It s the simple things! On November 3 someone hit the back of my car & it took 4 months to get the person s insurance service to settle the claim. I found JW s Collision Center here in Murfreesboro to not only do the repair, but they dealt with the insurance company. I can t stress enough how impressed I am with the customer service that was offered by Blake at JW s who proactively updated me with a phone call at every important step. And they got it ready more than a work earlier than expected Turned in my rental & picked up my car today it s so pretty now!

Highly recommend JW's. Blake was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative. He kept me informed throughout the process. Even though my car is older, they helped me out and did a great job on the collision repair. John, Paul and the entire team at JW s did an incredible job with fixing up our truck that was hit by an Amazon delivery driver. They were easy to communicate with , gave great updates so we were always aware of timelines.

Blake was very knowledgeable and professional. The repairs were flawless! Not only were the repairs flawless but they detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up! It looked fabulous! I live 40+ miles away from JW's Collision but chose to have them repair my car following an accident based on how the owner treated my daughter during her car repair! Although she is a young college student,1. he treated her with the utmost respect2. Spoke to her in a respectful manner describing the most cost effective way to repair her car3. Repaired her car in a timely manner4. JW's is professional, knowledgeable and honest, lastly they treat customers with respectBlake assisted me and1. Did a comprehensive quote to repair my car2. He was knowledgeable re the Insurance process and directed me in a manner that protected my interests3. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and offer world class customer service4. He under promised and over delivered ... the car was repaired 2 weeks b4 I expected it. The repair was done right!!!5. I just picked up my car from JW s, and they were amazing. They were very helpful through the whole process and called with updates often (Shout out to Blake for being the best). Not to mention, my car looks nearly new after they were finished. I would highly recommend them for any body work you need done.

After a car accident, I was in need of repairs. I own a 2019 thank you, JWMitsubishi SUV. I called 4 body shops who wouldn t repair a Mitsubishi. JW would. I went over and met Blake at the front desk. He was very polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. I did have to wait 4 months before they could fit me in, but it is what it is. They did the repairs and I m very very happy with it. A bump or 2 in the process with my insurance company, but it worked out in the end. I was kept aware of any and all developments.

They did a great job on my son's Honda, and Blake was great through the whole process. He stayed in constant contact and we never had to wonder what was going on. We would definitely recommend JW's!

After calling about 7 other shops this shop really helped me out and put an end to a 3 month nightmare with geico. Will definitely be a returning customer if needed. Really great people.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I was set up with my appointment with John, the owner. John took his time in explaining everything. His customer service was taken to a higher level once Lydia took over. She is so meticulous. She delivered on EVERYTHING she committed too. She handled all aspects dealing with the insurance company even when they wanted to take the lesser road!!! She even handled what I needed with Enterprise Car Rental---not expecting that. Oh yea...my car looks Great!

After being turned away from four different collision repair shops due to needing a small amount of custom work done after being rear ended Blake didn t even hesitate to say JW s can do it.The professionalism, communication, work, and meeting the promised date of completion were all top notch. I d like to start off this review saying this is by far the fairest auto body shop in Murfreesboro. It s close to campus and the people are lovely. Lydia was very sweet and helping and made fair estimates. This coupled with the amazing paint work they had done to the car truly impressed me. Hands down a great experience. They even fixed an electrical issue my car had for no extra charge. Truly wonderful people. If you need auto body work done these are the people to go to!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I love this shop I wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else. I wrecked my car 2 years in a row and they fixed it both times and made it look brand new. Very friendly and 100% reliable.

Can honestly say that I will be returning anytime I ever need any cosmetic service done to my car! They completed the service on my car in 1 day and they were super cost efficient! They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the service that they provided. They even cleaned the glass from the inside of the car, which they weren't obligated to do! He's so great that a service tech at a different collision center recommended him to me! 10/10 Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get quality work done at a reasonable price!

I had a dent on the back driver's door of my leased vehicle. It was about that time to turn it in and I needed to get it to about 80% for turn in. I called a few places and had them provide an estimate. Let's just say it was $$$$$$ for them to replace both the front and back door. I called JW's and asked about paint-less dent repair. They were the only people who actually listened to what I was looking for. Blake looked over the dent, spoke to me honestly about what could be done and helped me out. I came and picked the vehicle up and I couldn't even see or feel where the dent was before!! I will also add, it was way less than the others I looked at with a less invasive approach. I really appreciated that he listened, provided me the option, then didn't try to tell me it couldn't be done just to get me to do the more expensive repair. I will be referring anyone who asks to JW's Collision Center! Thanks again for taking care of me! 5 stars!! 10 out of 10!!!Service: Body & Trim

Did some damage to my dually diesel, top of both bed rails near the rear and tailgate which was beyond repair. Did my homework on reviews as always and stopped in to check out their work first hand. Was very happy with both! I had a short window of about ten days to give up the truck and they told me it would be done on time. They told me exactly what they had to do, pull fenders, decals and such, weld on some brackets to pull out the damage and so forth. They not only had it done early, she is very well done! Nice to deal with a shop that says what they will do, and does what they say!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my truck in to JW's Collision Center for front end collision repair. When I got it back it looked GREAT, like brand new. They did the work with the insurance company to get me everything I was entitled to. I checked with several repair shops. JW's attention to details was great. Very pleased with the repair on front spoiler Once they removed it for repairs they noticed the light was cracked, had parts there in 2 days. They gave a completion date and stuck by it. Oh, they washed my car when they finished. Thanks Lydia for your communication and help.

Drove to multiple collision repairs business throughout the city! The manager Blake at JW's was the only one who informed me about utilizing my insurance provider to cover 100% of the accidental collision repairs. Although I went through a different company, expect to wait 1-2 months before your vehicle is serviced.
