I have had problem after problem with my CRV lately. With that being said, I have spent a lot of time at Honda the past few weeks. I will say that I think Honda is way over priced for services which is why I typically choose a smaller mechanic; however, I cannot complain about the service I received here from the employees. Chris Rutledge was my service contact and he was fantastic. He communicated really well with me and was quick to get me answers to any questions I had. Chris made my experience SO MUCH better than I have ever had at Honda (give this man a RAISE!!!). James the shuttle driver was also super pleasant as well! Would be 5 stars if pricing was more reasonable.

I really, truly hesitate to write reviews like this, especially when there is at least one aspect that was positive during my experience. The customer service reps are very friendly. I cannot take that away. Very professional. But, this whole thing was extremely frustrating.Took my car in for an oil leak and a power steering leak at the end of October. Paid over $3,500 for repairs. During this, someone somewhere dropped the ball and didn't get a part ordered when they *swore it would be in on time* to get it everything fixed on Saturday. I wound up having to leave the car there an additional three days until Tuesday, effectively ruining a planned vacation we'd had prepared for months. The customer service rep was apologetic, but the discounts they gave me were pretty insulting considering the massive amount of inconvenience they caused my wife and me. But, this was only half of the story.Flash forward a couple days after I finally get my car back and, lo and behold, there is still an oil leak. I take it back to H.o.M., losing me another of my rare off days from work. They look at it and tell me they somehow missed THREE smaller leaks on my previous visit. How? How is this even possible when they purport to have a fantastic multi-point inspection??? So, they charge me an ADDITIONAL $1,500+ to fix these leaks, and there is still a hose that needs to be fixed because they didn't have the part available, and I can't spend every waking free day of my life going back and forth to this place. It is beyond comprehension why I had to pay for additional work that they completely missed on my initial visit, compounded with the absurd amount of inconvenience this entire saga has caused me overall.This whole two-month ordeal has put me $5,000+ in the hole and no one on either visit could give me an answer as to how none of these smaller leaks were discovered when they first had the vehicle for essentially *four and a half days.* Sorry, but I don't plan on going back, despite owning two Honda vehicles.

Took my 2023 in for repair of a minor scratch and now my entire paint job is ruin. My whole car looks holographic.Upon return of my vehicle there was white paint residue all over my car and it returned to.me dirty. The bodyshop manager Will is now telling me there is nothing else they can do even though my paint was fine before they touched it. This has been the most unprofessional experience I have had especially on a brand new car. Will never recommend the dealership nor bodyshop. Do not buy from here.

Having trained professionals is a sure way to go in terms of getting diagnostics and future replacements. However it seems criminal to overcharge by 100s for a job that wasn t hard to accomplish. Understanding that they have higher salary employees the price I have paid is flat out ridiculous for my repair. Will no longer be taking my vehicles for service as well as purchasing a car from this overcharging lot.

This place has such great service. Had to pop in a week ago while we were visiting from Florida. Service light came on for an oil change at 5% and we weren't taking any changes driving back home a day later so we arrived Saturday afternoon with no appointment and were greeted by friendly staff. Advised us that our service would be an hour and a half but I assumed it would be way more based on our usual dealer experience. Ended up being just about an hour. I was worried having both kids with us but between the wifi, TV and snacks they were very cozy. The place was super clean as well and Chris was great in assisting us from start to finish.

Be aware of prices they quote and double check outside.I did order a body part, found the same part on their website for 50% less price. Even before picking up, I asked them to price match or cancel the order. They didn t agree for both and said online prices can t match and special orders can t be returned.David Jennings (Body Shop Director) was kind to install it for free, he was also not in agreement with the billing department behavior.Seriously, I didn t ask them to price match from other website/dealer, it s their website.What kind of business you are in, If you are not agreeing what you place in your website.This will be my first and last experience with them.

They have the best service experience. Everyone is always pleasant, and straight-forward with pricing. You really feel taken care of. Free coffee, snacks, car-wash and front vacuum.

Chris the service advisor was hands down one of the best advisors I've ever worked with. I recently purchased a Chevy and realized quickly that Hondas service department has extremely courteous staff that almost immediately come to your car and greet you in a very genuinely kind manner. My last visit was super memorable. From the techs in the back to the front staff, I truly appreciated the excellent customer service.

Would rate 10 stars if i could. I brought my car in this morning because of vibration. My service writer was Dustin. He was up front with me and pretty speedy. He told me that my rim was bent which is why there was vibration. He also said that I needed a front-end alignment, but it cant be done because of the rim. Because of my time constraint, I couldnt get the replacement. He didnt charge me for the inspection and diagnosis.Would 100% recommend.

Recall: the dealer took my VIN number and verified the fuel pump recall, and scheduled an 8am appointment. The greeted me kindly at 7:47 and I went to the waiting room. At 9:43 the tech come in and said they did not have the part. I asked why they took nearly two hours to discover they did not have the part. "There were lots of cars before you." "So why did I have an 8 am appointment if you could not do it at 8am?" Response: "someone should have ordered the part.". The very nice neat exterior to this building seems to hide some real disorganization.

I have had several poor experiences with this service center and have heard bad things from dozens of people I talk to about it.The first instance was my 2009 accord broke down randomly, I took it in for them to examine. It took them much longer than they quoted to look at it, then they told me it was a near 2,000 fix. My father stepped in and told them it can t possibly be that and to look again. They actually hadn t even examined the problem with their eyes and after they did my father was right and it wasn t the issue. They then repaired what they said was the real issue (for more than estimated) and I picked it up for it to break down 10 mins later. The technician did a 1/2 job, and didn t bother to clean or check the tubing leading into the new component. I have a strong suspicion the blocked tubing was the issue the whole time but they happily took my $900 regardless.Now recently my car began making a small creaking noise. I took it in and they came back saying I needed 5,000 worth of repairs for some very serious issues. I took the car back and got a second opinion because they didn t include proper photos of what was claimed. I got to look. $3,500 worth of those repairs were completely unnecessary. My axels were not badly cracked the paint was chipping and a damper was broken. My brakes didn t need to be flushed and my drive belt was not cracked. All lies to get money. I came back for them to do the proper NEEDED repairs since they already had some of my money tied up. I called 2 days ahead to ensure they had the parts so I could have my car back the same day I dropped it off. Brought it in at 10am being told it d be done that day. 6 hours later I get a call from them saying you sure you don t want that large repair we suggested to which I said they were wrong and the axel was not cracked. After that I heard nothing so I just showed up at the dealership. I waited an extra 35 mins after close for them to finish. If I hadn t been there at close I m sure they would have just kept it overnight without communicating that to me.Then yippee, at the end they changed over the quoted prices. They kept an extra $20 over what was said. I called and was just talked in circles. I don t care if it s only $20 it s the principle. I get the vibe I m treated differently because I m a girl. I know a fair amount about cars and my dad is an engineer that works in the automotive industry so we know what we re talking about. This dealership is ridiculous. I d suggest taking everything they say with a grain of salt, getting a second opinion or simply not going here.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Oil change

I had my engine splash guard fall of on the road the other day (completely random) and instead of bothering with it myself, I just brought it to Honda of Murfreesboro hoping it would be an easy fix. Thankfully, they couldn't have been better! Was in and out within 15 mins and they took care of it, no problem!Very impressed and will definitely return whenever I need them again!

I had a previous review ripping this service department, but recently gave them another chance and there were lots of new people in the service department. Had an extremely positive experience.I have deleted my old review, and now plan to visit again. Great job on their part making changes to serve their customers.

Our CR-V battery was dying, but we were told we needed to replace the starter. Took the vehicle to O'Reilly's and had them change the battery. No issues since.Ive been ensured that this experience will be mended with our next visit, so we will see. The manager agreed to put our diagnostic fee towards future repair/service for now.

Took my vehicle in for a recall and I received nothing but professionalism. The waiting room even had very comfortable chairs and plenty of room. On my way out I was greeted with a freshly washed and vacuumed vehicle and I didn't even spend a dime with them.

Purchased a used car on 3-30-20.I have been going back and forth with them for 3 weeks. Chris Joiner, the manager, has lied and mislead since I purchased the car.The vehicle had an issue with a blown speaker, when I bought it... They turned the bass to 0.The tires were dry rotted and one would not hold air... They charged me.Detailing, that I brought the car back for 3 times... I did myselfEach time I took my car back, they had it for a minimum of 3 days.After a month I give! They have had the car more than I have and still nothing has been done.I am about to redo the front suspension, (this is not an oversight by them I just prefer to start with new shocks/struts, tierods, etc.Something I should have been able to have done there when they had my car).I have No faith in them and I definitely would not take it here for service.There is a lack of moral and integrity in this place and I wish I would have saved a couple Thousand and took my chance with someone selling out of their yard.I believe I would've had the same results, if not better.BUYER BEWARE!!!

Went to the dealership to get the passenger side mirror on my Passport replaced. The quoted price in Murfreesboro was over $1,000. I made a quick call to the service department in Franklin. They quoted me a price that was over $300 cheaper!! I ll be getting my repair done in Franklin!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Archie Becquet is not only Honda's Service Mgr... But he is a friend. He oversees my every appointment and allows me to bug.. bug.. bug him w all my questions. He never seems to tire of my persistent nature! He has a deep insight of how to meet your current and future needs and he backs his word on it. As a single parent and working single woman in our busy marketplace he's the man's man who's intelligence in his field is unparalleled.This is my absolute experience! He is the reason I will be buying my next vehicle at Honda of Murfreesboro ..as I followed him from Madison to Murfreesboro. Being under his wing.... I feel more secure and his nickname should be "daddy" ..cos he deserves it to be...Lol.

I came to the parts department at the Honda dealership to pick up some OEM transmission fluid for one of my clients.The gentleman behind the counter was happy to assist me and even help me set up my commercial parts account

Service advisor Jorge Santana was amazing. After a month of no A/C in my car, he fit me into their very tight schedule on a Saturday. He kept me updated on the vehicle and was very personable and helpful. Honda of Murfreesboro always treats me well. Thank you!

Would not recommend this dealership. Explained that I had a service package with Darrel Waltrip but that I had moved. Service Department scheduler said she believed I could use any Honda Dealership including Honda of Murfreesboro. I asked if they accepted specifically Darrel Waltrips financed warranty and service package. She said she should double check with her service supervisor. She came back to the phone and assured me there would be no problems redeeming that here. Of course when I got here, which was still over 30 miles away, I'm told by the service department that Darrel Waltrip only authorizes and pays for service performed at a Hendricks Automotive dealer. A big waste of time and poor communication and knowledge within their service department.Service: Oil change
