WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!! reinstalled injectors after flow test and truck still would not run right. Mechanics (from ford) and I done everything we was told to do, from tuning to sensors and same result. I ve lost so much time and money because of this product, and now won t receive any money back on injectors. Would never recommend.

2003 Ford Excursion 328k miles.7.3 Power Stroke 4R100 trans.Purchased a PHP Hydra.I had issues with PCM. The previous owner had already attached to the board and had scratched off too much. Spoke with Philip,Came to their shop, they re-tinned the terminals, I verified operations, could not leave until every stage was verified workable. I also bought more mounting accessories while there. I can t say enough good things about these guys. Will I be back, yes. Will I recommend them to others, yes. I drove 3hrs 44 minutes to their shop.I used 1/2 tank of fuel to get there.Returning home, same speed(70mph), same distance, I used 1/8 of a tank. 65hp daily driver program.More power, better pedal.I will say I am ecstatic about my money well spent.Go see them, or phone them, you will not be sorry.

Tried to get price for work and parts. Cash in hand and hell I couldn t even get a call back after 3 days.It s been 3 weeks now and still no call back but you did find 3 minutes to respond to a google review almost immediately didn t you.

I would be cautious when purchasing from Full Force Diesel. I purchased a set of stage one injectors from them, and after completing the install and then driving my truck, I couldn t believe the awesome difference the injectors made. It s seriously got me back into doing work on my truck. I recently also purchased amp research steps from full force and I m almost done. I ve purchased several other things from them and I ve probably bother their staff for customer service more than your typical customer, but they are always nice and helpful. I feel like these guys are legit. I will say this, though, before purchasing injectors, I did call a couple companies, and one of the companies stated full force was the worst company to buy injectors from. I believe that company just to be talking badly out of jealousy. I have not had a single problem with products from full force. Anybody with a 73 not looking to blow it up or heard it, I would definitely recommend the stage 1.5 injectors , they are a little bit louder than I expected but they also added quite a bit more power than I expected. They do not smoke too much either, some of the included tuning can run with no smoke, which is nice also.

Being a new truck dealership, the bulk of our repairs are warranty so they're performed using OE parts. Even so, the market for heavy duty & high performance non-warranty repairs is growing. We are very pleased to find Full Force Diesel Performance. They have a full line of high-quality parts & their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend Full Force & look forward to doing more business in the future.

I purchased Full Force diesel injectors. We definitely went through some challenges to get my pickup running right but Zack and Kirk stuck with me all the way working directly with the installation shop to get my pickup running right. I so appreciated this.

Our main business truck was down. Our mechanic does NOT do upgrades so I ordered the parts myself and helped with part of the install. I called Full Force 5 or 6 times to make sure I was buying compatible components and programing the chip correctly. EVERY person I spoke with had the answers, no "let me check". Every answer was right!If I had know how how great their injectors were I would have purchased them long ago. The killer performance is well worth the money. I'm pulling 20,000lbs like it used to pull 10,000lbs.To me the customer service they provided was their best feature though. Each person was patient with me and walked me through some steps I was unsure about. Provided a pre-paid return label for my cores and posted the core charges back asap. Can't say enough great things about these folks!!!!

It's peace of mind to know other businesses take customer service as seriously as we do! Full force diesel is our go to place for anything needed for our fleet! I ordered a bunch of parts from Full Force and am not really happy with the outcome. They neglected to inform me of extra things I would need, boost fooler, etc. Which is really on me, not their job, but good companies know and will help you out. The bad part was their canned tunes that made my truck smoke like a coal fired steam engine, made my OD light blink, and it would randomly shut down while driving. Their response was, "Oh well, they are canned tunes, nothing we can do." Ordered some tunes from Gear Head diesel and fixed both issues. Luckily I did that before I really started digging into the transmission, thinking it was the issue. The O rings on their injectors also failed after about 10k-15k miles. That could have been installer error on my part, but the reliable shop in Tucson that I had troubleshoot and repair said they have seen this a lot from cheap companies using cheap O rings.

Absolutely amazing people at Full Force Diesel Performance. I just ordered a full stage 1.5 kit with injectors, turbo, hydra chip and more for my 1999 7.3 Power Stroke. I was always under the impression I had an early 1999 power stroke, I was wrong. FJ helped me figure out why some of my new parts wouldn t fit. He went with me over my entire order and identified parts I had to ship back to swap for the correct parts. FJ and Autumn created an RMA for me with detailed instructions. Absolutely amazing, thank you guys.

Ordered a KC300x drop in turbo and injector set for my 96 7.3 powerstroke in February. When I was finally installing it in July I discovered that the boot from the turbo to the CCV was the incorrect part. I called Full force diesel and was promptly issued a replacement boot as well as clearly instructed on how to return the incorrect boot. The customer service was exemplary and I felt that as a company they were very hassle free in handling a simple mix up.

Best customer service I have ever had. everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help. Robert is especially helpful I try and talk to him anytime I have a question and he answers all of them very well, he defiantly could use a raise. I have been dealing with them for about 4 years now and will continue to do so for the rest of my diesel needs. I always recommend them to everyone I meet that needs performance parts.

Full force is the only place I ll shop for parts from now on. They have oem parts, the best aftermarket parts and there is a reason all the other companies use their injectors with their power packages. They are the best. Their prices are the best and the customer service is the best. Robert has Helped me a few times because I m not good with computers and he made it simple for me. I m happy to spend my money with them (and I have spent ALOT just don t tell my wife)

Top notch customer service! Great parts and super fast shipping. I m running the stage 1.5 injectors in my 7.3 powerstroke. The truck has never ran this good and the power is outstanding. I ran into some issues with the hydra tunes for single shot injectors and Robert was very quick to get back to me to solve the issue. I highly recommend going with them. They are my go to from now on.

Called ahead from michigan and drove a set of their 1.5 injectors (out of warranty) to be balanced and flowed for $300 and approximated $100 in parts, which they reconfirmed in person in front of the injector tear down/inspection tech....but I was given the bait and switch routine and pressured into paying full price for another rebuilt set for a $1000 dollar difference on their own estimate! So the injectors were not balancable but they bought them for cores to rebuild anyways?!? Left a very bad feeling like they are failing and grasping for every dollar possible through bad faith behavior.

Bought a set of 180cc 0% injectors through 1023 diesel. Installed them and honestly I was underwhelmed with upgrade. Marginal performance difference over stock injectors. That's what I get from listening to them. Fine that's on me. But The faulty injector due to poor quality control. That's on them. Wanted to upgrade to 30% nozzles for the retail price difference of $200 listed on their website. Nope, they want $400. So.. I pay full price for a set of faulty injectors, Have to do the install out of my pocket and they can't do the upgrade for what they sell them for...? At the end of it all, this has cost me money and time and I am stuck with injectors I don't want unless I am willing to pay over $200 more than what I would have paid to begin with and they tell me sorry tough luck on that one. How can a company have such horrible after sales treatment???!!!! Guys on facebook are saying their quality went down and they were not lying... Do your self a favor and spend your money else where.

They sell quality products. When I ordered a Hydra from them either somehow I messed up or there was a glitch online but regardless they took care of it all very prompt customer service. That s quality product with quality service

Ordered piston rings that were shown on the website as 'In Stock' and my order was being processed. Rings were not in stock and ordered from Mahle and 10 days later they shipped. No comms from Full Force and so had no option but to wait. Shipped by ground with Useless Parcel Service without the proper international shipping documents so the rings were held for another five days while that got sorted. If i am lucky, I will see them in another week. At least they were expensive. Brutal customer service

I bought two items from them and have had NO issues. Their customer care team... on point, not sometimes, but ALWAYS! Very professional, very responsive, very courteous, etc. I have zero complaints. Definitely looking forward to buying from them again in the future, above and beyond with good prices and a large selection. If you're looking to buy from them but are hesitant, don't be. Great work, I'm looking forward to shopping here again!

I ordered an oil cooler cover for a 6.0l Powerstroke to fix my Dad's truck down in Florida. When I got down there to install it, I found that a mounting feature was wrong and did not match the existing part or the picture FFDP had on their web site. I contacted them on a Wednesday, sent a picture of the incorrect part, and they agreed it was wrong and agreed to replace it, shipping included. All this is fine- stuff happens. My problem is that I told them I could not wait for standard shipping as I had to return home for work the following Sunday and I needed the part by Friday to finish the job. They said they could overnight it to me but I would have to pay for the overnight shipping. I agreed and paid them $118. Friday came and went and no part arrived. It finally arrived on the following Monday when I was 800 miles away. I have called them multiple times requesting a refund of my $118 with no success

After buying a reasonably priced set of rebuilt injectors I thought I would be set for years. But 2 months later I was at the end of my wits trying to diagnose a new problem and had to take my truck to Professional shop. Found out 3 out of the 8 injectors were faulty, 2 under fueling and 1 over fueling. No wonder I could diagnose it myself. HOURS of my time, and stress and worry because of poor quality parts.

Full Force Diesel provided the best customer service I ever received from a parts house. They are easy to contact, the person who picks up the phone really knows their products and diesels in general. When everyone else had a COVID excuse for lack of parts, FFD had what I needed and got it to me in just a few days. This is the only place I go for parts for my 1997 F350.

I ve been doing business with full force for years but they ve sold me countless bad injectors which resulted in about $4,000 in injectors being replaced and countless days without my primary work truck. I tried to resolve this but they kept saying it was my system even after many oil tests.

Unbelievable service!! A+. Ordered Reman injectors for my E99 7.3l and they were excellent quality! Truck has been running great! I sent my old injectors back and received my core refund within days. This is the only Diesel company I will ever shop at again! Thanks again Full force! Looking fed to working with y all again
