I have used the service and was satisfied. They did a diagnostic and are continuously sending email about my brakes. Over $1400 is a little bit too much money for me. I told him that when they estimated the price. I don t want any more mail from your company, and I will find another place to get my brakes taken care of such as budget breaks where the prices are more affordable. We are living in a time where everything is high and I m not going to be pressured into a service or scared into getting a Service by men. I am a woman and I m gonna do what s affordable for me and my budget . Take me off your mailing list. Because of your persistence in sending me mail about my brakes that you said I have time for I won t be coming back. I don t like being pressure and that s what you re doing. My 2022 Ford Maverick died at a gas station yesterday morning, No response, no dashboard lights, Nothing I called FOM (Ford of Murfreesboro) and was given another number to call .I filled out the service requests and the truck was towed to FOM yesterday.Not hearing anything from FOM by this morning, I called and reached my service advisor.I am not satisfied with the response I received .- a text update was sent to a wrong number ( no other follow up)- was told it would be 3 or 4 days before they can get it in to diagnose the issue- I asked about a loaner car and was told that they are not covered by warranty until the truck is diagnosed- I asked what am I supposed to do for a car-and was told I understand that it can be frustrating . I'm not a fan of this dealership. But i can't lie, the service department is amazing. Very helpful. Very nice. A good waiting area with food, coffee, tv, outlets, kid room. Just very nice.
