We had a small chip in our windshield that had started to crack further (thank you I-24). We got a recommendation to reach out to Brad and we are so glad we did! He squeezed us in on a Sunday afternoon and had us all fixed up in about an hour! Brad was very personable and chatted with us like we'd known him for years! Highly recommend! Super reasonable pricing and very informative as well!

This is an independent, local glass service that beat the competitors price by $80 for repair of 2 windshield chips. He was on time, very friendly, highly knowledgeable and overall I couldn t be any happier. The chips have literally disappeared, this was a top quality repair! I will be using glass monkey for all 4 vehicles in my family moving forward!

Top notch service on my windshield replacement and windshield calibration. These guys are much better to deal with than Safelite and I will definitely be calling them in the future for ALL auto glass services. Great work Glass Monkey team!! If your insurance says to use Safelite or some other chain place, politely say no and tell them you d prefer to have the work order sent to the Glass Monkey team!!

5 stars are not enough for this 10/10 experience with Glass Monkey! I found Glass Monkey through a Google search and was VERY impressed with the professional & informative website. The owner, Brad is very professional and communicated up front about his availability. I had two chips in my windshield and he had them both fixed perfectly in less than 30 minutes tops. Thank you again, Brad! Glass Monkey is top-notch!

This was hands down the best service I could have asked for. Brad was very knowledgeable and handled this install as if it was his own vehicle. I have never seen this process done before so I was hanging around and watching him work. I told him I was very interested in the process and I wanted to learn about it. Most times with auto repair they get angry and tell you to go away. Brad was very understanding and he took time to slow down and explained every step with detail and in a way I understand. The best part was he let me help set the windshield on the van! I highly recommend Glass Monkey, Brad is easy to work with and very good at what he does.

Top quality service. I needed a windshield repair and I couldn t even tell where the original crack was after glass monkey was done with it! Brad was exceptional with his communication throughout the repair process. When I called and said I had a crack he scheduled me asap so it wouldn t spider out in the cold weather. He truly cares about his customers and I will be coming back to him if I ever need any windshield repairs done.

Brad is amazing!! I had a botch windshield replacement prior to contacting him. He came out fast to check it out. He was able to remove my windshield and reverse the damage before putting it back. I would 100% recommend Brad to anyone that needs your windshield repaired or replaced. He was very responsive and informative from the beginning to the end. Arrived on time, completed the work, and was very friendly! Even gave me tips on how to prevent the glass from cracking even further. Top notch customer service that is pretty rare these days.

Update 2/21/23@1240: I wanted to make sure to spend my money where it counts, Locally. Brad reached back out to me this morning to apologize for the mishap with the website and to see what he could do to make it right. He was able to work me in this morning to fix my cracked windshield. He worked quickly, precisely, and did the most fabulous job. He has gained a customer for life. Thanks again Brad!Went through the website and set up an appointment/consultation for February 19@130. My appointment was never confirmed, no one showed up, and no phone calls.

I had multiple chips and a large crack repaired on my windshield one year ago. I was a little skeptical about the crack repair because other windshield repair companies said it was too large to be fixed. Well, the technician did a fabulous job and I'm very happy to report that the crack and chips are still perfectly fixed! I will definitely call on Glass Monkey again.

Brad was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to every inquiry I had. He was flexible with appointment times and was able to repair my chipped windshield in less than 20 minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend. 10/10

Brad was absolutely amazing! He fixed 2 different cracks in both of our vehicles and the windshields look brand new! I would recommend him to anyone 1000 times over! Super funny and friendly! Definitely should give him a call if you re needing cracks/chips repaired or a new windshield altogether. He deserves way more than 5 stars!!

My windshield got chipped when a truck in front of me hit a pothole, and threw asphalt, but Glass Monkey was able to make the repair quickly, and provided excellent service. Brad, thank you for a job well done!!

It was such a pleasure to have Brad come out and fix our windshield if they had a 10 Star rating that s what I d give him very professional, very much a people person .and most of all did what he said he d do! Very punctual .I just can t say enough about Brad after waiting for another company for close to a week and a half and one excuse after another and then I contacted Brad and my windshield is in Thank you again for a great job!

Brad came out today to help me with my windshield and went above & beyond to help fix chips that another glass company didn t do right the first time as well as helped me with a scratch I had.
