Service is always great. They really do a great job, but recently, I have noticed my estimates for repair and actual service bills have been a lot higher than normal. They have raised their hourly rate to $180. Almost $200 per hour!! It also appears parts have been inflated as well. Unfortunately, I won't be able to use them anymore. The whole point for using an independent mechanic is so you don't pay high dealership service fees. I no longer see the difference with Lexpro, so I will have to go elsewhere.

I own a 2017 Lexus RX350. Have always taken it to the dealer for everything, including every oil change. The most recent time I contacted the dealer for service they said they could not get me in FOR 7 WEEKS! How can the service department be so backed up? So, I reached out to LexPro and was able to make a convenient appointment in only 2 days. Prices were MUCH better than the dealer. Service was fast. All employees were kind. They recommended a brake job, but I was hesitant, so I took it home for my husband to inspect. Yep! They were right! Needed rear brakes AND rotors. Called for an appointment and they completed the work quickly, and again at a much better price than quoted by dealer. I will ONLY take my car to LexPro from here on out! I highly recommend!

I'm a first time customer and Lexpro exceeded all of my expectations! They earned my business for life. My car had been making an annoying clicking sound but was overall running fine. I put it off and had planned to take it in next week. I started the car yesterday and the whole thing began shaking and nearly scared me to death. Luckily, the car limped its way to Lexpro where Tina greeted me and was so helpful at beginning the process. I was blown away when they called a few hours later and had diagnosed the problem as a bad ignition coil and water pump issue. They gave me a price over the phone (very fair price) and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. I've never been to a mechanic that was this responsive, this honest, and this fast. I just picked my car up and it's running like a brand new one...at least a brand new one with 214,000 miles on it! Thank you Lexpro. I plan to tell everyone to come see you all for their auto repair needs. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll continue to suceed.Service: Engine repair

They've always treated me professionally the few times I've taken my car. Work was always quicker than estimated. And they offered cheaper, more efficient, alternatives to try before asking me to spend a lot of money.Update: still great quick service. Clear explanation of repairs and cost.

I'm picky about my Lexus and the parts/service it receives. LexPro offers as good as or better than dealer level of parts/services but without stealership pricing. The techs are highly trained. The service is fast. Above all, I believe they are honest. Highly recommended independent Toyota/Lexus shop. Start here for all your Toyota/Lexus maintenance and repair needs!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I love this place. I had written a review over a year ago about their great service. I inherited my Dad's 1992 Lexus LS 400 when he passed. The car is 28 years old but it is very sentimental to me. I want to keep it forever. Robert and his team gave me a list of things that needed to be fixed on this car. They also gave me quotes for the repairs. This week, they replaced the timing belt, water pump, and front crankcase seal. I left the car with them and had it back the next day. Their service, their performance, and their prices are something I can live with. I scheduled a service in November to have the upper control arms replaced. That is next on the list. I am extremely satisfied with LexPro. They do an amazing job for me. I highly recommend their services!!

they are charging me $2,400 just to replace valve cover gasket . it should cost no more than 800. i have been a loyal costumer for a couple years but after that trick, they can find someone else to fool.

So I have taken my Lexus here for a few years and I have to say...it is astounding at their wealth of knowledge and being able to speak directly to a technician that breaks things down for you in easy to understand terms is a breath of fresh air.Love this place for the professionalism and value they provide as an exceptional dealer alternative!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Oil change

I've used this place twice for service, at 1/3 of the cost of the Toyota dealership. Everyone at my employer recommended Lexpro, and I can quickly see why.They also have the best couches I've ever seen in a waiting area.Service: Electrical

I recently took my Tundra to them. They first diagnosed it with a 3K issue. I told them to get it done. They called when it was finished and said that I didn't need the whole part. In the end it was less than $800. They could have easily, placed the original part on it. I would still be happy with them for being so professional and quick. I'm new here and will always use them for my Toyota.

We have taken our Lexus and Toyota cars to Lexpro for 8-10 years now. We have always felt they are honest & do great work. On more than one occasion, (when applicable & when it is a safe option) they have let us know they could install a new part OR repair the existing one -- I don't think most car repair places would tell a customer about a less expensive fix! They have also reached out to us re: repair work they did to let us Toyota would reimburse us those costs since the repair had now been deemed a recall issue. They certainly didn't have to do that! Anytime they let us know about problems they find with our cars, they let us know if there is an urgency for the repair or if it is something that can wait. Likewise, if we choose not to have the work done right away they have always been very understanding and never made us feel we are making a poor choice/pushed us to have the work done anyway.

Great job, got in the day I called. Friendly owner and receptionist. We even got a friendly discount. The only reason I took one star off is because they don't take American Express. With repairing a Lexus, it isn't cheap. Most places that have big ticket charges have American Express. Having to use our bank account put us back quite a bit. If I could, I would only take have a star off because over all, I'm happy.

These guys are awesome and most importantly TRUTHFUL. I took my lexus to the lexus dealership 3 or 4 times before and older lady told me about this spot. Most definitely better than going to the lexus dealership where EVERYTHING has an up charge. I have been coming here for about 4 years NO COMPLAINTS. They are experts!

I've been using Lexpro for years and I don't trust anyone else with my cars. The owner Robert is great!!! Also, prices are competitive and front desk staff very informed. No-one else touches my cars. Not even for an oil change.

Wow. I had an absolute amazing experience here from the beginning to the end. To start, the receptionist was very kind, continually checked in with me, and offered me food and snacks during my wait. They worked me in when I did not have an appointment and I only waited around 15 minutes to get my car checked out. I was looking at a used car to purchase and wanted a pre-purchase diagnostic. They thoroughly looked at the car, checked the KBB price with me, typed up an itemized "problems" sheet with me, priced out the theoretical repairs, and then sent me on my way AND DID IT WITHOUT CHARGING ME. I don't know that I've ever been as impressed with any business, and certainly not with a mechanic, in a long time. I have half a mind to drive all the way out to Murfreesboro from Nashville every time I have car issues from here on just to give more business to Lexpro.

While service was good on my Sienna - they really dropped the ball on my Scion tC. I suggest you stay away. After $1200 for a new compressor - and 3 returns to the shop (note: check that the record every return visit to fix and call - as they claim they don't have a record of my visits) they drop the 12,00 miles warranty on me. At each visit they would indicate that they could not reproduce the failure and let the warranty run out... shame on them. This is my daughters car for college and I can only bring it over when she is in town.I replaced it yesterday for $1289 at Firestone and have the car wreckers yellow markings on the compressor Lexpro put in. They said the issue was the compressor and that it was dead. Given it started to fail after 2 hours on the road - immediately on the the first trip back to UT in Knoxville - I called and was assured they would look at it when she came back. I left the car with them for 3 weeks and they still claimed they could not find the issue...and now smugly hide behind the expired warranty. So no, my Lexus 350, Sienna tC, Avalon, Honda Accord, and Camry will never enter LexPro.... and my wife and college age kids will take their cars to someone they can trust to do what is right.

The service advisor at Lexpro tried to scare me into buying a new transmission and a few other expensive repairs that I later discovered were not needed. They even told my wife the car was unsafe and was going to catch fire and/or explode, and that "raw fuel is spraying all over the firewall" of the vehicle. This was completely false. I took the vehicle to a Toyota dealership for a second opinion and my list of repairs drastically dropped. The car is running fine now, no thanks to Lexpro.Was quoted: $7,000 worth of repairs, including a new transmission, Evap canister, all emission sensors, 2 fuel injectors, and more. The advisor said my transmission was slipping, shuddering, and shifting hard, when in fact its never done that before or after my visit to their shop. They did not provide any error codes related to the transmission, because there weren't any.What fixed it: One MAF sensor, 2 O2 sensors, a fuel cap and an injector o-ring.I would avoid these guys and go to a real Lexus or Toyota shop. You'll probably pay the same and have a better experience.

Have been using Lexpro since 2012 for my Lexus, which now has 289k miles, thanks to the quick diagnosis and OEM parts replaced. Just purchased a newer model and will continue using Lexpro as long as I own a Lexus. These guys are completely honest and extremely affordable. If you own a Lexus/Toyota in the Murfreesboro or Franklin areas, then make sure to use Lexpro. Don't make the mistake of heading to a dealership aka stealership.

I have been bringing my custom 2004 RX 330 here since moving from Tom Wood Lexus servicing in Indianapolis, IN.... Honest and trustworthy guys to this female, older adult! Never have had a problem with my vehicle!

Robert and his team helped me hunt down a problem I was having with the emissions system. Fair and honest people. Some shops in the area won t even look at your vehicle unless you agree to pay an hour of labor ($85-100) that s ridiculous! Not Lexpro.

Needed some basic work done they would not take on the job because I did not buy the parts through them. I would avoid this place like the plague any place that won't let you use your own OEM parts is a SCAM shop and will fleece you for every dime.

I keep thinking of that blatantly stupid commercial they keep running - I would never take our Lexus to them on the basis of the commercial alone - A Lexus owner WANTS to be told of EVERYTHING that might cause that vehicle to stop running - We are a pro-active group, that's why we bought Lexus' in the first place, they don't break as often - The commercial intimates "shooting the messenger syndrome" - Lexus DOES tell me everything that needs work when I take it in for service, and they better continue to do so - It IS WHAT IT IS when I take it to them for service, and I want to know anything they find, "in excruciating detail."That idiot in the commercial who doesn't tell me I have issues or even potential issues, and lets me leave the shop not knowing, is going to hear from me if the princess has a "breakdown."In the commercial the brakes are "getting close" to the rotor - Well change the pads idiot and don't risk the rotor!My wife is treated just as kindly and just as professionally at Lexus and I know everything is done correctly with factory parts.They don't show her the parts though. Hmmm. On the rare occasion she has a problem, they give her a new car to drive so she doesn't have to wait while they are fixing hers.That commercial just makes sure I run from "LexPro."

I own an LS460 that had the brake actuator go bad. I supplied the part and they got me in right away. The staff was friendly and answered some further questions I had. I will be back for future maintenance.
