Extremely friendly staff throughout all our interactions. They updated me as i was having alot of issues with my insurance after a crash. Very open and honest with me about my vehicle. Even gave me insightful information about how they look into if my vehicle can be fixed. Really helped me through that rough patch. Unfortunately it was a total loss so i cant rate the actual repair. But i highly recommend them as they truly seem genuine and want you to be able to drive again

I picked my car up today job well done in only 3 days! Car was clean and repaired like new. Also they was in contact with me doing the whole time they have my car. I'm very thankful! This is the place to trust with your car.

Our Allstate agent admitted how your shop dropped the ball on our estimate and delayed the estimate by THIRTEEN BUSINESS DAYS. Today my husband took the day off of work, drove SIX HOURS in a snow storm to pick up my vehicle that you guys said was finished two days ago. He arrived and the front end hasn t even been touched!!! It s still warped from the animal hitting it and has paint chips and scratches. This car has been in your possession for TWO MONTHS AND TWO DAYS!!! We have been more than patient and this is just ridiculous! You have let us down and have given us 0/5 star service these last two months!! I highly do NOT recommend you to anyone.

This is the best place to go . Everyone is so polite and I love that the person I dealt with , Clint, was so kind and very honest. Their way of thinking is to get you back in your car if that is possible or to get back to you very fast to tell you what exactly is wrong , cost and advice on what you might wish to do. Honestly i wish I could give more stars because they are wonderful ! Thank you Clint as you went above and beyond to help me .

Recently used them for collision repair and my experience was awesome! Firstly, their customer service is really good. Secondly, I received text updates for status of my repairs which definitely takes off some of the worrying after dealing with a wreck. Lastly, I got my vehicle back sooner than I excepted and they did a phenomenal job. The outcome matched the service I received. Would definitely recommend!

Horrible experience. The lady up at the desk was super nice. But Molly who dealt with me was horrible. Doesn t care about the customer. Dragged out the process more than it should have. Causing me to extend my rental and pay out the pocket more.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I was recommended by my insurance agent as part of claim for repairs. Insurance agent sent claim and vehicle info to Gerber in advance of my appointment. I Myself called 3 days before to schedule appointment and informed office representative that my vehicle was a 1998 year model. Upon arriving for appointment I was immediately told by estimator that because my vehicle was 25 years old they would not fix it. Why couldn't I have been told this when I made the appointment? It sure would have been nice to had known ahead of time so that I could have looked for other body shops and not wasted my time. Good customer service and consideration of others is getting harder and harder to find these days.

Was involved in my first accident ever, being hit from behind and the driver kept going. My insurance recommended Gerber to me to have them fix my car. Oh my goodness, they could not have chosen a better repair place for me! The team was so professional and thorough in fixing my car! The receptionist was amazing as well! I especially loved how they kept you up to date with periodic text messages as your vehicle is being fixed. I would definitely use them again! A+ all around!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my Nissan truck to them to have bumper repaired. I have to say they did a outstanding job. They fixed my truck in a timely manner, called and gave me updates. They handle everything with the insurance company. Picked my truck, the work was great, they also had cleaned it up. Would highly recommend them.

I just cannot express enough how excellent Gerber collision and glass is. I am almost 60 years old and in any experiences I have had in the past where I need a collision Gerber is unmatched. What Gerber does cannot be taught. Such as DAILY you will receive notice of your vehicle's progress. But, if your vehicle "flatlined" the Dr. Will tell you early on, so you can begin your search for a replacement. If it still has a pulse, you will be advised in a reasonable amount of time that "There is no chance". I even "looked" for something wrong and GERBER COLLISION has all their bases covered. Unmatched service like I have not experienced sincentives the 70's.

We had to bring car in for a body repair. Clint, Kevin and Rochelle were the three I spoke with the most, but each person I talked to was knowledgable and thorough. Excellent service keeping us informed of the process, the time, and the status of the job. They even lined up the rental car service to pick up and drop off. This was a great experience by professionals. Thanks to all of you involved. The job was schedule for 7 days, and completed in 4.5 days. We will call again if we needed to, for sure.

Worst experience I've ever had with repairs. They had my vehicle for over a month and returned it unfixed. They had to tow it back and keep it for another week. They charged my insurance twice after they screwed up the repairs. Do not take your vehicle here. The only positive part of my experience was Nate although he did not get involved until over a month into SIMPLE repairs. Beware.

Molly is hands down PHENOMENAL!!!! There are no better Estimators on this earth. I will go to her every time I have an accident. (i've had like 33, so i'm sure she will get a LOT of my business). Bad experience.Paid in full with insurance. I have the receipt. But for the second time,after a month from the first time, I'm receiving calls from a third party window installer (safelite)threatening collections. Gerber having issues producing receipt of third party payment. Why safelite has my number is a mystery. I have never contacted them. Window had to replaced immediately after due to obvious leaking. (Water stains on the interior) Will be looking anywhere else for repairs in the future. My time and resources are not for gerbers use. Over a week in rental car. And they also called me for payment. Did I mention this was all under insurance claim? Gerber simply not paying who they owe...UPDATE 4/3/2022. Paint around window chipped off. A 5 inch area where they pryed the window off. Will never return or refer them.July 2023 update. Windshield has developed a growing crack(about 18 inches at this point) probably due to the warping that caused the paint to chip away and the heat of the day. I don't have accurate words to express my loss concerning this "buisness". Utterly sorry that I ever heard of this place.Services: Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

Gerber Collision & Glass deserves 10 stars as they went above and beyond in repairing the damage to my vehicle, assisting me with the rental car process, and explaining the timeline it would take for repairs to be completed (which was way shorter than expected). I worked with Kevin and he went over he process with me. Ordered my parts before taking in my vehicle and then I was in and out quickly. From the lady in the front (Rochel) to the the young gentleman Kevin and Jason.Forgot to mention they kept me updated with the process.Best place to get your vehicle worked on at.

My 2016 Tacoma needed some body work due to a collision. Shannon at the front desk was amazing at getting me checked in and answering my questions. It took them about a week and a half to complete all the needed repairs, but it honestly looks better than new. Also, the side bed was damaged and needed replaced, but my insurance company would not cover it. They replaced it anyway, without billing me. That's about $600! I can't recommend these guys enough. Seriously. Don't even consider going anywhere else if you need any body/collision work done. Thanks again guys!Service: Body & Trim

Excellent customer service and work!!! If your looking for a quick fix then find a different shop. They take thier time and ensure that the job is done right. When I got my truck back, it looked and ran better than it did before the accident. Very satisfied with the work done and the service!

The communication from this place went way above my expectations. They either texted or called every Tuesday & Thursday to let me know updates on where they were at with the repair. So very happy we chose this place for our repair.

I worked with Brian. He was fast, efficient, and courteous. I was expecting a stressful process, but he made it really simple! If anything else happens to my car, I'm taking it straight to him--and I'm recommending him and Gerber to everyone I know.
