I always bring my Kia soul in for servicing and Dale is always friendly and courteous. They keep you informed of any recalls to your vehicle as well as any needed work done on your vehicle. Excellent service. I'm back again for service on my Kia, and as always the customer service department is professional and courteous.

These guys are amazing. Every time I bring my car in for a service they go above and beyond to help me. Today, they got my car fixed up in record time, allowing me to make it home in time for my kids to get home from school. Found out my car had a callback that I was not getting notices for at my current address. I have an issue that could cause a fire on the road. Trace laughed in my face while telling me they would not cover this as I hadn t gotten the software update I had not been receiving notices about. Great service laughing in customers faces as you tell them that your vehicle could kill them and their family and you are unwilling to assist or even push the issue up the ladder. I willNever purchase a Kia again and urge you to do the same. Just look up the amount of lawsuits against this company and the horror stories of their customer service and avoiding Kia will become completely clear.

Went there for an oil change and tire rotation is included, also a car wash. Every person there makes you feel very comfortable and that your business is important to them. They are thorough and very efficient. The wait is not long at all. Highly recommend this service center.

So happy with our experience!Despite the next appointment being 3-4 days out, Billy was able to get the mechanics to look at our car the same day. Saved us literally hundreds on a rental car, and he even stayed a few minutes past closing to make sure we were able to pick up the keys.He was also awesome about keeping in touch and letting us know updates as they figured out what the problem was. Amazing customer service!

So I have a 2016 Kia Sorento I loved. Had issues with it had it towed to Crutchers in Franklin. They did a diagnostic on it and (didn't charge a dime) but told me it needed a new engine. They said have it towed to the dealership in Murfreesboro they are very good at understanding the kia engine issue and will replace your engine per warranty at no cost. So I did and was out my second tow bill. Steve the service manager called me and said it's only valve number 4 it will be 5000 to fix . I can't afford that I told him and told him what the other place said because I was going thru 3 to 4 quarts of oil a week. He then told me that was normal that his Kia also does the same. So I told him I will get it towed and never do business with Kia again. He didn't care and was. Very rude to me. I then went yesterday to pick it up Steve said I owed 164 in diagnostic testic. I paid it. He again was more rude yesterday than over the phone. There was a very sweet girl working that helped us get the car and we left with it. But also let me mention how disgusted I was that they have a movie theater but wasn't willing to help me with my kia. I just paid it off a 32500 vehicle never missed a payment never was late. But they brushed off a good customer and now I'm stuck with a car that needs an engine. So thank you Kia I will never own another one I am very hurt really bc I was always bragging about my kia. Please look into Steve bc he was rude to everyone not just me and I've got 4 witnesses one of whom works for you.

Dale is absolutely the BEST Service Advisor there is! He is always helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and very very thorough in explaining anything you ask. My last appointment he had me in and out within 30 minutes even though I came really early for my appointment. I love that he always greets you when you walk in, makes you laugh and then says Have a great day. Every single time! He definitely makes the service experience alot better, you don't get that everywhere.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Oil change

This was my first time going to the dealership as I am new to the area and just moved to Tennessee about three months ago. The staff was so friendly and nice and they took very good care of me and my car. I did choose to wait while the service was done and it did take a little bit longer as there are some extra things that needed to be done. But I still chose to wait.. they still offered me a ride if I wanted to go home but I figured I would just stay. I didn t mind since the waiting room was nice and comfortable . I rarely leave reviews unless service and service advisors exceed my expectations. KIA of Murfreesboro was absolutely wonderful. They handled my auto maintenance in a professional, competent and respectful manner. Explained everything, provided updates, and shuttle service. Their waiting lounge is state of the art. It was my first time using their service, and I will definitely be back for future service needs. Billy treated me with excellent customer service. I had to have my engine replaced and from day one was very kind and made sure to keep me updated. I ve been using this Kia service center for years and I ve never had a bad experience. I like knowing when I use them I will NOT be taken advantage of like so many other places do!! Excellent service department! Service writer was at my door before I turned off the ignition! Waiting area has 75 TV and a movie room with reclining seats. Good selection of free snacks and drinks. Quick service, no selling of items you don t need. Can t think of anything to improve this location. Scheduled appointment for oil change, tire rotation and brake service. I was greeted promptly and Justin answered all of my questions. I was contacted in a timely manner with a quote and an estimated time of completion. Upon arrival my vehicle was ready as stated and had been cleaned (nice touch)! I would definitely take my vehicle back to Kia of Murfreesboro.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I appreciate the prompt service of this service department. Appointments are easily made. They are honest and stick to their plans for repair. Have been a couple of times now. Always professional and friendly. Pricing is better than most places because of adding in rotation and car wash, plus the waiting area is well equipped (coffee, snacks, charging points for electronics etc) and always clean. You don't even really mind waiting because it's comfortable.They won me over the first visit by not trying to add on unnecessary things just because I'm a woman. On this visit to check out the wiring on the door panel (which happened to be a factory issue), they did everything in their power to make sure it was resolved right then even though they were filled up with servicing other cars. We live out of town and they knew it would be an inconvenience to have to schedule an appointment to come back. Every time I visit the dealership the team is super helpful, knowledgeable, and great to talk to. I am so glad that I bought my car from Kia of Murfreesboro. The staff was super friendly, I showed up a little early for my appointment but I didn t have to wait. The service area was really clean and they even had a separate media like room for us to wait in. The staff kept me updated on the progress of the service while we waited watching a movie and munching on free snacks!!!! KIA my experience was awesome! Great service and great staff! One of the best service experiences by far. If you want to wait for your car, the customer lounge is perfect with space to work or relax. The folks at Kia of Murfreesboro were awesome. They were friendly and helpful and answered all our questions with great detail. We were using Franklin Kia before but the service had gotten really bad and the employees were so unhelpful. My husband and I drove 40 miles to get to Murfreesboro. They even washed my car after the service. We really appreciate their help and the great service we received. We also had a great conversation with a wonderful salesman. Donald was so knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Thanks so much Kia of Murfreesboro!!

I would give kia 5 stars but based on my experience with Dale from the service department, I will not. His attitude toward myself and other customers on different occasions prohibit me from doing so. I do want to say they fixed my car, under warranty, finally but only after my husband had to intervene and ask for the manager. We bought my car a little over a year ago and after experiencing oil issues and coming to the dealership 3 different times about the same issue they had to replace my engine completely. Overall, I am satisfied with their work but NOT with the face that handled my business. Had I not already bought my car, I would not have done business here, solely based on the customer service interactions with him. I do not leave bad reviews based on one experience or bad day but I feel like after several occasions and the same disrespectful demeaning attitude he approached me with has convinced me otherwise.Service: Engine repair

I originally needed an alignment and was scheduled quickly. However plans changed and I just needed an oil change. I got there and the first thing they did was notice my tire pressure light was on and asked me if I wanted them to check it out. GOOD THING TOO! The tire was basiclly ripped! They rotated my tires, put my spare on, gave the van a bath, and changed my oil all in about an hour. They were just amazing. I felt like I was treated like i mattered. My time mattered and my wallet mattered. I've been going here for a while and we've bought 2 vehicles from here already. Wont go anywhere else!Service: Oil change

great service, manageable prices, and done in only a couple hours. i brought my new 2010 kia forte ex in because i wanted to get everything inspected, and they did so much more than that. they walked me through everything they were doing and calling me to regularly keep me up to speed with everything going on. not once did i feel out of the loop. amazing mechanics, come check them out!

I scheduled an oil change on a Saturday afternoon. When I dropped my car off, I inquired about what time the service department closed. They informed me they closed at 4 but I could pick my car up as late as 6 with the sales department. We were headed to Nashville for a ball game so I knew I might not make it by 4 but 6 would not be a problem. When I arrived just before 5, the sales department did not have my keys. Because they had not called to inform me when my service was complete, I suspected they may have forgotten to leave the keys so I had my spare set in hand. The service had already been paid for as well. I offered to get my keys on Monday, I simply needed my car. The salesman checked with his manager and informed me I could not get my car until Monday! My car was sitting in the back parking lot! Obviously I was frustrated and with a little persuasion, they were able to get my keys and my vehicle. I m not sure why there was so much confusion, but not having a car for 48 hours (for what should have been an hour appointment) was not an option.Thanks to the kind salesman who listened to my frustration and kept talking to his sales manager. He was able to get him to change his mind and get my car!I have had excellent service in the past and am hopeful this was an unusual occurrence.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Justin and the rest of the team from the service department needs to be greatly honored and appreciated for what they have done for me and my vehicle I m repairing my engine!! I owe them all a very big big big big thank you and more. It was a rough ride in the beginning, but it ended up being a blessing at the end, and I had nothing but hope and faith through it all. They have been so good and helpful working with me through the whole ordeal I getting my vehicle fixed. And I appreciate them all!
