to charge $450 for the battery that they let run down. Should have waited the 2 months for a good paint shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, BatteryServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

My hood was in terrible shape, the clear coat was peeling everywhere, hood was sanded down in random spots, and even had a dent in the edge of the hood. When they got done the hood was perfect, the paint matched the rest of the car and even got the dent out! All for $500, very impressed especially with how prices are now days.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a deep door dent with paint scraped down to the metal. Maaco provided me an estimate without having to set a specific appointment time. When I arrived, Elizabeth was courteous & had my estimate in less than 10 minutes. What I was most pleased with was Maaco said they would complete the repair for less than my deductible. I dropped my truck off the following week, Maaco did excellent work. The turnover time was amazing, 24 hours was all they needed to hammer out dent, use appropriate filler, sand, paint & clear coat. Never would have known there was any damage. Thanks Elizabeth & Maaco!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my 2006 Crown Victoria in to have the roof sanded and repainted. I got what I should ve expected for $450. They either put too much pressure on the sander or let it sit in one place too long and get too hot, which resulted in waves and ripples in my roof that didn t exist before. There are deep orbital sanding marks visible under the paint. The sander scuffed my window trim, moldings, and took the paint completely off the top of the driver s side rear door, which they just left as bare metal. Oversprayed the windshield and rear window trim (I mean, how hard is it to apply a piece of masking tape, right?!). When I got the car back I spent about two hours cleaning up after poor masking and overspray. It s one thing to provide economical paint jobs, it s completely another thing to not care about workmanship at all (which is obvious). The only reason I even gave two stars is because the turnaround time was acceptable. I won t be back.Service: Painting

I have my truck back but the work is not complete. I have pay for $675 worth of door belt trim that has not been installed. Waiting on three more pieces from the manufacturer. I also paid to have the front black part of the grill painted it was not $149.. My truck was full of dust inside especially and some the outside. I waited half a day for it to be detailed. I don't know have to see what's next.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Car looks amazing! Reasonable prices. Denise and Sara in the office were both incredibly helpful and friendly. The paint and body guys were also very friendly and do great work. The estimate process was very informative and non pressuring and they were willing to work with me as I did my own prep work. I dropped the car off on a Monday and it was done the next day! Now my 23 Year old BMW looks fantastic! Would definitely come back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for good quality work at a reasonable price.Service: Painting

Service took too long. Instead of week and a half for the service, it took almost 3 weeks. Had missing clips around the wheel well, little bit of over spray and had my license plate light attachment missing. money I spent on the paint job wasn t worth it. Next time I ll look for another place. I had to ask about the paint care after I paid. They should have told me first.Service: Painting

I did not have a good experience. The customer service was lacking responsiveness, transparency, and unprofessional. Eventually, after several drives back and forth, the painting job that I paid for was completed and average. Based on the above, I would not recommend Maaco.Service: PaintingService: Painting
