10 / 10 - I am not exaggerating when I say that this is the best auto mechanic I have ever used. Jason and his team are top notch people. Jason, April and the rest of the gang have done nothing but help me everytime I come in. Very personable place like family even. They now have put new wheels and tires and even more on both my truck and my wife's new Durango. I couldn't take my business elsewhere. And they will go above and beyond to make sure everyone and everything is as it should be. Thanks again guys see you soon on something else I'm sure.

I would buy my tires at Mcmann, before even considering Wal-Mart! Had my car alignment other day. And truck lifted awhile back.. no issues.. i Wont go anywhere else!!Support your local businesses people! Ty

I've worked with McMannz for years, our relationship began when they lifted my Ram 2500 including wheels and tires. Now, I trust everything to them. This includes my work truck and Lambo. Great prices, knowledgeable techs and most importantly, outstanding customer service!

I picked McMannz to install a 6" lift kit with wheels and tires on my F150 based on previous reviews and conversations with Jason. Jason was great on the phone and followed up promptly as expected. So far, I could not be happier with the whole experience. Call Jason today!

Jason has worked on many of my vehicles since he has been open. The majority of them have tires that I have purchased from him. I have gotten to the point now that I do not even ask cost or time till repaired since the cost is always fair and the time for repairs is minimal.I am writing this review because last week I went in to have the tires balanced on my truck and T.J. pointed out that my Pitman Arm was worn out. I asked if they could fix it, which they could and did.How the other shops that have done my work in the past missed the play in the Pitman Arm boggles my mind. It has been wandering all over the road for years and I just accepted that it was an old truck, and that was just the way it was going to be. It had really gotten to the point that it was no fun to drive since it was so loose it was just hard to stay in my lane on the interstate.After the repair (once again what I felt to be a fair price) I really could not believe it. Driving home was actually FUN. It stayed straight as an arrow with no play at all! I can not remember when it actually drove so nice.Thank You T.J. for finding and repairing the problem after all these years.Larry Vincent

Had a 6.5 suspension lift put on my ram 2500. They also balanced and installed my wheels. The price they gave me was very affordable without sacrificing any quality. Even me purchasing used tires from a private party that where unevenly worn they went out of the way to do everything to make the ride smoother. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a shop to work on bigger wheels or suspension. Definitely will be back for my regular alignment and to purchase some new tires.

Great people! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I took my new Jeep to them for a quick inspection, they took the time to walk me through everything with me explaining everything and answered all my questions. We came up with a plan for new tires when I need them. I'll be back for lights, tires and more.

My husband and I went to get his wheels put on that he purchased on eBay here. They quoted us $1400 with tires. It took an hour to do this and the guy that did it was great! Even wanted a picture to post on their site...my husband also asked them to put his new grill in that he purchased elsewhere. They told him it would take 2-3 hours because they had to unscrew(the bolts) the factory one off. My husband told him it was already cut for his vehicle. They obviously didn t even look at it to see that the exact same grill was on the vehicle just black and WAS NOT factory. They charged us an extra $120 for the wheels and tires as well. The guy told us to come back Saturday and he would do it for free since they overcharged us(not really free, but definitely worth the money so as my husband didn t have to do it). He went back with our 5mth son in tow, the OWNER proceeded to argue about the grill and hour it was a 2-3 hour process(we ve already talked to the other guy about it, etc) but he was not listening. At all. So my husband said fine, just I ve me the money you overcharged me, he said no and that his REVIEWS were great! Well NOT ANYMORE! You took our money and didn t do the job your employee offered us Mr. Owner! And then proceeded to argue for 30 minutes about it! My husband even apologized to the other customers for the outbreak and they said it wasn t on him, it was the OWNERS fault. Way to keep some customers Mr. Owner! We drove from Mt. Juliet to your shop, thought we found a great place...NOPE! The owner is rude and unprofessional!!!

Very inviting place, very clean.. Mistaking order the wrong size tires, nothing was offered to help fix the problem. Which was disappointing. Would have hoped to hear, maybe we can order the right size and reschedule, here's a few options. But no basically it was like o qell we will get your car for you.

Absolutely stellar service and workmanship! These guys make it happen and stand behind there products.. Took my car there because the tire kept going flat. Per the shop i bought my rims from. I got on the highway and they were worse then before i came in. They do big truck wheels so its best to stick to what they know...

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! We lost our front passenger tire on the RV from Nashville to Murfreesboro, TN. They took care of us right away and helped in any way they could. We will take our business here instead of American Tire of Murfreesboro as they told us that there was not anything wrong with our tires when we got it checked out before this weekend! Check in McMannz. They'll give you the service that you deserve!
