The quality of work was excellent. My concern with this place is- after I dropped the vehicle off, it was difficult to contact someone regarding the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was in the shop for 6 weeks. It was only after I requested that I speak with the manager that I was told the shop was waiting on a part ( which is not the shop's fault for the timing of the repair. I wished it was communicated to me).I just wished someone would have told me.The quality of work deserves 5 stars.Customer service was a 34 stars.

I've had good experiences with the service department here over the years. It's not always good (or cheap) news when that engine light appears but Tanner always takes care of me and is very up front with options and time frames. I highly recommend using him as your advisor here. I always get calls and updates about my vehicles from him.

So disappointing off this service place.The first recall we came in trying to keep our Suv for 4days and not going to give us any replacement. Although we got the suv new from you.Then they called part in so we made appointment. Guess what they kept it for 4 hr.not things was done my son missed his classes and had to spend money on uber for nothing. They tell him they going to come fix it in our place. What is that you should has replaced him on the uberService: Oil change

Rudest, most difficult service representatives I've ever tried to deal with. Makes me want to buy anything but Ford next time.

Terrible place that will over charge you. Staff is hard to deal with and the manger is a joke.
