I had the privilege of meeting the owners when my wife and I first moved here while we were having our car serviced there. I was very impressed with their knowledge and expertise. We have been regular customers for 3 years now and are blessed to have met them. Even my 3 year old son gets so excited when we go for car maintenance because they take the time to connect with you. Professional, reliable and trustworthy! Highly recommend!

I came in and needed a repair done in a relatively short amount of time, and they delivered! The repair was done within just a few hours and I was back on the road. Abraham was who I spoke with, and he was very polite and professional. If I need repairs in the future I am definitely using imperial motors again!

Bought a very nice Dodge Ram from this business! Literally the easiest and best experience I ve ever had purchasing a vehicle.I would recommend anyone to either purchase a vehicle here or to get yours fixed!

They always get my vehicles in. Whether it's my old skoolz or my work vehicles Ishmael & Abraham takes good care of me. Their prices are reasonable and affordable I never had my vehicles in the shop longer than 48 hrs! With guaranteed on labor. I live in Antioch TN. and drive 19 miles to Murfreesboro like they were down the st. I call them tell what I think is wrong and they always upfront about the situation.

These guys are amazing! Never let me down and do excellent work! Always very friendly and do very efficient prompt work! They literally reworked my entire front end on my truck in about one day and not only that, they did it for a 1/4 of the price these other shops/con-artist wanted to charge me. MERCEDES OWNERS LISTEN UP ------ The gentlemen at this establishment were able to put on my brake pads all the way around along with my brake caliper covers an 2 spoilers. 1 for the trunk and 1 on the rear window. They were able to do it very reasonably priced (( WAY CHEAPER THAN STEALERSHIP )) and they are very upfront with they can an cannot do. They treat you like family and explain what is the issue what they can do or did to fix it. I highly recommend them!!!! They did a fantastic job on my 07 S550 4Matic which I love so much.

These are paid reviews this shop is horrible they charge $500 for a problem they broke on my car, then they purchase the wrong part and didn t wanna continue to fix it..don t trust these people on your car. And the other people who left reviews they work at the shop with them

Still using these guys 2 years later. Nicest guys at this small local shop. Oil changes, alignments, tires and more. Change the oil in our Fiat when some shops seem to not be able to.

Imperial motors made it really easy to put me in the car of my choice , truly honest individuals who will help you get back on the road and also do car repairs for a fraction of the price with the same quality work . Among that they are responsive and answered and questions I needed to be secure .

My daughter has always recommended this place and the guys who run the business Got the serpentine belt for my Nissan Versa installed today and they were excellent Prompt Service, very knowledgeable and amazing price!!! For sure my to go mechanic moving forward

Very misleading dealership, I bought a 2016 Q50. When I asked about the car s condition they told me it was rebuilt the only problem was the bumper. Guess what? You guessed it the bumper wasn t the only problem. Long story short I paid 8,000 cash and all together it was a $16K car. I m currently spending 8K on repairs. Yup that s right and when I asked the men at Imperial Motors for their mechanical assistance they tried to give me junk yard parts and told me I shouldn t go to a dealership. Do your homework on every car from this lot. Don t be like me Eliel Kinzounza. The one who got played.

Only place I can find used tires for my car. It s an odd size (low pro 19 s) and they always have them when I need them. The people are friendly and the prices are fair. 10/10 highly recommended

I got in touch with Ibrahim at Imperial Motors to test drive a vehicle. I test drove the vehicle and I liked all aspects of what I physically saw with the car. I was able to take the vehicle and have it inspected by Nissan of Murfreesboro. Everything that Ibrahim said about the vehicle lined up with the results of the inspection.I purchased the Nissan and the things that I asked to be adjusted on the car were done. I am a satisfied customer. Nice and honest people!

Great quick and fast oil change and used tire place. In and out service. I have used them for repair work and have gotten excellent service for a great price. Jimmy and his entire family will treat you honestly and fairly for any car need.

I have been here twice for an oil change after a recommendation from my sister and ended up getting a great deal on two rear tires for my truck with the second oil change and wiper blades. The guys were honest, very helpful and friendly. It is one of the best experiences I have had with any shop I've taken my truck to, honestly I feel like its very rare to get such genuine service and I am very happy to have found this place

I so love them, every time I go to them they always give me good service! I been dealing with them for some time now, and they have did nothing but a great job on both of my cars...I would recommend anybody to them and recommend everybody for them cause they so good! Wonderful, personal, honest service from a family owned business. I came in with a flat tire, worried I would need a new one. Abraham jumped right on it, and diagnosed the issue: just a bad valve stem. It'll be ten bucks, he said. I was amazed, and relieved. In fact, I was so impressed with Abraham that I went ahead and bought two used tires in good condition, at a reasonable price. I was back on the road in an hour. Don't judge them by the outside appearance of the place. Come in and meet them for yourself. They are a full service shop, and right down the road from my house. I just found my car guys.

These guys take care of me every time I show up. No appointment needed, very friendly, & quick service for what ever the problem may be. The first service provider was trying to charge $860 for an alternator fix, whereas Imperial motors charged half the price & did it within an hour. Great Service.

I highly recommend this business! The people are honest, knowledgeable, reliable, and timely. They are unlike most businesses, because they won t try to persuade you to pay for work, that isn t in your best interest. Ibrahim has been a HUGE help as I constantly need car work done. I wouldn t go anywhere else - check them out!

These guys were absolutely amazing, I got there like 15 minutes before closing and needed a tire in the worst way. They went above and beyond to get me a tire and fixed my bent rim and no extra charge!!! Was referred to IMS by E&A Towing and by my son who has used their services previously. They replaced an alternator on a car in just 1 1/2 hours and charged a reasonable amount. I have added their number to my contact list as I definitely will be using them again. They are an honest and kind group of people.

The sign says imperial motor services but I think it's the same people. I went in today wanting a quick oil change before work. I had just come from Two other places (national chains) who couldn't change my oil but this local business did! Go local businesses!
