***Update***Initially I was unhappy with my experience at Hatton's, but I will say that Paul and I were able to work together to gain an understanding of the gaps in communication and how to close them. Paul researched to find a better alternative for the repairs needed and has since fixed the issues with my vehicle and it looks great! Thanks Paul, and the Hattons team for getting this resolved.I previously left a review, but it appears it has been deleted. So here is this one with an update.I took my car to Paul at Hatton Automotive a couple years ago after a accident. After looking at all the good reviews (because they are all good, bad ones get deleted) I decided to entrust them with my car. Throughout the process the communication was good. We went through the list of components needed and Paul was prompt in getting them ordered and delivered to the shop. With this being a insurance job, we came in under the quote and their was money remaining. I had to call multiple times before I could gain access to the check for the balance.Now, the best part...After 6 months or so, the paint started to flake and peel. I reached out to Paul and was then asked "did I go over our policy about After Market parts?". No Paul. You didn't. And still haven't presented said policy. He went on to say that he would get it fixed for me, while also stating that he doesn't know much about painting cars. EXCUSE ME???? But after taking my car to this shop twice I'm inclined to agree. For the second time my front bumper and left fender is peeling. I was told the bumper came primed, it didn't, and because he thought it did it wasn't properly prepped for paint which would partly explain the attached photos. Now I'm stuck with a out of pocket expense versus my car being repaired the first time. Or two.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT. -Mike KnoxService: Body & Trim

Owner is very kind! He is easy to work with thru insurance, and his attention to detail is outstanding. This will be my second chance to work with him and his staff, and they stand head and shoulders above their competition when it comes to service and getting it right the first time. They are thoughtful to your time and get the job done expeditiously! Thank you for a job well done!

Great quality, very responsive work done on my new Palisade after road debris damaged it. Great price as well. Stand up business and would have zero hesitation taking my car back there. Highly recommended.

They have fixed my truck twice and done a great job both times. Very professional, yet friendly, absolutely recommend to anyone needing body work. Best in Murfreesboro hands down!

After reading the great reviews, I took my daughter s car to Hatton Automotive following a minor accident. I m sure glad I did. Hatton Automotive did a fantastic job! Paul Hatton was friendly, professional, and he completed the work on schedule. This is the only place I will go for future body work needs. First time visit and they have exceeded my expectations!Not only have they updated me about the status of my vehicle and parts on a regular base, they have also done a perfect job repairing the body damage on my vehicle and even washed it!Would recommend this place!

I've had to use body shops several times before. Hatton Automotive was by far the most professional, caring and honest I have ever experienced. Paul was awesome and went above and beyond. Thanks Paul!

I can't recommend this place enough. He quoted me for $1400 less than the Ford body shop and ended up charging me $300 less than what he quoted me for. My car looks amazing, like brand new. It was finished exactly when he said it would be. And he was easy to contact, almost always answered the phone. Very nice too, I really have nothing but good things to say. If I have any other problems I know I'm going back there and I will recommend them to anyone needing a body shop. Hands down the best place in town.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just had my car fixed here and it was a great experience! I couldn't believe how quickly Paul was able to get the parts/repairs fixed while still providing quality work. highly recommend! :)

I got my car in on monday (12/6) and by friday (12/10) it was ready. I was really surprised and when I looked at my car, it looked brand new. As if no accident ever happened and not to sound dramatic but I almost cried. I really appreciate what they've done and absolutely recommend Hatton's for auto repairs!

I was directed to this company by a family member, i always like supporting a locally owned business, but I say if you need a repair done to your vehicle because of an accident, this is 100% the place to go. Very friendly staff, amazing work done, and the service provided was completed in a very timely manner, I hope I don't need their service in the future, but if I do i know where I'm goingService: Body & Trim

I got an estimated four a deep scratch that ended up being almost $1000 less than their competition. Great work, and Paul was more than fair and transparent.
