Took my van in the 15th of February, found out that they weren't going to be able to do the work... on the 21st! Had to pick up the van myself and take it to another collision repair place! They could have told me that last week on the 16th. Will not use or refer them.

My experience with these clowns is nothing short of insane! I was involved in an accident had my vehicle towed to them they completely screwed me over on my insurance claim and denied the repairs that happened in the accident because they didn t want to do the job, I then asked for a cash quote for them to do said job and they refused to do it! So clearly that s why they denied my insurance claim to begin with so they didn t have to do the work So they want me to pay to tow my vehicle out of there to get it fixed some where else when the damages happened in the accident, it was in the police report and everything!!! So they charged my insurance company 1600 for a couple of body panel clips and a plastic grill . I would never recommend them or ever again go there I am in the process of contacting the BBB because I am completely disgusted with this circus act of a businessService: Body & Trim

They did an excellent job fixing my car. Couldn't tell it had been damaged at all. They keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. I find that an excellent feature of dealing with them.

Rhonda and Derek were incredibly helpful. They were able to get me in way faster than I anticipated. The repairs were done in a timely manner and came out phenomenal. Not only was my truck fixed, but it was also clean (I think someone even wiped down my dash and interior). I'll give a special thanks to everyone in the back for their great work. I appreciate the professionalism and service and will absolutely recommend to anyone.

I took my truck to repair the rear bumper, after 4 weeks they returned my truck incomplete and with a damaged camera and they told me to take it to repair it myself because they couldn't, what a pity that an insurance company as recognized as Geyco worked with a workshop as irresponsible as Gerber

I will never take a vehicle here again. The service was amazing in the beginning, very accommodating, they picked up my vehicle from my house and towed it to the shop, i got calls weekly with what the plan was and where we were going from here. Text messages every Thursday. The front desk person is AMAZING, my saving grace during this process.All of a sudden everything stopped, it was like pulling teeth to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. I never got phone calls with updates, no text messages, i got told we'll have to have the manager call you back, which of course lead to no phone call and me calling 2-3 more times just for an update. The repair that was supposed to take 2 weeks took 2 months. I had a lot of patience with understanding the shortage of parts until something major came about they lied about the process and I was never notified, they took it upon themselves to fix everything wrong with my vehicle without even consulting me the owner. The glass from my accident was all over the vehicle when I picked it up, front seat and back, nothing was cleaned. I got a date to pick up my vehicle and i still had to wait 45 minutes upon arrival to get my vehicle. Maybe basic repairs is their strong suit, and oil changes, but I did not have a good experience and will not be back.Services: Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

They have repaired 9 vehicles for us over the years. Started with them when they were Auto Art and have never left. Never a complaint. Their service is top notch, have the best technicians in Murfreesboro. If you are looking for collision repair, go no further. No one else will touch our vehicles for collision repair no matter how much cheaper they may be.

This Report was meant for "CarMax only", not Gerber Collision & Glass. "Sorry Gerber Collision & Glass my mistake"! Forgive me!!!CarMax sales man Devin, was extremely nice in trying to sell me a 2021Jeep Gladiator, but when I asked about the remaining Jeeps manufacturer warranty before I buy the Jeep, CarMax policy was there was none. A 2021 Jeep with less than 20,000 miles on it should still have warranty left, and CarMax tried to sell me a warranty at $2,000 + - extra through CarMax! Did not seem fair to me! That's why I did not purchase the 2021 Jeep Gladiator. I got the Jeep Gladiator I wanted with warranty elsewhere! "End of bad experience"!

I ve gone by this shop twice because they re in my neighborhood. I asked just for an estimate both times and both times they made me feel like they were annoyed I was there. They showed zero interest in helping me and actually made me feel like I was a bother. Then they topped it off by saying even if I do want to repair there they can t get me in until January. No worries. There are plenty of other shops that are happy to help me this year and that are much more worthy of my hard earned money. If you want to feel valued and respected,, pass this shop by.

I recently had body work done at this location because I had hit a deer. It took about a month before they could get me in for service. It was going to be a tight timeline as we were leaving for vacation and were planning to take this vehicle. The tight timeline and the need for the vehicle contributed to our stress level. The team at Auto Art South, Joseph and Chief, worked hard to get our vehicle completed for us in time for vacation. Due to the wrong parts being shipped to them for our vehicle it was right up to the morning we were leaving. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work and that we were able to make the trip as planned. I would recommend there services to anyone. They were professional, the work was perfect and their willingness to help us in a tight situation was greatly appreciated. I couldn't have asked for better service. You will not be disappointed.

Had a great experience. Front desk was super sweet and Brian my estimator was so helpful and the text were great during the process. Had a small issue at pick up and the GM Brent P. overheard me talking to the front desk he left his desk came out introduced himself gave me a business card and took care of the issue ASAP and never made me feel like I was being to picky. I will use this company again if I need them and will highly recommend them to all I know that need body repairs Thank you guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did what they said they would do on time and did an excellent job. We had a couple of minor issues with the repair that they took care of quickly without any pressure to correct them. Definitely will use them if I need a repair done again. Good team there!

I have to say this is without a doubt the best auto body shop I have ever dealt with, and I have been in the auto repair industry for over 20 years.We've our cars repaired 3 times at Auto Art South after being rear ended and when landscapers attacked the car with a weed whacker.Their communication is excellent, the car is ready when they say it will be, and the work they do is simply fantastic. The best compliment you can give about any body shop repair is to say you cant tell the car had ever been repaired. All three times we got the cars back there was no evidence that it had ever been damaged in any way.

Terrible from start to finish. I made an appointment to have an estimate written. Upon arrival, they were too busy and asked me to leave the vehicle. It took days for them to write a brief estimate. Once the repairs were approved, there was one delay after another. I went to claim my vehicle and it was still broken! It was making this awful noise it wasn t making when I dropped it off and the a/c was no longer working. I called them and took the vehicle back again. They said I needed to go to a mechanic. I took it to a mechanic who confirmed it was their terribleWorkmanship that caused the additional issues. Go somewhere else!

They did a great job after I was rear ended by a drunk driver that left the scene no less. Chief was really good at explaining everything about the repair and everyone was very nice and professional. They worked with my insurance and even took my rental car back to Enterprise once mine was ready. They made a terrible experience more tolerable.

During Thanksgiving my car was hit in the parking lot while I was inside shopping. My insurance suggested that I take my car here to have it repaired. It was convenient because I live in the neighborhood right behind the shop. The front desk worker (I hate I can t remove her name) was so sweet and pleasant the day I can in for me quote. I was immediately greeted and asked if I wanted a free complimentary beverage. Brian took my information and my quite all of that took less than 30 mins. I was in and out. Once I accepted the offer and decided to drop my car off. I was told my car would be ready at a certain date but they ended up having to extend the date because they got behind with other cars. At first I was a little frustrated because I had only rented my rental car for the days I was first given and I had to pay for a rental out of picked because I don t have that covered with my auto insurance. Brian apologized to me and assured he would work things out and within an hour his manager Craig arranged for me to get a rental car from Avis and paid for it. I was shocked! There was no hesitation to make things right and i was greatly appreciative because I had just started my new job and didn t want to have to worry about transportation. My car was ready today and Brian and Craig waited for me and stayed after business hours on a Friday at that for me to be able to get my car because I don t get off until they close at 5. I highly recommend this location. My car looks wonderful. Great auto body work and great customer service!! You usually don t get both with businesses these days so I definitely appreciated it! Thanks guys!!

The process was totally painless, arranged my rental start to finish. I received updates regularly and they did a fantastic job!! The staff was top notch as was the facility. Job well done! Actually looks better than before the accident!

Wish I could give more stars. They were beyond accommodating. I didn t feel like they were trying to get over on me. They updated me every step of the way even waited a few minutes pass closing for me to pick up my car. My experience was amazing. There was virtually no wait time and they flexed me in to fit my schedule and I can really appreciate that.

My experience with Gerber Collection was very disappointing, for a very small job they had my car for a month. I had to bring my car back 3 times, once because they left some scratches from the original repair, then they damaged one of the safety sensor, and they got moister in one of my head lights. Their reputation proceeds them. Great service and the workers are all friendly. Most importantly the damage to my jeep was repaired and looks brand new again. Can't even tell anything was damaged. Highly recommend!!

Had to replace a fascia on a Nissan Versa. I recieved a fast inspection and quote. Took car in a few days later, and was given an estimated completion date. They keep you updated through a daily text or call. I was supposed to pick up on a Friday and it got pushed back but it was due to a supplier sending a damaged part. Delays are annoying but I'd rather have a good quality repair so not a big deal. When the car was picked up it had been cleaned, unexpected and awesome. Overall it was a smooth and fast transaction, and a solid quality repair.
